Nasrin Sotoudeh’s Physical Condition Now Alarming Warns Her Husband Reza Khandan

From the Facebook of Reza Khandan the husband of incarcerated human rights lawyer Nasrin Sotoudeh, on hunger strike at Evin prison since October 17th, 2012.

I don’t mean to cause concern or fear amongst our friends and supporters, however a sense of alarm has left me with no other recourse but to warn everyone….

As Nasrin entered the 41st day of her hunger strike yesterday, we were informed that her physical condition had gravely deteriorated and was now alarming. She was transferred to the infirmary at Evin prison and it has been reported that from now on, she will be taken to the infirmary every day.  Her blood pressure has collapsed to such a degree that the individual taking the measurement was unable to tell her what the measurement was.

The judicial authorities can deny everything, but the truth always prevails; the truth eventually crashes upon those who claim ignorance.  No amount of justification, fabrications, projection onto others and denying the facts will solve the existing problem.

My wife is merely asking: “Why are you punishing our 12 year old daughter because of her mother?”

To date no one from within this bureaucracy laden judiciary has responded to this legal yet rudimentary question.

نسرین از دیروز که وارد چهل و یکمین روز اعتصاب غذا شده است وضع جسمی اش به مرحله ی خطرناک رسیده است.
دیروز به بهداری منتقل شده است و از این به بعد قرار شده است که هر روز به بهداری برود. فشارش آنقدر پایین بوده است که شخصی که فشار خونش را اندازه گیری کرده نتوانسته اندازه اش را به او بگوید.
مسولین قوه ی قضاییه میتوانند همه
چیز را انکار کنند اما واقعیت همیشه مثل آوار بر سر کسانی که خود را به بیراهه میزنند آوار می شود. توجیه و فرافکنی و پاک کردن صورت مسئله هم مشکل را حل نخواهد نمی کند.
نسرین خواسته ی غیر قانونی ندارد.
او میگوید: “چرا بچه ی 12 ساله ی ما را به خاطر مادر مجازات می کنید!!؟”
کسی تا این لحظه در این دستگاه عریض و طویل قضایی به این سوال قانونی و بدیهی پاسخ نداده است

BREAKING NEWS – Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Mousavi’s Daughter Threatened, Her Visitation Rights Revoked

November 21st, 2012 [Kaleme] – Following the report by Kaleme regarding the latest status of detained opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi and his wife Zahra Rahnavard, one of Mousavi’s daughters was contacted by a security official who threatened her, informing her that her visitation rights have been revoked for the time being.

The prison guards supervising the  illegal house arrest of Mousavi and Rahnavard had informed their daughters that they would be granted a visitation with their parents on Tuesday this week.  Yesterday afternoon, shortly before the agreed upon visitation time, a security official contacted one of Mousavi’s daughters, threatened her for having provided information to Kaleme and in addition to warning her, informed Mousavi’s daughter that for the time being she would not be allowed to visit with her parents. Mousavi’s daughter was also told that she will be prosecuted.

The tone of the security official in question who called Mousavi’s daughter was reportedly very harsh. Mousavi’s daughter was yelled at, insulted and threatened that if the family continues to provide any information to media outlets the conditions for the family and the opposition leader and his wife will become harsher and more restricted.  The security official then informed Mousavi’s daughter that her visitation rights had been revoked, claiming that the published reports were nothing more than lies and as a result her actions were  prosecutable.  The security official also claimed that they have informed the higher powers within the regime that the family is lying. Despite such a claim, the security official in question did not identify the supposed “higher power(s)” by name, nor was an explanation provided as to whether those in power are even aware of what has happened to Mir Hossein, his wife and family.

Following the threatening telephone call, as previously agreed upon, Mousavi’s other two daughters went to the prison on Akhtar street in order to meet with their parents.  Upon their arrival, the daughters faced a larger number of security officers than had been customary in past visits and prior to opening the gates, the security guards made certain that Mousavi’s third daughter was not amongst those visiting.

According to Mousavi’s daughters, during their visit, one of the security officers  provided them with a print out of the recent news published by Kaleme describing the latest condition of the opposition leader and his wife, repeating the earlier threats and warning the family about any further contact with media outlets.  The daughters then explained the earlier events in which their sister had been threatened by phone and informed that her visitation rights had been revoked as a result of publishing lies.

While emphasizing that the content of the brief news published was accurate and correct, Mir Hossein Mousavi reminded those present of the manner in which he and his family have been treated since his house arrest, describing his daughters’ concern for their health and well-being and their desire to inform the public of this illegal house arrest as a “natural right”.  Mousavi reiterated the need for his three daughters to continue to inform the public regarding his heath and the health and well-being of their mother Zahra Rahnavard.

چکیده :در پی اطلاع رسانی کلمه درباره وضعیت میرحسین و رهنورد، یک مقام امنیتی در تماس تلفنی با یکی از دختران موسوی، او را تهدید کرد و به وی گفت که فعلا اجازه ملاقات با پدر و مادر را ندارد. میرحسین هم در ملاقات دیروز با دو دختر دیگر، در واکنش به هشدار ماموران درباره اطلاع رسانی و ادعای دروغ بودن این خبرها، محتویات خبر کلمه را کاملا صحیح و درست دانست و بر لزوم ادامه اطلاع رسانی درباره وضعیت خود و خانم رهنورد تاکید کرد….

در پی اطلاع رسانی کلمه درباره وضعیت میرحسین و رهنورد، ضمن تداوم فشارها بر سه فرزند موسوی، یکی از آنها از سوی یک مامور امنیتی تهدید و به وی گفته شد که فعلا ممنوع الملاقات است.

به گزارش کلمه، زندانبانان در هفته جاری به دختران موسوی و رهنورد اعلام کرده بودند این هفته در روز سه شنبه برای ملاقات مراجعه کنند.

