BREAKING NEWS – Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Mousavi & Zahra Rahnavard Granted Visitation With Their Daughters After the New Year

March 27th, 2012  – Kaleme reports that opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi and his wife Zahra Rahnavard were allowed to meet with their daughters after the Persian New Year.  The visit reportedly took place in the presence of security officers and lasted three hours.

According to Mousavi and Rahnavard’s daughters, the companions of the Green path of hope were both in good physical condition and high spirits. Previously, Mousavi and Rahnavard’s daughters had finally been allowed to meet with their parents for the second time in one year, approximately two weeks prior to Persian New Year. During that meeting, Mousavi had once again called for patience and forgiveness, reiterating that both patience and forgiveness are key on the path towards justice.

In response to the recently raised concerns, Rahnavard had patiently suggested : “If you love your parents pray for them.” referring to the Ayat 30, Surah Fussilat in the holy Quran: “Our Lord is Allah., and, further, stand straight and steadfast,the angels descend on them (from time to time): “Fear ye not!” (they suggest), “Nor grieve! but receive the Glad Tidings of the Garden (of Bliss), the which ye were promised!”

It is worth mentioning that a few days prior to Mousavi’s last meeting with his daughters, opposition leader Mehdi Karroubi was also allowed to meet with his family for a period of 12 hours without the presence of security forces. Having been brought up to date on the current affairs in Iran Karroubi reportedly stated: ” I have no doubts regarding my decision to stand with the people and continue on this path and as a result of my convictions,  I remain steadfast and feel no despair. Never in my life have I been so thankful and grateful to God. I am certian that the path we have chosen will eventually be fruitful. It goes without saying that the heavier price we pay for this path today, the more we will cherish and appreciate its value tomorrow. The sacrifices we make will only further increase our determination to safeguard our achievements.”

میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد در آغاز سال جدید توانستند با دختران خود دیدار کنند.

به گزارش کلمه، در این دیدار که در روزهای آغازین سال نو و با حضور مداوم ماموران امنیتی انجام شد، دختران میرحسین و رهنورد توانستند تنها به مدت سه ساعت و نیم با پدر و مادر خود همنشین و همصحبت باشند.

بر اساس این خبر، حال جسمی و روحیه این دو همراه جنبش سبز خوب گزارش شده است.

دختران موسوی و رهنورد دو هفته قبل از آغاز سال ۱۳۹۱ نیز پس از مدتها محدودیت و قطع دیدارها و برای دومین بار در طول یک سال بازداشت پدر و مادرشان توانسته بودند با آنها دیدار حضوری داشته باشند.

مهندس موسوی در آن دیدار ضمن توصیه همگان به صبر و گذشت برای خدا، تاکید کرده بود که در راه حق صبر و گذشت هر دو با هم مهمند.

دکتر رهنورد نیز در پاسخ به ابراز نگرانی فرزندانش، از آنها خواسته بود دعا کنند که پدر و مادرشان مصداق این آیه باشند: “إن الذین قالوا ربنا الله ثم استقاموا تتنزل علیهم الملائکة ألا تخافوا ولا تحزنوا وأبشروا بالجنة التی کنتم توعدون”.

چند روز قبل و همزمان با عید نوروز، به خانواده حجت الاسلام کروبی نیز اجازه داده شده بود ۱۲ ساعت بدون حضور ماموران با ایشان دیدار داشته باشند. در آن دیدار، وی پس از آنکه در جریان مهمترین رویدادهای کشور قرار گرفته بود، گفته بود: به دلیل اینکه به کارم، راهم و مسیری که در همراهی با مردم انتخاب کرده ام ایمان دارم؛ احساس خستگی و ناامیدی ندارم و هیچ موقع در زندگی به این اندازه از خداوند شاکر و شکرگزار وی نبودم، و امید کامل دارم به نتیجه دادن این حرکت و مسیر. البته هر چه هزینه بیشتر داده شود، بعدها قدر این دستاورد را بیشتر خواهیم دانست و این هزینه ها باعث می شود همه ما سعی کنیم به حفظ آن

The Coordination Council for the Green Path of Hope Blasts the Heinous Crimes of the Authoritarian Regime of Bashar Al Assad

March 13th, 2012 – [Kaleme] In a statement addressed to the freedom and democracy seeking Syrian nation on the eve of the anniversary of their uprising against the totalitarian regime of Bashar Al Assad, and following the continued massacre of Syrian protesters and in particular the recent tragedy in the city of Homs, the Coordination Council for the Green Path of Hope reiterated the support, sympathy and solidarity of activists and supporters of the people’s Green Movement of Iran with the the patient and steadfast struggle of the Syrian people in their quest to achieve freedom and ensure the establishment of a democratic system of government based on justice and human rights.

