Latest Report on the Condition of the Leaders of the Green Movement ~ Illegal House Arrest Approaches 1300 Days

The following is a summary of the latest report from Kaleme dated Sunday September 1st, 2014 regarding the condition of the Leaders of the Green Movement Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard, now under illegal house arrest at their residence on Akhtar Street since February 2011.

– More than a year following the election promises by Hassan Rohani, opposition leaders Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard continue to remain under an illegal house arrest.

– Despite the fact that we are fast approaching the 1300th day of this illegal house arrest, there has been no accountability by any legal entity or official within the ruling establishment for the reasons behind and the length of this illegal detention.

– All political efforts to work towards a possible lifting of Mousavi, Rahnavard and Karroubi’s illegal house arrest have failed.

– The security measures surrounding Mousavi and Rahnavard’s illegal house arrest have become more stringent in the past few months.

– The leader of the Green Movement and his wife have been deprived of regular visits to Zahra Rahnavard’s ailing, old mother over the past few months. Despite the fact that Mousavi and Rahnavard have not been afforded legal due process, under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, all prisoners nevertheless have the right to visit their immediate family members.

-Mousavi and Rahnavard’s daughters have been allowed weekly visitation with their parents. The date and times of the weekly visitation have however been erratic and unpredictable.

-Mousavi and Rahnavard are deprived of all communication with the outside world during the week. Their family members are not allowed to contact them under any condition other than the weekly one and a half hour visitations.

-Since Ramadan, the one and a half hour visitations have taken place in a building belonging to the ministry of intelligence, across from Mousavi and Rahnavard’s residence. Though the family is allowed to have dinner together, video cameras have been installed throughout the property. The entire visit is filmed and all conversations are recorded.

-The security measures during the weekly visitation have become increasingly more stringent. The number of security officers present during the weekly visitations has increased in the past few months.

-The family continues to be concerned about the sanitary conditions surrounding the illegal house arrest. There is also significant concern regarding the possible contamination of the living environment and the food provided to the leaders of the Green Movement. Mir Hossein’s daughters have repeatedly warned high level officials of their concerns, demanding an official inquiry into the living conditions and environment at Akhtar prison. The fact that Zahra Rahnavard is once again suffering from shaking in her hands only further augments the family’s concerns regarding potential contamination of the living space and the food given to Mousavi and Rahnvard; particularly as both Mousavi and Rahnavard were in excellent health prior to their illegal house arrest.

– Mousavi’s family has repeated stated that even if government officials are not in a position to lift the house arrest, they should at minimum address the issues surrounding their parents’ illegal house arrest, such as ensuring a safe and healthy environment, providing them access to newspapers, allowing regular telephone contact with family members during the week, etc. Unfortunately the unacceptable conditions remain in place despite the promises by Hassan Rohani’s new government.

-Despite examinations by physicians and a written recommendation for treatment, both Mousavi and Rahnavard continue to be deprived of medical treatment. Both have developed issues with their vision during their illegal house arrest. Although physicians trusted by the government and the family have recommended eye surgery for both Mousavi and Rahnavard, no steps have been taken in recent weeks to address this issue and they remain deprived of treatment.

-Mousavi and Rahnavard’s daughters have refuted the recent rumors of a meeting between their parents and Shamkhani the head of the Supreme National Security Council, reiterating that there parents have had no meetings with the ruling establishment including any members of the newly elected government. Their isolation has led many to believe that the opposition leaders have been forgotten.

-The family reports that Mir Hossein Mousavi continues to receive cardiac treatment at home.

-Though Mousavi and Rahnavard have been provided with access to a number of art related books and magazines, they remain deprived of access to any newspapers or news source related to the outside world. Outside the weekly visitation with their daughters and a phone call to Rahnavard’s mother during the weekly visitations and a handful of phone calls to other member of the family, Mousavi and Rahnavard remain incommunicado.

-More than a year following the election promises of now president Hassan Rohani and the post election statements by the government spokesperson and other political figures, promising an end to the illegal house arrest of the leaders of the Green Movement, no specific action has been taken to ensure the freedom of Mousavi, Rahnavard and Karroubi. The relative silence of the newly elected government regarding this matter, coupled with the lack of any tangible result has led many of Rohani’s supporters to lose hope regarding his campaign promises, leading Rohani to reiterate his determination to implement his campaign promises in the past few days. Although the priorities as per insiders remains elsewhere, the government of Hassan Rouhani has yet to define specific actions and a timeline for campaign promises such as the lifting of the illegal house arrest of the Leaders of the Green Movement, the release of political prisoners and easing of the security environment facilitating the creation of political parties and freedom of the press just to name a few.

شرایط میرحسین موسوی و رهنورد در بازداشت خانگی؛ دشوارتر از قبل
گزارشی از وضعیت زندانیان کوچه اختر: حصر در فضای امنیتی‌تر؛ محرومیت از حقوق ابتدایی

چکیده :موسوی و رهنورد این روزها در شرایطی دشوار و امنیتی تر از قبل، در بازداشت خانگی هستند. آنها نه تنها در ماههای اخیر از رفتن مرتب به دیدار مادر سالخورده خانم رهنورد محروم بوده اند، بلکه همچنان از امکات تماس تلفنی و بهره مندی از روزنامه نیز محروم اند و نیز با وجود معاینه و گزارش مکتوب پزشک، اقدامی برای درمان آنها صورت نگرفته است….