اما عصر دیروز و ساعتی پیش از زمان این ملاقات، یک مامور امنیتی در تماس تلفنی با یکی از دختران میرحسین، به بهانه خبررسانی کلمه او را مورد تهدید قرار داد و ضمن سخنانی هشدارآمیز اعلام کرد که وی فعلا اجازه ملاقات با پدر و مادر را نخواهد داشت و مورد پیگرد قضایی قرار خواهد گرفت.

مامور مورد اشاره با لحنی تند و همراه با فریاد و توهین، دختر نخست وزیر هشت سال دفاع مقدس را تهدید کرد که در صورت ادامه اطلاع رسانی درباره وضعیت موسوی و رهنورد، شرایط برای آنها و دخترانشان سخت تر خواهد شد. او همچنین ضمن اعلام ممنوعیت حضور در ملاقات برای وی ادعا کرد که اخبار منتشر شده، دروغ و نشر اکاذیب بوده و قابل پیگرد قضایی است.

این مقام امنیتی همچنین گفته است که ما به بزرگان نظام هم گفته ایم شما دروغ می گویید. وی اما نگفت که منظورش از بزرگان نظام چه کسی یا کسانی است و آیا بزرگان نظام اساسا از آنچه در این مدت بر خانواده و نیز میرحسین و رهنورد گذشته است، خبر دارند یا خیر؟

بر اساس این گزارش، پس از این تماس تلفنی تهدیدآمیز، دو دختر دیگر موسوی طبق قرار قبلی برای دیدار با پدر و مادر خود به زندان کوچه اختر مراجعه کردند. آنها با حضور تعداد بیشتری از ماموران نسبت به دفعات قبلی مواجه شدند و پیش از آنکه در منزل برای آنها باز شود، با تاکید از آنها پرسیده شده که دختر ممنوع الملاقات شده هم همراهشان هست یا خیر؛ تا اگر هست از ورود ایشان ممانعت شود.

به گفته دختران موسوی، در ملاقات دیروز که در حضور ماموران صورت گرفته است، یکی از ماموران امنیتی پرینت خبر اخیر کلمه درباره آخرین وضعیت میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد را در اختیار ایشان قرار می دهد و با تکرار تهدیدها، درباره خبررسانی ها و فعالیت های رسانه ای هشدار می دهد.

پس از آن دو دختر دیگر میرحسین به تماس تلفنی مذکور اشاره و تاکید می کنند ماموران به بهانه خبررسانی کلمه و با این ادعا که این خبرها نشر اکاذیب است، خواهرشان را ممنوع الملاقات و تهدید کرده اند.

میرحسین نیز با تاکید بر اینکه محتویات این خبر مختصر، کاملا صحیح و درست است، برخی وقایع و رفتارهای دوران حصر با خود و خانواده اش را گوشزد می کند.

او نگرانی های فرزندان درباره سلامتی پدر و مادر زندانی شان و اطلاع رسانی درباره این حصر غیرقانونی را یک حق طبیعی بر می شمرد و بر لزوم ادامه اطلاع رسانی درباره وضعیت خود و خانم رهنورد توسط هر سه فرزندش تاکید می کند

Opposition Leader Mehdi Karroubi Briefly Hospitalized Amidst Rising Concerns for His Physical Well-Being

November 19th, 2012 – [Saham News] Opposition leader Mehdi Karroubi was reportedly admitted for a few hours to one of the hospital affiliated with Iran’s security apparatus yesterday. Karroubi’s transfer to a hospital by security forces took place in the wake of rising concerns and warning signs regarding his physical well being.

Concerns for the health of Mehdi Karroubi a pre-revolutionary dissident and current political prisoner of the ruling establishment began two weeks ago when he started experiencing extreme weight loss, a lack of appetite, dizziness and nausea.Following repeated warnings by Karroubi’s family regarding his deteriorating physical health, security forces finally decided to allow that the opposition leader to be admitted to one of the hospitals under the supervision of the security apparatus.Saham News will continue to publish further details regarding Mehdi Karroubi’s condition. It has also been reported that opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi was also admitted to Tehran’s Heart Center for a few hours today in order to undergo a number of cardiac tests.Opposition leaders Mehdi Karroubi, Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard have been under house arrest for more than 650 days. Mehdi Karroubi has spent the last 600 days in isolation and under house arrest without his wife at a location other than his personal residence. Karroubi’s wife Fatemeh Karroubi has repeatedly objected against the ruling establishment’s actions. The pressure on Karroubi and Mousavi’s family members has increased to such levels that it has become exceedingly more difficult to provide accurate and transparent information about their latest condition.

انتقال مهدی کروبی به بیمارستان در پی بروز علائم هشدار دهنده

نزدیک به ۶۵۰ روز است که مهدی کروبی به تنهایی در حبس به سر می برد

سحام نیوز: مهدی کروبی برای انجام “آزمایشاتی جدی” به بیمارستان منتقل شده است.

بنا به گزارش منابع خبری سحام، روز گذشته آقای کروبی برای ساعاتی در یکی از بیمارستان های متعلق به نهادهای امنیتی بستری شد.

این اقدام نهاد های امنیتی در پی علائم هشدار دهنده نسبت به وضعیت جسمانی آقای کروبی رخ داده است.

این مبارز دوران پیش از انقلاب و زندانی سیاسی کنونی؛ طی دو هفته گذشته با “علائم هشدار دهنده” ای از جمله کاهش شدید وزن، بی اشتهایی، سرگیجه و حالت تهوع مواجه بوده است.

بنا به این گزارش سحام، خانواده بارها در مورد وضعیت جسمانی آقای کروبی تذکر داده بودند، که سرانجام مقامات امنیتی، اقدام به انتقال ایشان به یکی از بیمارستان های وابسته می کنند.

شایان ذکر است که بیش از ۶۰۰ روز است که مهدی کروبی جدا از همسرش و به تنهایی در جایی بجز منزل شخصی اش در حبس است.