Surely those who say, ‘Our Lord is God’ and then go straight, no fear shall be upon them, neither shall they suffer sorrow. (Holy Quran, Sura AL-AHQAF, Ayah 13)

To the patient, democracy seeking and freedom loving Syrian nation,

The freedom loving supporters of Iran’ Green movement have watched the heinous, inhumane and brutal mass murders of the Syrian protestors at the hands of the security apparatus of the dictatorial and totalitarian regime of Bashar Al Assad in Damascus with deep regret, concern and disgust.

The supporters of Iran’s Green Movement and the Coordination Council for the Green Path of Hope hereby jointly declare their empathy, sympathy and solidarity with each and every justice seeking Syrian citizen in their patient and steadfast struggle to achieve freedom and ensure the establishment of a democratic system of government based on justice and human rights.

Following the uprisings in the Middle East, the leaders of Iran’s Green Movement announced their support and solidarity with the movements protesting the dictatorial regimes in the region and declared February 14th, 2011 as a day of solidarity, calling upon the nation of Iran to participate in rallies in support of the freedom fighting citizens in the Middle East.  Despite the deceitful rhetoric and false claims of support of Muslim nations by the ruling government of Iran, the regime nevertheless engaged in the extreme suppression of the peaceful rallies in Iran in support of the uprisings in the Middle East, followed by the subsequent and continued illegal house arrest of the opposition leaders Mir Hossein Mousavi, Mehdi Karroubi and Zahra Rahnavard.

Iran’s Green Movement views the Syrian people’s uprising as an anti-dictatorial movement seeking to achieve freedom  and the undeniable right to self determination, regardless of race, ethnic, tribal, linguistic or religious background, and a quest to establish a system of government based on democracy, human rights and internationally acknowledged and accepted obligations.

As a result of the similar political climate prevailing in both of our countries, your legitimate and humane demands to achieve national sovereignty through free and fair elections, ensuring the establishment of a lawful government, fighting corruption and tyranny is fully aligned with the demands of Iran’s Green movement.  To this end, the Coordination Council for the Green Path of Hope expresses deep regret regarding the mutual support of the Iranian and Syrian regimes in the suppression of their citizens, without any regard for the desires of the majority of the freedom loving citizens of their respective nations.

We deeply regret and grieve the fact that the legitimate and humane demands of the freedom loving people of Syria have been answered using the worst possible form of inhumane repression,  bullets, tanks and artillery leading to bloodshed and the death of innocent women, children, elderly and other democracy seeking citizens in Syria. It looks as though the dictators of the region have chosen to ignore both historic precedence and the recent events leading to the demise of the autocrats and authoritarian regimes in the region.

Conversely, we are proud that yet another patient and freedom loving nation in the region continues to fight dictatorship with perseverance, despite the heavy costs endured. Your strength is a source of inspiration, energizing other freedom loving movements in the region, such as the freedom seeking movement in Bahrain.

The freedom loving people of Iran and the supporters of the Green Movement eagerly await the victory of the Syrian citizens against oppression, corruption and dictatorship.  We are confident that an Iran free of authoritarianism and an independent and democratic Syria will not only result in a deeper relationship between our respective nations, but more importantly will allow us to play a more effective role in strengthening peace, security and the defense of fundamental human rights in the region and in particular vis-a-vis the Palestinian nation.  We look forward to a day of victory and prosperity for the Syrian nation and ask God to grant the suffering and freedom loving people of Syria patience and perseverance in their quest for freedom and democracy.

در آستانه نخستین سالگرد آغاز خیزش مردم سوریه علیه رژیم بشار اسد و در پی تداوم کشتار معترضان وضع موجود در سوریه به‌ویژه فجایع رخ داده اخیر در شهر حمص، شورای هماهنگی راه سبز امید به مناسبت اولین سالگرد خیزش مردم سوریه علیه رژیم اسد با صدور پیامی خطاب به مردم دمکوراسی‌خواه سوریه، همدردی و همبستگی خود٬ فعالان و حامیان جنبش سبز مردم ایران را با آنان اعلام و بر همراهی و حمایت از «مبارزات صبورانه و مجدانهٔ آن‌ها برای کسب آزادی، برقراری نظام دموکراتیک و مبتنی بر عدالت و حقوق بشر» تاکید کرد

دموکراسی‌خواهان صبور و مردم آزادهٔ سوریه

 

مشاهدهٔ صحنه‌های فجیع و ضدانسانی کشتار وسیع و بی‌رحمانهٔ مردم بی‌پناه و معترضان آزادی‌خواه در سوریه توسط ماموران امنیتی و نظامی رژیم دیکتاتوری بشار اسد، موجب تأسف عمیق، نگرانی و انزجار هر بیشتر مردم آزادیخواه و همراهان جنبش سبز ایران از خودکامگان دمشق شده است.