با گذشت بیش از یک سال از وعده انتخاباتی حسن روحانی و در حالی که هنوز حاکمیت به حصر غیر قانونی همراهان مردم در جنبش سبز پایان نداده است، موسوی و رهنورد در شرایطی دشوار در بازداشت خانگی هستند.

به گزارش کلمه، عدد روزهای حصر خانگی موسوی، کروبی و رهنورد در حال رسیدن به ۱۳۰۰ است ؛ اما هنوز نه هیچ نهاد قانونی مسئولیت حصر آنها را به عده گرفته و مبنای حقوقی آن را بیان کرده، و نه تلاش های سیاسی برای رفع حصر به رغم وعده های مکرر به نتیجه رسیده است.

زهرا رهنورد؛ چند ماه محرومیت از دیدار با مادر

میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد که از ۲۵ بهمن ۱۳۸۹ تا امروز بی وقفه در بازداشت خانگی و تحت کنترل شدید ماموران امنیتی هستند، در ماههای اخیر حتی از رفتن مرتب به دیدار مادر سالخورده خانم رهنورد نیز محروم اند.

این مادر کهنسال که چشم انتظار دیدن دخترش است، تنها کسی جز دختران و خانواده شان است که میرحسین و رهنورد هر از گاهی می توانستند او را ملاقات کنند. حال آنکه حتی اگر آنها طبق قانون هم زندانی شده بودند، حق تماس با بیرون از زندان و ملاقات با خانواده، از ابتدایی ترین حقوق قانونی زندانیان است.

ملاقات های نامنظم، در شرایط امنیتی تر از گذشته

بر اساس این گزارش، ملاقات دختران و خانواده تقرییا هفته ای یک بار و با روز و ساعت نامعین به مدت حدود یک ساعت و نیم در حضور مامورانی که اخیرا تعداد آنها هم بیشتر شده، صورت می گیرد.

هرچند وقت یک بار، خواهر یا برادر میرحسین نیز با الزام به رعایت شرایط امنیتی و توصیه های از بالا مبنی بر همراه بودن یا نبودن همسرانشان اجازه ملاقات می یابند. اما در طول هفته، هرگونه تماس و ارتباط حتی در حد تلفن با میرحسین و رهنورد به طور کامل قطع است و خانواده در طول هفته از آنان بی خبرند.

از ماه رمضان، در مواردی این دیدارهای یک ساعت و نیمه در ساختمان مجاور زندان خانگی بر سر سفره شام، در حضور ماموران و زیر دید دوربین های روشن فیلمبرداری و شنود آشکار صوتی برگزار شده است؛ دیدارهایی که با وجود این فضا و صحنه ها، تلخ توصیف شده اند.

اما در هفته های اخیر فضای ملاقات ها به تدریج امنیتی تر از قبل توصیف شده و کاهش نسبی ماموران در هنگام ملاقات که در چند ماه گذشته ایجاد شده بود، باز به روال قبل برگشته است.

نگرانی از آلودگی محیط؛ در زندان اختر چه خبر است؟

وضعیت نگهداری این دو زندانی حاکمیت به لحاظ بهداشتی و درمانی، نه تنها در شرایط استاندارد قرار ندارد که نگران کننده و شک برانگیز به نظر می رسد. از جمله از ابتدای حصر تا کنون دو عدد از درها، یکی در راه پله پشت خانه که به اتاق های داخلی راه دارد و دومی در پشت بام منزل، به روی محصورین قفل مانده است و هیچ خبری از داخل آن نیست و این مساله بر ابهام ها می افزاید.

خانواده میرحسین پیش از این درباره احتمال آلودگی هایی در تغذیه یا فضا (مثل امواج مضر و خطرناک) در محیط زندگی والدین خود نزد زندانبانان و نیز مسئولان عالی رتبه ابراز نگرانی کرده و هشدار داده بودند؛ ابهامی که به راحتی می تواند با بررسی موضوع توسط ناظری مستقل برطرف شود.

اما بازگشت لرزش زیاد دستان زهرا رهنورد که پیش تر کاملا رفع شده بود و بی اعتنایی زندانبانان نسبت به این مساله، این نگرانی را به وجود آورده است که آلودگی مصنوعی محیط، شامل آلودگی در فضای خانه و خوراک، باعث ایجاد مشکلات جسمی برای موسوی و رهنورد شده باشد. حال آنکه هر دوی آنها در ابتدای حصر در سلامت کامل بودند و در طول ایام بازداشت غیر قانونی در خانه خود و به علت شرایط بد حصر، دچار بیماری های متعدد شدند.

ملاقات کنندگان کوچه اختر می گویند مسئولان دولتی اگر توان رفع حصر غیرقانونی را ندارند، می توانند لااقل به دغدغه های آنان درباره چگونگی نگهداری پدر و مادر محصورشان توجه کنند؛ دغدغه هایی نظیر تسهیل ارتباط فرزندان، قرار دادن روزنامه در اختیار ایشان یا امکان کسب خبر از آنان در طول هفته؛ که در طول این دوران و حتی در دولت جدید هم تغییری در این شرایط حاصل نشده است.