خانم فاطمه کروبی، همسر آقای کروبی بارها به این اقدام حاکمیت اعتراض کرده بود.

فشارها بر روی خانواده آقایان کروبی و موسوی به حدی است که امکان اطلاع رسانی دقیق و شفاف در خصوص آخرین وضعیت ایشان به آسانی مقدور نیست.

Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Mousavi Transferred to Tehran Heart Center For a Few Hours Today

November 19th, 2012 – [Kaleme] Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Mousavi was transferred to Tehran Heart Center today in order to undergo a number of cardiac tests. According to reports received by Kaleme, security forces transferred Mousavi who underwent an angioplasty two months ago as a result of heart

complications, to Tehran Heat Center today for a number of coronary tests. The opposition leader was taken back to house arrest a few hours later.

Mousavi has reportedly been suffering from chest pain and severe blood pressure fluctuations during the past two weeks. According to reports received by Kaleme, the hospital physicians opted not to conduct the cardiac stress tests [induced by exercise] in order to avoid too much physical strain. These tests were postponed for a later date. Cardiac stress tests are conducted in patients suffering from coronary heart disease in order to determine coronary circulation while the patient is at rest versus the patient’s coronary circulation during maximum physical exertion. The patient’s body must be strong enough in order for the test not to cause a serious health risk.

Sources close to the hospital staff and administration have repeatedly stated that standard medical protocols have not been followed during Mir Hossein Mouavi’s medical treatment. It is worth mentioning that Mir Hossein Mousavi did not suffer from any ailment prior to his house arrest.

Despite the public concern for the health and well being of Mir Hossein Mousavi, security forces have refused to publish any news regarding the condition and well being of the detained opposition leader. The publication of the slightest news on Mir Hossein Mousavi has repeatedly led to a flood of threats to the lives and livelihood of the opposition leader’s family members.

In September last year, after Mousavi’s first transfer to Tehran Heart Center, Dr. Ali Shakourirad informed Kaleme that the tests had determined that the opposition leader was suffering from a narrowing in one of his arteries and a stent was placed in his artery during an angioplasty procedure. At the time Dr. Shakourirad stated: “in the past few months, Mir Hossein Mousavi has been suffering from a heart condition requiring medical treatment. Receiving medical treatment sooner would have been much more in line with standard medical protocols.”

Last year, the Islamic Society of Medicine also demanded that the opposition leaders be examined by physicians of their choice in order to alleviate the concerns of their family member for their heath and well being. Given the physical condition of Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard their family has demanded that they be examined by an established physician trusted by the family and a report be published on their physical condition. The family has also demanded that regular visitations be established asking that security agents refrain from any and all verbal threats.

The Coordination Council for the Green Path of Hope also demanded last year that the leaders of the green movement be examined by a trusted physician of their choice and a comprehensive medical report be published in order to alleviate public concern regarding their well being.

Despite the fact that approximately 650 days have passed since the illegal house arrests of Mir Hossein Mousavi, Zahra Rahnavard and Mehdi Karroubi, none of their family’s demands have been met to date and the public has been kept in the dark with regards to their heath and well being. The statements and behavior by the authorities of the ruling establishment have only further augmented the public concern regarding the well being of opposition leaders.

پزشکان به علت عدم آمادگی بدنی، انجام تست ورزش را به بعد موکول کرده اند

چکیده :نیروهای امنیتی صبح امروز میرحسین موسوی را که دو ماه پیش به علت عارضه قلبی آنژیوگرافی کرده بود، برای انجام آزمایش های و تست قلبی به بیمارستان اعزام کرده و ساعتی بعد وی را به زندان خانگی منتقل کردند….

میرحسین موسوی امروز برای انجام آزمایش های پزشکی به بیمارستان قلب تهران منتقل شد.

به گزارش کلمه، نیروهای امنیتی صبح امروز میرحسین موسوی را که دو ماه پیش به علت عارضه قلبی آنژیوگرافی کرده بود، برای انجام آزمایش های و تست قلبی به بیمارستان اعزام کرده و ساعتی بعد وی را به زندان خانگی منتقل کردند.

میرحسین موسوی در دو هفته گذشته مجددا دچار درد و ناراحتی در قلب شده و همچنین با نوسان شدید فشار خون رو به رو بوده است.

بر اساس این گزارش، قرار بوده در بیمارستان تست ورزش نیز بر روی میرحسین انجام گیرد اما به دلیل اینکه پزشکان احتمال داده اند این تست فشار زیادی بر بدن وی بیاورد، انجام آن را به زمان دیگری موکول کرده اند.

تست ورزش برای بررسی بیماری رگ‌ های کرونری قلب انجام می شود و بدن باید حدی از سلامت را داشته باشد تا اتفاق خطرناکی در حین تست برایش رخ ندهد.

منابع بیمارستانی بارها اعلام کرده اند که پروتکل های استاندارد پزشکی درباره بیماری میرحسین موسوی رعایت نمی‌شود. این در حالی است که بیماری وی پیش از زندان خانگی سابقه نداشته است.

روز گذشته کلمه گزارش داده بود که به رغم همه ی نگرانی هایی که در افکار عمومی وجود دارد، ماموران امنیتی از ارسال هرگونه خبری در خصوص سلامت این همراه دربند جنبش سبز خودداری می کنند؛ تا آنجا که هر بار با کوچک ترین اطلاع رسانی در مورد وضعیت او، سیل تهدیدها و فشارها بر خانواده افزایش می یابد.

شهریور ماه سال جاری دکتر علی شکوری راد، پزشک متخصص، درباره وضعیت پزشکی میرحسین موسوی که به دلیل عارضه قلبی به بیمارستان منتقل شده بود، به خبرنگار کلمه گفته بود: در یکی از رگ های قلب آقای موسوی که تنگ شده بوده، استنت گذاشته اند.