 

بدینوسیله مراتب همدلی، همدردی و همبستگی خویش و فعالان و حامیان جنبش سبز مردم ایران را به یکایک شما مردم حق‌جو تقدیم کرده بر همراهی و حمایت از مبارزات صبورانه و مجدانهٔ شما برای کسب آزادی، برقراری نظام دموکراتیک و مبتنی بر عدالت و حقوق بشر تاکید می‌نماییم.

 

رهبران جنبش سبز پس از شروع جنبش‌های ضددیکتاتوری در کشورهای عربی خاورمیانه، ضمن اعلام همبستگی و حمایت از این حرکت‌ها، روز ۲۵ بهمن ۱۳۸۹ (۱۴ فوریه ۲۰۱۱) را روز همبستگی با مردم منطقه اعلام و از مردم آزادهٔ ایران برای انجام راهپیمائی حمایتی و اعتراضی، دعوت کردند. متاسفانه حاکمان ایران، با وجود شعارهای فریبکارانه و ادعاهای مزروانهٔ خویش در حمایت از بیداری ملت‌های مسلمان، به سرکوب شدید این راه‌پیمائی مسالمت‌آمیز پرداختند؛ و علاوه بر آن از آن هنگام تاکنون، آقایان میرحسین موسوی و مهدی کروبی و خانم زهرا رهنورد را بازداشت و به شکلی غیرقانونی در خانه‌های خویش محبوس کرده‌اند.

 

ما در جنبش سبز ایران، خیزش اعتراضی مردم سوریه را حرکتی ضددیکتاتوری و در جهت کسب آزادی و تحصیل حق غیر قابل چشم‌پوشی تعیین سرنوشت توسط همه شهروندان سوری (صرف‌نظر از تعلقات نژادی، قومی، طایفه‌ای، زبانی و مذهبی) در فرایند برپائی نظامی مبتنی بر دموکراسی و حقوق بشر و تکالیف شناخته شده بین‌المللی کشور‌ها می‌دانیم.

 

خواسته‌های انسانی و مشروع شما، با مطالبات جنبش سبز در ایران، یعنی تحقق حاکمیت ملی از طریق انتخابات آزاد و سالم و منصفانه، و برپائی حکومت قانون و مبارزه با فساد و خودکامگی، مشابه بوده و از وضع سیاسی مشابه حاکم بر کشورهای ما ناشی می‌شود. در این می‌ان، ابراز تأسف عمیق خود را از حمایتهای متقابل حاکمان ایران و سوریه از یکدیگر در سرکوب معترضان، بدون توجه به نظر مخالف اکثریت ملت نوع‌دوست و آزادی‌خواه در دو کشور، ابراز می‌داریم.

 

سوگواریم که درخواست انسانی و مطالبات مشروع مردم آزادی‌خواه سوریه به بد‌ترین شکل ممکن و با سرکوب ضدانسانی و توپ و تانک و گلوله و شکنجه، و با به خاک و خون کشیدن کودکان و نوجوانان و زنان و سالمندان و دیگر دموکراسی‌خواهان، پاسخ می‌گیرد. دیکتاتور‌ها اگر حافظهٔ تاریخی بلندمدت ندارند، حتی به رویدادهای نزدیک و اخیر این زمانه نیز بی‌توجه‌اند و از سقوط خودکامگان و فرجام دیگر نظام‌های اقتدارگرا عبرت نمی‌گیرند.

 

در مقابل، مفتخریم که ملت آزاده و صبور دیگری در منطقه، همچنان در حال مبارزه با دیکتاتوری، هزینه می‌کنند و پیگیری و استقامت نشان می‌دهند. مقاومت شما الهام بخش و موجب تقویت دیگر جنبش‌های حق طلبانه منطقه (ازجمله مبارزه شجاعانه مردم آزادی‌خواه بحرین) است.