معاینه توسط چشم پزشک معتمد دولت و خانواده: اقدام درمانی هنوز صورت نگرفته

همچنین هر دو محصور زندان اختر، دچار مشکلاتی در چشم هایشان هستند. پزشکان معتمد دولت که مورد اعتماد خانواده نیز هستند، در معاینات خود بر لزوم عمل جراحی چشم برای ایشان تاکید کرده اند. اما با وجود مکتوب شدن این گزارش های پزشکی، و گذشت چند هفته، هنوز هیچ اقدامی برای پیگیری روند درمانی آنها صورت نگرفته است.

پس از روی کار آمدن دولت منتخب مردم، جز یک ملاقات بی نتیجه و رها شده و نه در سطوح متناسب، که در حدود یک سال قبل صورت گرفت و در آن محصورین شرح کامل رنج ها و مشکلات و وضعیت خود را دادند، هیچ مسئول دولتی و حکومتی سراغ آنها را نگرفته است، به طوری که برخی نزدیکان گفته اند دولتمردان آنها را به فراموشی سپرده اند. این در حالی است که در همین مدت، اتفاقات ناگواری برای میرحسین و همسر و دخترانش روی داد اما هیچ مقام مسئولی پیگیر آنها نشد. شایعه ای مبنی بر دیدار شمخانی دبیر شورای عالی امنیت ملی با میرحسین موسوی نیز منتشر شد که از سوی آنها به کلی تکذیب شده است.

وضعیت قلب میرحسین: درمان موثر بوده است

برنامه بازتوانی قلب میرحسین که پس از مشکلات قلبی با تاخیر شروع شد و برای مدتی در بیمارستان ادامه داشت، از بیمارستان به خانه ی محل حبس منتقل شده و در خانه انجام می شود و به نظر می رسد در مورد قلب ایشان، این درمان موثر واقع شده است.

خواندن روزنامه همچنان برای میرحسین و رهنورد ممنوع است

اگرچه بخشی از کتاب ها و نیز مجله های هنری در مدت حصر به میرحسین و رهنورد داده شده، اما همچنان از ابتدای حصر تاکنون علی رغم تاکیدات مکرر مهندس موسوی و دکتر رهنورد، حتی یک برگ روزنامه به زندانیان محصور اختر داده نشده است. امکان تماس تلفنی هم بنابر شواهد تنها برای یک بار در هفته مجاز بوده است، آن هم فقط در ملاقات حضوری فرزندان و با مادر زهرا رهنورد، و هر چند وقت یک بار هم با خواهر یا برادر میرحسین. این وضعیت موجب بی خبری کامل خانواده از عزیزان زندانی خود در طول هفته و نگرانی آنها بوده و هست.

رفع حصر؛ وعده ای که پس از یک سال محقق نشد

یک سال از وعده رئیس جمهور برای رفع حصر می گذرد اما با وجود تاکیدات ابتدایی سخنگوی دولت و برخی مسئولان سیاسی و امنیتی برای پیگیری این موضوع، هنوز هیچ اقدام عملی در راستای رفع حصر صورت نگرفته است.

سکوت و بی نتیجه ماندن تلاش های احتمالی دولت منتخب مردم در این باره، بخشی از افکار عمومی را به سمت ناامیدی از تحقق وعده های سیاسی رئیس جمهور برد؛ تا جایی که روحانی در روزهای اخیر بار دیگر بر پایبندی به همه وعده های انتخاباتی خود تاکید کرد.

در حالی که برخی نزدیکان دولت از اولویت داشتن امور دیگر سخن می گویند دولتمردان هنوز مشخص نکرده اند که آیا زمان بندی یا برنامه مشخصی برای تحقق وعده های سیاسی خود از جمله باز کردن فضا، ایجاد زمینه فعالیت احزاب، آزادی زندانیان سیاسی و رفع حصرهای غیرقانونی دارند یا خیر.

پیش تر یکی از دختران موسوی در نوشته ای در فیس بوک، در مورد والدین خود نوشته بود: مشکل این است که بیماری صبر نمی شناسد!

Reformist Cleric Abdollah Nouri Calls Upon Iran’s Leaders to Respond to the Iranian Nation’s Demand to End the House Arrests & Incarcerations

Saturday July 13th, 2013 – Kaleme reports that reformist politician and cleric Abdollah Nouri has once again visited with Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard’s daughters.

After welcoming Mr. Nouri, the opposition leader’s daughters provided him with an update on their father’s latest medical condition, reiterating the importance of consistent, controlled and precise medical treatment and monitoring as it relates to the healthcare needs of both Mousavi and Rahnavard.One of Mousavi and Rahnavard’s daughters who had finally been granted visitation with her parents at the residence of Rahnavard’s mother, was also pleased to report that both her parents had been in very good spirits.

“With the release of the leaders of the Green Movement and political prisoners the blessed presence of the Iranian nation during the recent presidential elections will be completed,” said Abdollah Nouri.

While expressing a sense of hope Nouri added: “The newly elected leadership of the Executive Branch resulting from the 2013 presidential elections in which we witnessed the passionate presence of the Iranian nation at the voting booths and the subsequent victory celebrations, has culminated in an environment of hope and vitality across our land. I am hopeful that through wisdom, tact and tolerance, the ruling establishment will take the necessary measures that will ultimately lead to a higher level of stability and strengthen our national interests. One such important measure is the release of the honorable leaders of the Green Movement and all political prisoners behind bars; for such a measure will complete the blessed presence of our people in the recent presidential elections; a nation whose sense of hope and joy will only further deepen with the release of their loved ones.”