شکوری راد در آن زمان گفته بود: میرحسین موسوی در چند ماه اخیر مشکلاتی پیدا کرده بوده و نیاز به اقدامات درمانی داشتند که اگر زودتر انجام می شد حتما با پروتکل پزشکی سازگارتر بوده است.

سال گذشته نیز انجمن اسلامی جامعه پزشکی از مسئولان خواسته بود که به وضعیت سلامتی رهبران جنبش سبز، تحت نظارت پزشکان مورد تایید ایشان رسیدگی شود تا خانواده ها از نگرانی بیرون آیند.

با توجه به شرایط جسمی زهرا رهنورد و میرحسین موسوی، خانواده ی این دو همراه جنبش سبز خواستار انتشار بولتن سلامت این دو همراه زندانی و معاینه مستمر توسط پزشک شناخته شده و قابل اطمینان خانواده و همچنین امکان تماس مستمر و ارتباط منظم و همچنین رفع هرگونه سخنان تهدیدآمیز از جانب ماموران شده اند.

سال گذشته نیز شورای هماهنگی راه سبز امید برای رفع نگرانی افکار عمومی خواستار آن شده بود که پزشک مورد اعتماد میرحسین موسوی، وی را معاینه و بولتن رسمی وضعیت سلامت آقای موسوی را به طور رسمی و منظم منتشر کند و در اختیار همگان قرار دهد.

با آنکه نزدیک به ششصد و پنجاه روز از حبس خانگی میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد و مهدی کروبی می گذرد، هنوز به هیچ یک از خواسته های خانواده آنها و افکار عمومی مبنی بر ارائه اخبار در مورد سلامت رهبران جنبش سبز پاسخی داده نشده و عملکرد و اظهارات ماموران نیز همواره بر نگرانی ها افزوده است

Reza Khandan , the husband of incarcerated human rights lawyer Nasrin Sotoudeh now on the 34th day of her hunger strike, writes the following on his facebook page today:

I was just informed that following 19 days of solitary confinement, Nasrin was transferred back to Evin prison’s general female ward [where she was previously being kept] and is now with the rest of the female political prisoners.

This is the only news we have received.  We unfortunately have no news of her physical condition and well being and must await more detailed reports from inside Evin.

Latest Report on Opposition Leaders Mir Hossein Mousavi & Zahra Rahnavard |Family Visitations Mired with Threats & Intimidation

November 18th, 2012 – [Kaleme] As a result of ongoing restrictions, extreme pressure and security threats imposed on Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard, it has been exceedingly more difficult and challenging to publish news regarding the condition of the opposition leader and his wife.  The publication of the slightest news on Mir Hossein Mousavi has repeatedly led to a flood of threats to the lives and livelihood of the opposition leader’s family members.  Mousavi’s family members have been warned that any announcement on their part regarding the condition of Mousavi and Rahnavard will lead to a complete ban in communications, including all telephone contacts and face to face visitations.

Despite the aforementioned challenges, due to popular demand and given the recent concerns regarding the well being of Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard, in an effort to uphold the basic rights of every political prisoner that has been illegally detained to inform the public of their plight, Kaleme has decided to publish all news it has received from a variety of credible sources from the time that Mir Hossein Mousavi was released from the hospital.

A comprehensive summary of the news received by Kaleme regarding the physical and psychological condition of Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard and the latest status of their visitations is as follows:

• Mir Hossein Mousavi continues to recover under medical supervision, two and a half months after being transferred back to his residence “Akhtar prison” after undergoing an angioplasty while at a cardiac hospital in Tehran.  Despite medical protocol, access to his medical files continue to be denied.  Although Mousavi’s family members were often denied visitation rights for more than 4 months at a time since the onset of his illegal house arrest [including telephone calls or the right to know the exact location of their detention], after his operation, the family has been allowed to meet with Mousavi for a few hours once a week. As per prison officials and former prisoners who have effectively admitted that the residence of the Prime Minister of Iran during the 8 year holy war [with Iraq] has been converted into a detention center, these visitations are in line with prison regulations.  Despite recent claims that their decisions and behavior are in accordance with prison regulations and in line with the positions of the authorities and repeated requests by Mousavi to view the supposed prison regulations and laws they claim to support their current detention, no such document or evidence has been forwarded to the opposition leader to date.  This while neither Mir Hossein Mousavi, nor Zahra Rahnavard have been put on trial and the judicial authorities and the ruling establishment have repeatedly avoided taking any responsibility for the detention of the leaders of the Green movement insisting that they are not being detained but rather held under further security protection.

• Mir Hossein Mousavi’s daughters visited their parents under house arrest last Friday.  After Mousavi’s latest short greeting to the Iranian nation, his family members were once again banned from visiting with him at his residence and instead were allowed to visit with him in a building located across from their home now under the supervision of the Ministry of Intelligence.  This last meeting with their parents lasted two hours.  The weekly visitations without an exception included complete [at times inappropriate and disturbing] bodily searches of the family members and a comprehensive search of their personal belongings.

• Zahra Rahnavard has recently developed shaking in the hands and the face a condition that did not exist prior to her house arrest.  In the past two weeks, Mousavi has also suffered from heart pain and an extreme fluctuations in his blood pressure. Despite their physical condition the family members report that both Mousavi and Rahnavard’s spirits remain strong.

• The restrictions on Mir Hossein Mousavi and Rahnavard increased after a number of his family members were allowed to meet with them and the family published a statement in which Mousavi sent his regards to the nation of Iran. A number of family members were also threatened with the banning of all visitation rights.  It was after this visit that the authorities expressed their concern regarding the publication of Mousavi’s message to the people of Iran, insisting that nothing be published regarding the content of such visits.  They claimed that the publication of the greeting by Mousavi was tantamount to breaking the rules of the house arrest.  The authorities also requested that Mousavi’s daughters denounce the short interview given by their aunt [the mother of Martyr Ali Mousavi killed on Ashura] in which she briefly spoke about her brother.  It has been reported that Mousavi’s has strongly warned the authorities regarding the continued pressure on his family.