 

آزادیخواهان ایران و همراهان جنبش سبز مشتاقانه برای پیروزی شهروندان سوری علیه ظلم، فساد و دیکتاتوری لحظه شماری می‌کنند. اطمینان داریم که ایران عاری از اقتدارگرایی و سوریهٔ مستقل و دمکراتیک در عین اینکه از مناسبات برادرانه و عمیق‌تری برخوردار خواهند بود، نقش موثرتری در تحکیم صلح و امنیت و دفاع از حقوق انسانی و اساسی مردم منطقه بویژه ملت فلسطین خواهند داشت. به امید آن روز، و ضمن آرزوی صبوری و استقامت مضاعف برای ملت رنج‌کشیده و آزادی‌خواهان سوریه، از درگاه خداوند متعال پیروزی و بهروزی ملت سوریه را مسئلت می‌کنیم.

Intimidation & Threats Towards Opposition Leader Mousavi’s Family Continue | His Daughter Involved in a Staged Car Accident

March 12th, 2012 – [Kaleme] Reports from Iran point to the continued harassment of the family members of opposition leader Mir Hossein Mosuavi, at the hands of the agents of the Intelligence Ministry in Iran. The latest such news is the reported car accident Mousavi’s daughter was involved in as a result of being harassed by an agent of the Intelligence Ministry.

Following the illegal house arrest of Mir Hossein Mousavi and his wife Zahra Rahnavard over one year ago, their daughters’ lives were repeatedly threatened both publicly and behind closed doors by agents of the Intelligence Ministry.  Security officers not only threatened the lives of Mousavi’s daughters but also threatened to destroy their careers and public image.  The repeated phone calls, harassment and threats of arrest and incarceration by the agents of the Intelligence Ministry have been reported by Mousavi’s daughters on a number of occasions.

Examples of the aforementioned threats include:  “as a result of the news you have published regarding your parents anything could happen to you”, “Do not go shopping alone.  If anything happens to you, you will be held responsible.”, “The regime will do nothing to protect you.”, etc.

According to reports by Kaleme, while Mousavi’s youngest daughter was driving on the freeway yesterday, she was pursued by a car that repeatedly and forcefully rammed into the rear of her car on the freeway, resulting in a severe staged car accident, causing major damage to Mousavi’s daughter’s car.  Fortunately, despite the severity of the accident, Mousavi’s daughter did not sustain any bodily injuries.

According to received reports, there were three men in the car that caused the accident. Two of the men fled the scene immediately and the driver of the car insisted to pay Mousavi’s daughter directly for the damages caused by the accident.  According to the same reports, the driver in question refused to provide any identification or insurance information, instead offering two telephone numbers that as expected have since been unreachable.

The driver of the car in question identified himself by the last name Akbari, stating that he is an employee at Evin prison and emphasizing that he is well known at Evin. When Mousavi’s daughter inquired about his position at Evin, the driver in question reportedly responded: “That question is best left unanswered…”

It goes without saying that in the past year following the illegal house arrest of Mir Hossein Mosuavi and his wife Zahra Rahnavard, his family have endured continuous harassment and pressure at the hands of the Intelligence Ministry of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

One of Mousavi’s daughters was banned from teaching at Alzahra University, while another daughter was prevented from seeking employment at the same respective office.

Furthermore, Mousavi himself was involved in an accident two years ago when a car forcefully crashed into his car on Jomhouri street, resulting in serious bodily injuries to Mousavi and the hospitalization of his wife Zahra Rahnavard.

Although Mousavi’s daughters are used to being under surveillance and pressure by the Intelligence Ministry,  it looks as though as of late the pressure has increased significantly.

تداوم ارعاب و تهدید خانواده میرحسین با شیوه های جدید؛ این بار تصادف ساختگی

چکیده : دو سال پیش نیز در تصادفی ساختگی در خیابان جمهوری ماشینی به شدت به خودروی مهندس موسوی کوبید که موجب ضربدیدگی شدید موسوی و بستری شدن موقت رهنورد شد….

 

در آخرین مزاحمت های ایجاد شده توسط ماموران اطلاعات برای خانواده موسوی، یکی از دختران میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد توسط یک مامور امنیتی دچار حادثه رانندگی شد.

 

پس از حبس غیر قانونی میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد بارها و بارها فرزندان ایشان مورد تهدید علنی و غیر علنی، تهدیدهای جانی شغلی و حیثیتی از جانب نیروهای امنیتی قرار گرفته بودند. تماسهای تلفنی مکرر و تهدید به حبس و بازداشت از جمله مواردی است که بارها از سوی دختران میرحسین موسوی اعلام شده است.