“It is my hope that the presence of the new members within the National Security Council will create an opening with regards to the house arrests and detentions,” said Nouri, adding: ” With the new leadership and the newly elected members of the National Security Council beginning their duties in the near future, I believe that this entity is best suited for tackling the house arrests and detentions. Furthermore, I am of the opinion that with the goal to further improve the domestic climate and infuse hope and tranquility throughout our society, this Council will not only set forth a measure to release our honorable leaders and political prisoners, a demand that has national appeal, but will also pursue such a measure until a result has been achieved. During the house arrest of Ayatollah Montazeri it was ultimately the conclusions of the ruling establishment and the recommendations of the National Security Council that deemed his release beneficial to all, leading to his ultimate release. At the time I also believed that Ayatollah Montazeri would express his opinions, whether under house arrest or free. It goes without saying that his statements while under house arrest were even more effective.”

Nouri added: ” I am hopeful that the new meetings of the National Security Council and its new members and the meetings of the heads of the three branches [judicial, legislative & executive branch] and the presence of Ayatollah Hashemi Rafsanjani will result in improvement in our domestic, foreign, political, economic and cultural affairs and in particular lead to an opening in the detentions and house arrests. The events during the recent presidential elections have transformed Hashemi Rafsanjani as a political figure, increasing his effectiveness. Hashemi Rafsanjani and Rohani are in a position to act with tact and sympathy in support of the demands of the majority of the Iranian nation, resolving the issues at hand without anyone coming out as the loser, ensuring that everyone feels victorious. Should the ruling establishment decide to support the newly elected government in the resolution of the challenges facing our nation and the expectations of our nation of their newly elected government, it will take the necessary measures amongst other things, towards ensuring the release of all those detained and under house arrest.”

Though the road ahead is difficult and risky, we must nevertheless remain hopeful and refrain from making judgments,” said Abdollah Nouri. He added: “In order for the Reformists to achieve their goals they must remain hopeful and optimistic. They must strive to remain alongside the people and seek to listen to their problems. They must continue to be the harbingers of hope, reform and moderation across our society and amongst our people and God willing with the support of our nation their efforts will be fruitful. It goes without saying that the road ahead will be difficult and risky. We must nevertheless refrain from rushing to judgment while remaining hopeful. I am hopeful that our challenges will be resolved with the establishment of an appropriate and peaceful climate. It may very well be that the time is not yet right for the resolution of all the challenges we face, but we must remain hopeful that at the right time many of the difficulties we face shall be resolved. The reports provided to the leadership of the ruling establishment today are through the existing channels within the current government. With the changing of the guard and the newly elected government, these reports and the analysis will also change, leading to a different outcome. The ruling establishment may also revisit the issues at hand and come to the conclusion that it is better to revise their position vis-a-vis the continued house arrest of Mir Hossein Mousavi, Mehdi Karroubi and Zahra Rahnavard and the detention of all other political prisoners. After all it was under this same system of government that the late Ayatollah Montazeri was first put under house arrest and subsequently released.”

In closing Abdollah Nouri called upon the ruling establishment to put an end to the house arrests and detentions and in doing be the catalyst for joy and happiness for millions of Iranians. Nouri reiterated: “One can argue that the release of Mir Hossein Mousavi and Mehdi Karroubi is a national demand, for in every social gathering the slogans chanted by the people have been in relation to the need to lift the house arrest. In an effort to respond to the demands of the majority of the Iranian nation and broaden the depth and breadth of our national unity and national interests, it would be advisable for the leaders of the ruling establishment to end the house arrests and detentions and in doing so lead to the joy and happiness of millions of Iranians across our beloved land.”

چکیده :عبدالله نوری تاکید کرد: “امروز می توان مدعی شد که آزادی آقایان موسوی و کروبی یک مطالبه ملی است و در هر حرکت جمعی، شعارها به سمت لزوم رفع حصرها و حبس ها تغییر می یابد. مناسب است رهبران حکومت در جهت پاسخگویی به این خواست فراگیر و گسترش و تعمیق انسجام و وحدت داخلی و تقویت منافع ملی به حصرها و حبس ها خاتمه دهند و موجبات شادی ملیونها نفر را فراهم نمایند.”…

عبدالله نوری با فرزندان میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد دیدار و گفتگو کرد.

به گزارش خبرنگار کلمه در ابتدای این دیدار که در منزل یکی از فرزندان میرحسین و رهنورد و در فضایی صمیمی برگزار شد، فرزندان میرحسین موسوی پس از خوشامدگویی به آقای نوری و همراهان، گزارشی از آخرین وضعیت درمانی پدر خود ارائه داده و نسبت به رسیدگی دقیق تر و مستمر پزشکی جهت کنترل و انجام مراقبت های لازم درمانی از میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد تاکید کردند.

در این دیدار یکی از فرزندان موسوی و رهنورد که پس از ماه ها اجازه دیدار با پدر و مادر را در منزل مادر خانمِ رهنورد پیدا کرده بود، گزارشی از این دیدار ارائه و از روحیه خوب و بالای پدر و مادر اظهار خوشحالی کرد.