• Following Mousavi’s warning regarding the harassment of his family members and the serious threats to his family and Mousavi’s announcement that if the threats and suspicious behavior continue [the authorities] will face a strong reaction from him, the opposition leader and his wife were finally allowed a 3 hour visitation with their daughters in the presence of security officers at the residence of one of their daughters.

• Three weeks ago, security officers reportedly informed Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard that they will no longer be responsible for the preparation of their meals.   The intent behind this latest worrisome move remains unclear and was met with extreme opposition by Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard who strongly protested emphasizing that this latest move is a threat to their physical well being.  In reaction to this news, the opposition leader and his wife reiterated that those who have detained them are responsible for their safety.  Following this latest news, the family members are very concerned regarding the motive behind such a statement.

• Mir Hossein Mousavi’s younger brother, Mir Mahmoud Mousavi has been officially denied all visitation with his brother following his statements regarding his brother’s physical condition. The security agents have claimed that as a result of his lack of cooperation he is no longer allowed to visit with his brother.  In response to the insistence by Kaleme’s reporter to find out about Mousavi’s health, Mir Mahmoud merely stated: “I respect the people’s right to know about my brother’s condition, but rather than being informed by the family, it is best that the people be informed if God willing through less complicated and more appropriate channels.”

• Mir Hossein Mousavi’s family have demanded that Mousavi and Rahnavard be examined by an established physician trusted by the family and a report be published on their physical condition.   The family have also demanded that regular visitations be established asking that security agents refrain from any and all verbal threats.

• Despite the general perception that Mousavi and Rahnavard have been allowed regular visitation with their family in an ordinary environment [ a perception resulting perhaps as a result of the lack of information regarding the opposition leader and his wife], the recent visitations with family members have taken place in a heavy security atmosphere mired with intimidation and threats.  Telephone calls have also been very rare and limited, often leaving the family in the dark during the week.

• With the exception of access to a television, Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard have had no access to any news outlets.  Mousavi has nevertheless informed his prison guards that he is able to decipher the news by watching the Islamic Republic’s official broadcasting station the IRIB [Seda va Sima] and reading in between the lines.  One of the visitation conditions imposed on the family members from the very start has been to avoid all political discussions or discussion of the current news.

چکیده :خانواده تهدید شده اند که هرگونه خبر رسانی درباره پدر و مادرشان را با قطع ارتباط کامل اعم از دیدار حضوری یا تماس تلفنی پاسخ خواهند داد. با این وصف و علیرغم این مشکلات با توجه به خواست مردم و نیز با عنایت به نگرانی های جدی ای که درباره سلامت میرحسین و رهنورد به وجود آمده است، کلمه مجموعه اخبار دریافتی موثق درباره میرحسین را که از منابع مختلف کسب شده است و مربوط به دوران پس از مرخص شدن وی از بیمارستان می باشد را به اطلاع مخاطبان می رساند …

محدودیت ها و فشارهای شدید و ملاحظات و تهدیدهای امنیتی فراوانی باعث شده است که دریافت اطلاعات و یا نشر آن درباره وضعیت میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد با مشکلات، محدودیت ها و دشواری های فراوان همراه باشد.

همچنین هر بار با کوچکترین اطلاع رسانی در مورد میرحسین، سیل تهدیدها و فشارهای حتی جانی و شغلی بر خانواده افزایش می یابد.

به گزارش کلمه آنها تهدید شده اند که هرگونه خبر رسانی درباره پدر و مادرشان را با قطع ارتباط کامل اعم از دیدار حضوری یا تماس تلفنی پاسخ خواهند داد. با این وصف و علیرغم این مشکلات با توجه به خواست مردم و نیز با عنایت به نگرانی های جدی ای که درباره سلامت میرحسین و رهنورد به وجود آمده است، کلمه مجموعه اخبار دریافتی موثق درباره میرحسین و رهنورد  را که  از منابع مختلف  کسب شده است و مربوط به دوران پس از مرخص شدن  موسوی  از بیمارستان  می باشد را به اطلاع مخاطبان می رساند و تلاش می کند اطلاع رسانی به مردم را به عنوان حقی بدیهی برای زندانیانی که به صورت غیر قانونی در حبس قرار گرفته اند مطالبه نماید.

مجموعه اطلاعات رسیده به کلمه درباره وضعیت سلامت جسمی و روحی میرحسین و رهنورد و نیز وضعیت ملاقات ها و … پس از ترخیص میرحسین از زندان به شرح زیر است:

*** میرحسین موسوی که دو ماه و نیم پیش، پس از ۲۴ ساعت عمل آنژیوگرافی در بیمارستان به منزل خود، زندان اختر، منتقل شده کما بیش در وضعیت بیماری است و طبق پروتکل های پزشکی باید تحت درمان باشد. با این همه دسترسی وی به پرونده ی پزشکی این همراه سبز وجود ندارد.

در حالی که در مدت حبس خانگی همراهان جنبش سبز زمان هایی بوده است که  خانواده آنها تا نزدیک به ۴ ماه نیز در بی خبری مطلق (اعم از ملاقات، تلفن و یا حتی پاسخگویی ماموران در مورد محل نگهداری آنها یا سلامتشان) بوده اند پس از بازگشت میرحسین از بیمارستان به خانواده امکان هفته ای یک ملاقات چند ساعته داده شده است.

ماموران و زندانبانان قبلی این ملاقات را در راستای آیین نامه سازمان زندان ها دانسته اند و عملا اعتراف کرده اند که خانه ی نخست وزیر هشت سال جنگ تحمیلی تبدیل به زندان خانگی شده است. همچنین اخیرا هر بار آنها رفتارها و تصمیمات خود را مطابق آیین نامه و نظرات مسوولان ذیربط می دانند اما با توجه به خواست مکرر میرحسین هنوز آیین نامه ای در مورد شرح وضعیت نگهداری آنها و قوانین مربوطه به رویت میرحسین و رهنورد نرسیده است.

این در حالی است که این دو همراه جنبش سبز تا به حال نه تنها محاکمه ای نداشته اند بلکه مسئولان قضایی و حکومتی بارها با فرار از پاسخگویی درباره ی رهبران زندانی جنبش سبز مدعی شده اند که آنها تنها تحت مراقبت بیشتر هستند و وجود زندان را تکذیب کرده اند.

***دختران میرحسین و رهنورد جمعه گذشته نیز به ملاقات پدر و مادر خود در زندان خانگی رفتند.  البته پس از درج خبری از میرحسین که به مردم ایران سلام رسانده بود امکان این ملاقات در منزل مجددا از ایشان سلب شده است و آنها در ساختمان مجاور منزل که اکنون در دست وزارت اطلاعات است به مدت ۳ساعت با پدر و مادر خود دیدار کردند.

این دیدارها بلا استثنا همراه با تفتیش کامل و گاه آزار دهنده بدنی و وسایل خانواده است.

***دست و صورت خانم رهنورد اخیرا دچار لرزش شده است، مساله ای که پیش از دستگیری، به هیچ وجه در وی سابقه نداشته است. همچنین میرحسین موسوی در دو هفته گذشته مجددا دچار درد و ناراحتی در قلب و همچنین با نوسان شدید فشار خون روبرو بوده است. در عین حال خانواده از روحیه بسیار بالا و پر امید این دو همراه سبز خبر می دهند.

***پس از دیدار تعدادی از اقوام میرحسین و رهنورد با آنها که اکثرا از زمان حصر موفق به دیدار نشده بودند و انتشار این خبر و رساندن سلام وی به ملت ایران، در دیدارهای خانواده محدودیت های بیشتری اعمال شده و همچنین برخی از اعضای خانواده تهدید شده اند که ممنوع الملاقات می شوند. آنها به شدت از رسیدن پیام و خبری از میرحسین به مردم ناراحت بوده و اعلام کرده اند که کوچکترین خبری نباید از همین دیدارهای محدود منتشر شود و رساندن سلام را معادل شکستن مختصات حصر دانسته اند. این فشارها واکنش شدید نخست وزیر دوران جنگ را در پی داشته است. آنها همچنین از فرزندان خواسته اند که مصاحبه بسیار مختصر عمه خود، مادر شهید علی موسوی از شهیدان روزعاشورا در مورد برادرش را تکذیب نمایند.

***پس از هشدار جدی میرحسین نسبت به بی حرمتی های ماموران به خانواده ی نخست وزیر هشت سال دفاع مقدس و تهدیدهای شدید آنها علیه اقوام و نیز اعلام اینکه در صورت تداوم برخی رفتارهای مشکوک مربوط به حصر، وی واکنش شدید نشان خواهد داد، میرحسین و همراه دربندش، زهرا رهنورد هفته ی گذشته توانستند در منزل یکی از دختران خود با آن ها دیدار داشته باشند. این دیدار  در حدود سه ساعت و در حضور ماموران امنیتی برگزار شد.

***ماموران امنیتی با سلب مسئولیتی نگران کننده و با هدفی نا معلوم و درست مخالف رفتار دوسال گذشته، حدود سه هفته پیش به میرحسین و رهنورد گفته اند که از این پس مسئولیت تهیه ی غذا را برعهده نخواهند داشت، میرحسین و رهنورد با اعتراض شدید تاکید کردند که این روش به منزله تهدید جانی بوده و مسئولیت سلامت آنها به عهده ی زندان کنندگان است.  پس از آن این نگرانی به وجود آمده است که دلیل  اعلام چنین مساله ای چه می تواند باشد؟ این موضوع همچنین نگرانی های جدی را درباره غذای آنها در خانواده به وجود آورده است.

***میرمحمود موسوی برادر کوچکتر میرحسین از روزی که گفته هایی از وی درمورد وضعیت جسمی برادرش منتشر شد به صورت رسمی امکان ملاقات با برادر خود را از دست داده و ماموران گفته اند که به علت عدم همکاری،  او دیگر حق دیدن برادرش را نخواهد داشت.

او در پاسخ به اصرار خبرنگار کلمه  که از سلامت میرحسین  موسوی پرسیده بود تنها گفته بود:  به حق دانستن مردم احترام می گذارد در عین حال تاکید کرده بود که مصلحت نیست که این دانستن از طریق ما و خانواده باشد و انشالله از طرق مناسبتری که عوارضی نداشته باشد، مردم در جریان قرار بگیرند.

***خانواده ی موسوی خواستار انتشار بولتن سلامت این دو همراه زندانی و معاینه مستمر توسط پزشک شناخته شده و قابل اطمینان خانواده و همچنین امکان تماس مستمر و ارتباط منظم و همچنین رفع هرگونه سخنان تهدیدآمیز از جانب ماموران شده اند.

***علیرغم برداشت عمومی مبنی بر تداوم و استمرار ملاقات در فضایی عادی (که شاید به دلیل ضعف در اطلاع رسانی مستمر باشد) ملاقات هایی که اخیرا هفتگی شده است در فضایی پر تنش و پر از تهدید و ارعاب صورت می گیرد. تماس تلفنی به صورت بسیار به ندرت و محدود بوده و در طول هفته موجب بی خبری از آنها  می‌شود.

***میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد همچنان به جز تلویزیون دسترسی به منابع خبری دیگر ندارند، اگر چه میرحسین به زندانبانان گفته است که از لابلای اخبار منتشر شده در صدا و سیما به خوبی واقعیت های جاری جامعه و سیاست را در می یابد. گفتنی است یکی از شروط ملاقات ها که به خانواده ابلاغ شده، عدم مبادله هیچ حرف سیاسی و یا خبر رسانی به مهندس موسوی و بالعکس عنوان شده است.