با آزادی رهبران جنبش و زندانیان سیاسی، برکت حضور مردم در انتخابات تکمیل می شود

در ادامه این دیدار عبدالله نوری اظهار امیدواری کرد: “در دوره ی جدید مدیریت قوه مجریه و پس از انتخابات ریاست جمهوری ۹۲ که با حضور پرشور مردم در پای صندوق های رای و پس از آن در جشن پیروزی، فضایی از امید و نشاط در جامعه ایجاد شده است، حاکمیت با درایت و تدبیر و سعه صدر اقداماتی که در نهایت به نفع ثبات بیشتر و تقویت منافع ملی می باشد را انجام دهد که از مهم ترین این اقدامات آزادی رهبران بزرگوار جنبش سبز و همه زندانیان سیاسی می باشد. با این اقدام مبارک، برکت حضور مردم در انتخابات تکمیل می گردد و شادی و امید ملت با آزادی عزیزانشان گسترده تر و عمیق تر خواهد شد.”

امیدوارم با حضور اعضای جدید شورایعالی امنیت ملی در حصر و حبس ها گشایش ایجاد شود

عبدالله نوری افزود: “فکر می کنم با توجه به مدیریت و اعضای جدید شورای عالی امنیت ملی که در آینده نزدیک مشغول به کار می شوند بهترین محل برای اقدام جهت رفع حصرها و حبس ها شورایعالی امنیت ملی باشد و این شورا جهت هر چه بهتر شدن فضای داخلی و تزریق آرامش و امید بیشتر در بستر جامعه، پیشنهاد آزادی این عزیزان، که به یک مطالبه ملی تبدیل شده است را ارائه خواهد داد و تا حصول نتیجه پیگیری خواهد نمود. در جریان حصر و آزادی مرحوم آیت الله العظمی منتظری هم نهایتا جمعبندی حکومت و شاید با پیشنهاد شورایعالی امنیت ملی این شد که آزادی ایشان به مصلحت همه است. آن زمان هم معتقد بودم مرحوم آیت الله منتظری نظرات خودشان را بیان می کنند، چه در حصر باشند و چه آزاد باشند، البته در حصر که باشند تاثیرگذاری سخنان ایشان بیشتر است.”

عبدالله نوری در ادامه گفت: “امیدوارم با تشکیل جلسات جدید شورایعالی امنیت ملی با حضور اعضای جدید و همچنین تشکیل جلسات سران سه قوه با حضور آیت الله هاشمی رفسنجانی در بسیاری از مسایل داخلی و خارجی، سیاسی و اقتصادی و فرهنگی از جمله حصر و حبس ها گشایش ایجاد شود. اتفاقاتِ دوره ی انتخاباتِ اخیر، از هاشمی یک چهره جدید و تاثیرگذار ساخته است و آقایان هاشمی رفسنجانی و روحانی می توانند با درایت و با همراهی و همدلی با خواست اکثریتِ مردم، مسائل را به گونه ای معقول که هیچکس بازنده آن نباشد و همه احساس برد کنند حل نمایند. چنانچه حکومت هم بخواهد به دولت جدید کمک کند، در جهت حل مشکلات دولت و توقعاتی که در جامعه از دولت جدید وجود دارد، از جمله آزادی محصورین و محبوسین اقدام می کند.”

مسیر سخت و پرمخاطره ای در پیش است/ باید امیدوار بود اما قضاوت نکرد

عبدالله نوری در بخش دیگری از سخنان خود گفت: “اصلاح طلبان برای رسیدن به اهداف خود باید با امیدواری و خوشبینی گام بردارند، باید تلاش، هدف و آرمان شان هم چنان ماندن در کنار مردم و گوش فرادادن به درد ها و مشکلات شان باشد، باید منادی امید و اصلاح و اعتدال در جامعه و در میان مردم باشند و ان شاءالله با توکل به خدا و یاری مردم نتیجه خواهند گرفت. البته مسیر سخت و پرمخاطره ای در پیش است. نباید به سرعت قضاوت کرد، گرچه باید امیدوار بود و من امیدوارم در یک جو آرام و مناسب مسایل حل شود. ممکن است برای حل مسائل گوناگون، هنوز زمان مناسب نرسیده باشد و باید امید داشت که در زمان مناسب بسیاری از مسائل و مشکلات حل گردد. گزارش هایی که امروز به حاکمان داده می شود از کانال مسئولین فعلی است و با تغییر مسئولین گزارش ها و تحلیل ها هم تغییر خواهد کرد و چه بسا نتایج دیگری در بر داشته باشد. حکومت هم ممکن است در یک جمع بندی جدید و بازنگری به این نتیجه برسد که بهتر است نسبت به ادامه ی حصر جناب آقای مهندس موسوی و جناب آقای کروبی و سرکار خانم رهنورد و حبس سایر عزیزان ما تجدید نظر صورت پذیرد. بالاخره در همین نظام روزی مرحوم آیت الله منتظری در حصر قرار گرفتند و روزی حصر ایشان شکسته شد.”

با خاتمه حصرها و حبس ها موجبات شادی ملیونها نفر را فراهم نمایند

عبدالله نوری تاکید کرد: “امروز می توان مدعی شد که آزادی آقایان موسوی و کروبی یک مطالبه ملی است و در هر حرکت جمعی، شعارها به سمت لزوم رفع حصرها و حبس ها تغییر می یابد. مناسب است رهبران حکومت در جهت پاسخگویی به این خواست فراگیر و گسترش و تعمیق انسجام و وحدت داخلی و تقویت منافع ملی به حصرها و حبس ها خاتمه دهند و موجبات شادی ملیونها نفر را فراهم نمایند.”

Mir Hossein Mousavi Described as Doing Well Despite the Lack of Adherence to Medical Protocols by those Responsible for his House Arrest

July 4th, 2013 – [Kaleme] Mir Hossein Mousavi is reportedly doing well despite reports to the contrary and notwithstanding the non-adherence to the medical protocols recommended for patients suffering from a coronary ailment. Mousavi’s daughters have continued to strongly protest the family’s lack of access to his medical records, the longstanding lack of information as it relates to the health and well being of their parents and the continued denial of all their legal visitation rights.

According to Kaleme, Mir Hossein Mousavi who first suffered from a heart condition in August of last year and should have been continuously monitored as per the medical protocol for coronary patients, once again visited Tehran Heart Center while accompanied by security agents, on Tuesday July 2nd, 2013 albeit a two month delay in treatment. Mousavi underwent a “tilt test” [also referred to as Upright Tilt Testing] a procedure used with patients with symptoms of lightheadedness suspected to be associated with a drop in blood pressure.*

The results of the tilt test were reportedly positive indicating a severe drop in blood pressure during the procedure. Given the results, Mousavi’s physicians recommended that he be admitted to the Heart Center for further diagnostics tests. Their request was however denied by the security agents present, leaving Mousavi’s physicians with no other recourse than to connect him to a portable “Holter Monitor” designed to continuously monitor the various electrical activities of his cardiovascular system and his blood pressure over the course of several days with a goal order diagnose the problem and recommend an appropriate course of action. The results of the diagnostics tests from the Holter Monitor have yet to be announced.

Given Mousavi’s current medical condition, his family have strongly protested the fact that his medical records have not been made public. Despite the fact that Mousavi’s physicians are of the opinion that the standard medical protocols as related to patients suffering from coronary condition have not been followed in his case, Mousavi is doing well and is in good condition.

Mousavi’s daughters who have been following up on his condition, have continued to strongly protest the family’s lack of access to his medical records, the longstanding lack of information as it relates to the health an well being of their parents and the continued denial of all their legal visitation rights.

Given the sensitive nature of the circumstances surrounding the former presidential candidate, Mousavi’s family is pleading with the public to kindly refrain from disseminating rumors and/ or publishing inaccurate reports as it relates to his condition and well being.

Given his lack of trust and confidence in the physicians associated with the Ministry of Intelligence, Mousavi had previously rejected treatment by the aforementioned doctors. Mousavi was first transferred to the Coronary Care Unit at Tehran Heart Center in August of last year under extreme security measures, where he underwent a coronary angioplasty. In October of last year, following extreme chest pain and a fluctuating blood pressure, Mousavi was once again taken to the hospital. At the time, Mousavi’s physicians opted to postpone the scheduled stress test in order to spare him any further and unnecessary physical stress. The hospital personnel and physicians have repeatedly announced that the standard medical protocols related to coronary patients are not being followed in Mousavi’s case.

Mir Hossein Mousavi was in complete good health with no history of coronary ailment what so ever prior to his illegal house arrest.

به گزارش کلمه، میرحسین موسوی که پس از عارضه ی قلبی، سال گذشته، باید طبق پروتکل های پزشکی، تحت نظر و مراقبت های پزشکان قرار می گرفت، روز سه شنبه پس از دو ماه تاخیر، تحت حفاظت ماموران امنیتی در بیمارستان قلب تهران حاضر شد.

گزارش تکمیلی کلمه حاکی از آن است که پس از اعزام به بیمارستان آزمایشی که برای وی انجام شد “تیلت تست” بود که نتیجه ی آن مثبت گزارش شد و این بدان معنی بود که در آزمایش فوق فشار خون دچار افت شدید شده است، به همین دلیل پزشکان میرحسین تصمیم به بستری کردن وی جهت تکمیل بررسی ها و درمان گرفته بودند اما با مخالفت ماموران مواجه شدند. بنابراین پزشکان ناگزیر، “دستگاه هولتر” را به ایشان وصل می کنند تا ضربان قلب و فشارخون میرحسین موسوی را طی روزهای بعد ثبت کرده تا بتوانند مسئله را بررسی و فرایند درمان احتمالی را طی کنند. هنوز نتیجه این بررسی ها اعلام نشده است .

در این شرایط خانواده ی میرحسین موسوی نسبت به منتشر نشدن بولتن سلامتی وی معترض هستند و پزشکان معتقدند که پروتکل های پزشکی در باره ی این همراه سبز دربند رعایت نشده است، اما حال میرحسین موسوی خوب است.

بر اساس این گزارش خانواده ی نخست وزیر سال های دفاع مقدس پیگیر اطلاع از وضعیت سلامتی وی هستند و نسبت به عدم دسترسی به پرونده ی پزشکی پدرشان، بی اطلاعی از وضعیت سلامت پدر و مادر خود و عدم امکان ملاقات و دیدار با آن ها معترض هستند.

همچنین از مردم درخواست شده است که با توجه به حساسیت موضوع از طرح و دامن زدن به شایعات و یا گزارشهای غیر دقیق خودداری شود.