Sotoudeh’s Husband “Nasrin Denied Visitation Yet Again, on the 33rd Day of Her Hunger Strike”

We were yet again deprived of visiting with Nasrin today.  We have had no news of Nasrin, now on the 33rd day of her hunger strike, since last Monday [November 12th, 2012].  There has been no contact by phone and our repeated daily contacts with the prosecutor’s office, the prison and the visitation area have been to no avail.  

I am sure that they are overjoyed by our current predicament; overjoyed by their sense of power, their ability to flex their muscles through exerting continued pressure on prisoners and their families and creating so much concern and stress, with such ease amongst our friends and family members.

Nasrrin was never officially banned from visitations and yet since her illegal transfer from the general ward at Evin to the Intelligence Ministry’s Ward 209, she has effectively been denied of all visitation rights.

By the end of this week she will have completed 20 days in solitary confinement and the next official visitation [next Sunday] falls on Ashura that happens to be an official holiday.

امروز هم بدون ملاقات بودیم.
از دوشنبه ی گذشته تا حالا از نسرین که وارد سی و سومین روز اعتصاب غذا شده است بی خبریم. نه تلفنی و نه خبری.
مراجعات هر روزه ی ما به دادستانی و زندان و سالن ملاقات هم بی فایده بود. و مطمئنم چقدر از این موضوع خوشحال اند که آنقدر قدرت دارند که می توانند خانواده و دوستانی را به راحتی آب خوردن این همه در نگرانی و استرس نگه دارند. و قدرت شان در فشار به زندانی و خانواده به رخ بکشند.
نسرین قرار ممنوع الملاقات ندارد ولی عملا از وقتی که به طور غیر قانونی از زندان اوین خارج و به انفرادی 209 اطلاعات منتقل شده است ممنوع الملاقات است.
20 روز انفرادی او اوخر این هفته تمام می شود و اولین روزی که می شد او را ملاقات کرد یکشنبه ی آینده است که مصادف شده است با عاشورا و تعطیل رسمی …

Nasrin Sotoudeh’s Husband: It Looks as Though Nasrin Has Disappeared into Thin Air!

For the second week in a row we went to the visitation area at Evin prison today, Thursday November 15th, 2012.  The visitation days for prisoners detained at the Intelligence Ministry’s ward 209 takes place on Thursdays.  Despite the fact that Nasrin was transferred to a solitary confinement cell at ward 209 15 days ago, they [the authorities and personnel at ward 209] told us that she was not one of their prisoners.

The authorities at Evin prison, however, claim that Nasrin is being held at the Intelligence Ministry’s ward 209.  When none of the institutions with detention centers (Evin prison and Ward 209) are willing to take responsibility for housing Nasrin, in reality from a judicial point of view Nasrin has apparently disappeared into thin air!

Even though Nasrin has clearly never been issued a court order depriving her of visitations, she nevertheless remains isolated and her visitation rights continue to be denied. They no longer even pretend to adhere to their own semi official and tepid regulations and laws and will not hesitate to do anything they please to put pressure on prisoners and their family members.

Evading responsibility and projecting guilt onto others begins when they [the security apparatus] are left with the body of a dead young man such as Sattar Beheshti….

امروز پنجشنبه براي دومين هفته‌ي متوالي به سالن ملاقات زندان اوين مراجعه كرديم. روزهاي پنجشنبه روز ملاقات زندانيان بند 209 اطلاعات است. با وجود اينكه نسرين از 15 روز قبل به يكي از سلول‌هاي انفرادي اين بند منتقل شده است، ولي آنها به ما اعلام مي‌كنند كه او زنداني ما نيست.

مسولين زندان اوين هم مي‌گويند كه ايشان در اختيار 209 هستند.
وقتي كه هيچكدام از نهادهاي صاحب بازداشتگاه (زندان اوين – بند 209) خود
را مسول اين زنداني نميدانند

در واقع مي‌شود گفت كه از نظر قضايي ايشان ناپديد شده‌اند.

با وجود اين كه معلوم شده است كه براي او هيچگونه قرار ممنوع الملاقاتي صادر نشده است ولي همچنان او را ممنوع الملاقات كرده‌اند.
ديگر حتي به طور صوري و فرمايشي هم به قوانين نيم‌بند خودشان پايبند نيستند و هر كاري كه در راستاي فشار به زنداني و خانواده‌اش باشد در انجام آن هيچ ترديدي به خود راه نمي‌دهند.
و زماني كه جنازه‌ي جواني مانند ستار بهشتي روي دستشان مي‌ماند فرافكني‌ها شروع مي‌شود.

Sotoudeh’s Son Nima: “Mommy Said Save this Kiss and Give it to your Daddy!”

From the Facebook of Reza Khandan husband of Incarcerated Human Rights Lawyer Nasrin Sotoudeh in solitary confinement and on the 27th day of a hunger strike at the Intelligence Ministry’s Ward 209.

When Nima came out of the prison gates today, the first thing he did was to swipe off his mothers kiss from his cheeks and say: “Mommy said to save this kiss and to give it to you when I came out!”

Last night after what happened yesterday [the 3 1/2 hour wait outside of the gates of Evin without seeing Nasrin], they contacted us from the prison and told us to take the children to Evin so they could visit with Nasrin.  The children were allowed to see their mother for a few minutes at a location other than the usual visitation area in the presence of security officers.  The children spoke to their mother about their affairs, about school, homework and their other activities.

Unfortunately none of us were allowed to accompany the children to visit with Nasrin. We were not even allowed to accompany them inside the prison to make sure that they had successfully passed the guards at the entrance.

Nasrin’s hunger strike continues…

نيما امروز از در زندان كه بيرون آمد اول از همه بوس مامان‌اش را از لپ‌اش كند و چسباند به لپ من.