میرحسین موسوی پیش از این به دلیل بی اعتمادی به پزشکان وزارت اطلاعات از پذیرش آنان خودداری کرده بود.

شهریور ماه سال گذشته میرحسین موسوی در حبس خانگی دچار عارضه قلبی شد و در میان تدابیر شدید امنیتی به بخش سی‌سی‌یو بیمارستان قلب تهران منتقل و تحت عمل آنژیو گرافی قرار گرفت و سپس در آبان ماه، بدنبال درد و ناراحتی در قلب و همچنین نوسان شدید فشار خون بار دیگر به بیمارستان منتقل شد.

هر چند که قرار بود در بیمارستان تست ورزش نیز بر روی میرحسین انجام گیرد اما به دلیل اینکه پزشکان احتمال دادند این تست فشار زیادی بر بدن وی بیاورد، انجام آن را به زمان دیگری موکول کردند.

منابع بیمارستانی بارها اعلام کرده اند که پروتکل های استاندارد پزشکی درباره بیماری میرحسین موسوی رعایت نمی‌شود.

مشکل قلبی برای میرحسین موسوی پیش از زندان خانگی هیچ سابقه ای نداشته است و وی در سلامت جسمی کامل بوده است

June 16, 2013 – [Kaleme] On the eve of the eight hundred and fifty second day of the illegal house arrest of former presidential candidates Mir Hossein Mousavi, Mehdi Karroubi and Zahra Rahnavard, Mousavi and Rahnvard’s three daughters published a statement congratulating Ayatollah Hassan Rohani, the newly elected president of Iran stating: “Your victory in the eleventh presidential elections is the result of the well deserved efforts of a patient, forgiving and resilient nation that has seen their perseverance, sacrifices, martyrdom, imprisonments and house arrests lead to fruition on the anniversary of June 15th [25 Khordad].”

The Late Ayatollah Beheshti’s Family Visit with Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Mousavi’s Daughters

The family of the martyred Ayatollah Beheshti visited with the daughters of Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavad on the occasion of Norooz and were apprised of the various restrictions imposed upon Mousavi and Rahnavard including the fact that they have once again been deprived of all communication and their daughters have had no news regarding their condition since the beginning of Persian New Year.

The late Ayatollah Beheshti’s family expressed regret regarding the continued house arrests of Mir Hossein Mousavi, Mehdi Karroubi and Zahra Rahnavard.  They also expressed their desire to see them released as soon as possible, emphasizing that the hardships they have endured have not been in vain.

The family of the great martyr of the Revolution reiterated: “Today, more than ever, as a result of our patience and endurance to achieve justice, the legitimacy of the path we selected has become apparent to all, even to those who until now were doubtful.”

Opposition leaders Mir Hossein Mosuavi, Mehdi Karroubi and Zahra Rahnavard have held in illegal house arrest  since February 14th, 2011.  Despite the fact that 780 days have passed since their detention the ruling establishment  has not accepted responsibility for this illegal house arrest and has denied them a fair and public trial.  Furthermore, although the judiciary refuses to grant the opposition leaders their fundamental right to release from house arrest, they continue to also deprive them of the legal and basic rights afforded to all prisoners in Iran.

Mousavi and Rahnavard’s daughters were last allowed to visit with their parents on March 21st 2013 on the occasion of Norooz, Perisan New Year and have had no contact with their parents what so ever in the past 18 days.

چکیده :اعضای خانواده شهید بهشتی در دیدار با فرزندان موسوی و رهنورد ضمن ابراز تأسف از وضعیت آقایان موسوی و کروبی و خانم رهنورد و آرزوی آزادی هرچه سریع تر ایشان، تأکید کردند که تحمل این سختی ها بی حاصل نبوده و امروز بیش از هر زمان دیگری حقانیت راهی که طی شده، حتی برای آنان که تاکنون در آن تردید داشتند، آشکار شده و این همه را باید مرهون صبر و استقامتی دانست که در راه حق صورت گرفته است….
خانواده شهید آیت الله دکتر بهشتی به مناسبت ایام نوروز با خانواده مهندس میرحسین موسوی و دکتر زهرا رهنورد دیدار کردند.

به گزارش کلمه، در این دیدار فرزندان موسوی و رهنورد با ابراز بی اطلاعی از وضعیت پدر و مادر در حبس خود از ابتدای سال جدید و محرومیت دیدار و تماس با آنها، درباره تضییقات گوناگونی که به آنها وارد می شود، توضیح دادند.

اعضای خانواده شهید بهشتی نیز ضمن ابراز تأسف و آرزوی آزادی هرچه سریع تر آقایان موسوی و کروبی و خانم رهنورد تأکید کردند که تحمل این سختی ها بی حاصل نبوده است.

خانواده این شهید بزرگ انقلاب تصریح کردند که امروز بیش از هر زمان دیگری حقانیت راهی که طی شده، حتی برای آنان که تاکنون در آن تردید داشتند، آشکار شده و این همه را باید مرهون صبر و استقامتی دانست که در راه حق صورت گرفته است.