گفت:
“مامان گفتش كه اين بوس را نگه‌دار، رفتي بيرون بچسبان به لپ بابا”

اينچنين بود كه به دنبال اتفاقاتي كه ديروز افتاد. ديشب از زندان تماس گرفتند و گفتند كه امروز بچه‌ها را براي ملاقات بياوريد.
بچه‌ها براي دقايقي در محلي خارج از سالن ملاقات در حضور ماموران امنيتي دقايقي با مادرشان ملاقات كردند.
صحبت‌هايي كه رد و بدل شده بود همه مربوط به مسائل بچه‌ها بوده است. از درس و مشق تا بازهاي و مشغوليت‌هاي آنها.
متاسفانه به هيچكدام از ماها اجازه ندادند همراه بچه‌ها نسرين را ملاقات و يا تا محوطه‌ي زندان آنها را همراهي كنيم تا با خيال راحت از رديف ماموران ورودي زندان عبور كنند.
اعتصاب او همچنان ادامه‌دارد.
حال او را از مهراوه پرسيدم. گفت كه لاغر شده و گاهي وقت‌ها به بهداري مي‌رود، همين …
و بيش از اين هم از او انتظار نمي‌رود كه دقيقا وضع مادرش را توضيح دهد.
در ضمن به مهراوه گفته بود شماره‌ي آقاي درياني را به عمه بده تا هر وقت چيزي لازم دارد تا آنجا نرود، زنگ بزند تا برايش بفزستند.

Incarcerated Journalist Jila Baniyaghoub to her nephew Amir Mehdi: “Laugh my dearest, for I can never bear to see you cry”

November 12th, 2012 – [Free My Political Family Campaign] In a letter from Evin prison addressed to her nephew Amir Mehdi,  incarcerated journalist Jila Baniyaghoub currently serving a one year prison sentence at Evin prison while her Journalist husband Bahman Ahamdi Amoui remains behind bars at Rajai Shahr prison, describes the anguish of a mother forced to be separated from her nephew stating: “Laugh my dearest, for when you laugh you are beautiful and kind. Please never cry, for I can never bear to see you cry.”

The full content Jila Baniyaghoub’s  letter to her nephew is as follows:

My dearest Amir Mehdi,

Hi my dearest. While here [at Evin prison] there is not a day, an hour nor perhaps even a moment that passes by without you being in my thoughts. You cannot imagine the pain I felt and how worried I was about you when I called that first day from prison and heard you crying on the phone.  My dearest, I can never bear to see you cry, so please never cry. Laugh my dearest, for when you laugh you are even more beautiful and kind. 

I love you my little one. At our next face to face visitation at Evin I would like you tell me more about your school.  Do you recall how often you talked to me about your classes and your classmates last year?  You used to talk to me about your PE classes and soccer.  A few months have already passed since the start of your current school year and this time around I know nothing about your school activities.  I don’t even know the name of your teacher.  Tell me more about your school my son. Tell me about your friends and classmates.  By the way, what happened to that language class? I would love to see you continue your language classes.  Make sure that you follow up on those art classes if you have time as well.

 I have placed a picture of you and Uncle Bahman here on a rack next to my bed.  I look at the picture of both of you all the time in order to help with the pain of how much I miss you.

I love you very much.

Born in the port city of Bandar-e-Anzali in Gilan Province, Jila Baniyaghoub is an Iranian journalist, human rights activists and political prisoner. She is the editor-in-chief of the website Kanoon Zanan Irani  [Focus on Iranian Women] and editor of Social Services at Sarmayeh newspaper.  In 2009, the International Women’s Media Foundation awarded Baniyaghoub its Courage In Journalism prize. Baniyaghoub’s resume as a journalist and editor also includes collaboration with Iranian newspapers such as Norooz, Vaghaye Alatafaghiyeh [VGE.ir] to name a few.  Baniyaghoub’s husband, Bahman Ahmadi Amouee an incarcerated journalist whose work focused on economic news is a supporter of former president Khatami.  In June 2009, Iran’s Revolutionary Court, sentenced  Baniyaghoub to one year behind bars and banned her from practicing journalism for a period of 30 years.  She was summoned to serve her one year prison sentence on September 3rd, 2012.

سلام اینجا ،هر روز ، هر ساعت و شاید گاهی هر دقیقه اش را به یاد تو هستم .

…

نمی دانی آن روز که برای اولین بار بعد از زندان رفتنم زنگ زدم و تو پشت تلفن گریه کردی ، چقدر غصه ات را خوردم . عزیزم هیچ وقت و هیچ وقت طاقت گریه ات را ندارم . پس هیچ وقت گریه نکن . بخند ،چون با خنده هایت زیباتر و مهربان تر می شوی

دوست دارم در ملاقات حضوری بعدی ،

گفتنی است ژیلا بنی‌یعقوب روزنامه‌نگار، فعال حقوق بشر و زندانی سیاسی ایرانی است . او دبیر سرویس اجتماعی روزنامه سرمایه و سردبیر وب‌گاه کانون زنان ایرانی است. بنی‌یعقوب در سال ۲۰۰۹ برنده جایزه شجاعت در روزنامه‌نگاری شد.ژیلا بنی یعقوب در شهرستان بندر انزلی متولد شد. او سالها در تحریریه مطبوعات مختلف از جمله روزنامه‌های نوروز، وقایع الاتفاقیه، سرمایه و… فعالیت داشته‌است و دبیر سرویس اجتماعی روزنامه سرمایه و سردبیر وب‌گاه «کانون زنان ایرانی» است. همسر وی، بهمن احمدی امویی، روزنامه نگار اقتصادی و از همراهان سید محمد خاتمی استژیلا در خرداد ۱۳۸۹ توسط دادگاه انقلاب اسلامیبه یک‌سال حبس تعزیری و ۳۰ سال محرومیت ازشغل روزنامه‌نگاریمحکوم شد