مهدی کروبی، میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد از ۲۵ بهمن ۱۳۸۹ در حصر خانگی به سر می برند و با وجود گذشت بیش از ۷۸۰ روز از این بازداشت غیر رسمی و غیر قانونی، حاکمیت نه به محاکمه علنی و عادلانه رهبران جنبش سبز تن داده، نه حاضر شده حق قانونی و شرعی آنها برای آزادی از حبس خانگی غیرقانونی را بپذیرد و نه حتی ابتدایی ترین الزامات حقوقی و بدیهی ترین حقوق یک زندانی را درباره آنها مراعات می کند.

دختران موسوی و رهنورد آخرین بار در سی ام اسفندماه توانستند با پدر و مادر خود ملاقات داشته باشند و در هجده روزی که از سال ۹۲ می گذرد، آنها هیچ ملاقات یا حتی تماس تلفنی با میرحسین و رهنورد نداشته اند و هم اکنون در بی خبری کامل از وضعیت پدر و مادر زندانی شان به سر می برند.

آنها دیروز در بهارنوشته ای که در کلمه منتشر شد، با اشاره به محدودیت ها و فشارهایی که در ایام حصر بر پدر و مادرشان رفته، از آخرین ملاقات پر از مامور و مراقب، آن هم بعد از ماه ها بی خبری نوشتند و خاطرنشان کردند: مامور‌ها بازو به بازوی هم می‌دهند تا ذره‌ای نزدیک پدر و مادر نشویم. درود برشما که در بند ظالمین هم که باشید صاحبان بند از فکر و کلامتان تا این حد نگرانند!

Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Mousavi & His Wife Zahra Rahnavard Rendered Incommunicado as of Persian New Year

Sunday March 31st, 2013 – According to reports from Kaleme, opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi and his wife Zahra Rahnavard have been rendered incommunicado as of the beginning of Persian New Year, March 21st, 2013 when their daughters were granted a short visit with them on the occasion of Norooz.

Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard have been denied all visitation with family members and any phone contact since their daughters were allowed a short visit, under extremely tight security measures on the first day of Norooz. This short visit reportedly took place in a building across from Mousavi and Rahnavard’s residence. The security apparatus has not only banned the opposition leader and his wife from any contact with their daughters during the Norooz holidays, but have also denied Zahra Rahnavard the right to visit with her mother. As a result, Mousavi and Rahnavard have once again been isolated as of the beginning of the New Year.

This is the third consecutive year in which Mir Hossein Mousavi, Mehdi Karroubi and Zahra Rahnavard have been detained and under illegal house arrest; a house arrest that has continued despite the ruling establishment’s denial of the opposition leaders to a fair and public trial and all basic rights afforded prisoners under Iran’s constitution.

چکیده :میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد از روز اول فروردین و پس از دیدار نوروزی با دختران، هیچ دیداری با هیچ یک از اعضای خانواده نداشته و حتی از تماس تلفنی هم محروم بوده اند. ماموران امنیتی نه تنها از دیدار یا تماس تلفنی دختران موسوی و رهنورد با پدر و مادرشان جلوگیری کرده اند، بلکه اجازه دیدار رهنورد با مادر خود را نیز نداده اند….

میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد از روز اول فروردین و پس از دیدار نوروزی با دختران، هیچ دیداری با هیچ یک از اعضای خانواده نداشته و حتی از تماس تلفنی هم محروم بوده اند.

Assuming you succeed in silencing the entire nation for a few days through arrests, violence, threats and the closure of tens of newspapers and media outlets, how will you address the change in the nation’s view of the ruling establishment? How will you compensate for the lack of legitimacy of the entire system of government? How do you propose to change the surprise and reproach felt by the international community towards the brutalities and violence [our] government has perpetrated against its own people? “Stop oppressing and humiliating our citizens! We cannot accuse people [of a crime] because of their political beliefs or any other belief for that matter. We cannot accuse people [of a crime] because of their ethnicity, or because they do not believe in God, or because they are not Muslims. We must refrain from segregating the various segments across our nation, for if we make such delineations, what is to become of a country with such diverse ethnicity and a wide range of [political and social ] affiliations? ”

Why must every simple dilemma or problem be resolved through security measures? Why do we use the slightest excuse to exclude people from our inner circle? Why make judgments such as this individual is too young. the other is too much of an artist. This one is too much of an intellectual; the other has differing tastes than ours. This one’s a student; the other is too critical of us. This one doesn’t belong to our group; the other is too tall, or too chic. Such a mentality will only alienate people, rendering us isolated and alone. به مردم بازگردیم…..چرا هر گره سهلی را با دندان‌های امنیتی باز می‌کنیم؟ چرا به کوچکترین بهانه،‌ هرکسی را از دایره خود‌ی‌های‌مان دور می‌کنیم؟ این یکی بیش از اندازه جوان است، آن یکی بیش‌ از اندازه هنرمند است، آن یکی روشنفکر است، این یکی با ما اختلاف سلیقه دارد، آن یکی دانشجوست، این یکی از کار ما ایراد می‌گیرد، آن یکی به گروه ما تعلق ندارد، این یکی قدش بلند است، آن یکی خیلی شیک‌پوش است. آن‌قدر از دور خود می‌رانیم تا این که تنها می‌مانیم. این شیوه انقلاب اسلامی نیست، و شیوه اسلامی نیست که آغوشش را به روی همه باز می‌کند و به صرف شهادت زبانی، انسان‌ها را در دایرۀ خود می‌آورد.