 

تهدیدهایی نظیر این که به خاطر خبرهایی که از وضع پدر و مادرتان می دهید ممکن است هر اتفاقی برایتان بیافتد…تنهایی به خرید نروید… اگر اتفاقی برایتان بیافتد خودتان مقصر هستید…یا این که نظام هیچ گونه صیانتی از شما نخواهد کرد و…

به گزارش کلمه، در همین راستا روز گذشته در حالی که فرزند کوچک موسوی در بزرگراه در حال رانندگی بود، اتومبیلی که او را همواره تعقیب می کرد از سمت عقب ماشین با شدت به اتوموبیل وی کوبید. هر چند این تصادف عمدی بسیار شدید بود و به اتومبیل دختر میرحسین موسوی خسارت زیادی وارد شد، اما خوشبختانه صدمه جانی بر جای نگذاشت.

 

در خودروی مزبور سه سرنشین مرد حضور داشتند که دو نفر از آن سه مرد به سرعت صحنه را ترک کردند…راننده خودروی پراید اصرار به پرداخت مستقیم هزینه آسیب به خودروی دختر میرحسین موسوی داشت. بر اساس این گزارش، او همچنین حاضر به ارائه هیچ سند هویتی و یا بیمه نشده و تنها دو شماره تلفن داده است که هردو شماره هم تاکنون همانطور که انتظار هم می رود در دسترس نبوده اند.

 

صاحب خودرو خود را به عنوان یکی از کارکنان زندان اوین با نام اکبری معرفی کرده و تاکید داشت در زندان اوین همه من را می‌شناسند! و به دنبال سوال دختر موسوی که شغلت در اوین چیست پاسخ داده بود این دیگر بماند.

 

طی یکسال گذشته و پس از اینکه میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد در حبس خانگی به سر می برند، خانواده وی نیز به گونه های مختلفی تحت آزار و اذیت و فشار بوده اند.

 

جلوگیری از تدریس در دانشگاه الزهرا و نیز ممانعت از جذب دختر دیگر در اداره متبوع از جمله موارد پیشین است .

دو سال پیش نیز در تصادفی ساختگی در خیابان جمهوری ماشینی به شدت به خودروی مهندس موسوی کوبید که موجب ضربدیدگی شدید موسوی و بستری شدن موقت رهنورد شد.

 

تعقیب و تحت نظر گرفتن دختران میرحسین موسوی موضوع تازه ای نیست و آنان همواره زیر نگاه نیروهای امنیتی بوده اند. اما به نظر می رسد که این روزها بر شدت آن افزوده شده است.

Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Does Not Participate in Iran’s Parliamentary Elections & Calls For Patience and Forgiveness

March 7th, 2012 – [Kaleme] After an extended period of restrictions,  Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard were finally allowed to meet with their daughters for the second time since their illegal house arrest one year ago.

Kaleme reports that the visit took place this past Sunday March 4th, 2012 [2 days after the parliamentary elections in Iran] at the house of one of Mousavi’s daughters and according to his daughters despite reports to the contrary both Mousavi and Rahnavard were in excellent spirits.

Even though the meeting took place under extreme security restrictions and in the presence of a large number of security agents, making it very difficult for the family to talk freely, Mir Hossein Mousavi who had previously announce that given the current conditions he has no real hope for the parliamentary elections, confirmed that he did not participate in the 9th parliamentary elections and did not cast a vote.

Furthermore, while speaking to his daughters, Mousavi called upon everyone to remain patient and have forgiveness, reiterating that both patience and forgiveness are key on the path towards justice.   In the final minutes of his visit with his daughters Mousavi once again confirmed that he remains steadfast and true to his previous positions. 

It is worth mentioning that despite the extreme restrictions imposed on Mousavi, he was nevertheless aware of the current affairs and recent developments in Iran.

During the short visit with her daughters, Zahra Rahnavard confirmed that she too had not participated in the parliamentary elections.  In response to the recently raised concerns, Rahnavard patiently suggested : “If you love your parents pray for them.” referring to the Ayat 30, Surah Fussilat in the holy Quran:

میرحسین موسوی در دیدار با دختران خود همگان را به صبر و گذشت برای خدا توصیه کرده و گفت که در راه حق صبر و گذشت هردو باهم مهمند.

پس از مدتها محدودیت و قطع دیدارها و برای دومین بار درطول یکسال بازداشت زهرا رهنورد و میرحسین موسوی با دختران خود دیدار کردند.

به گزارش کلمه در این دیدار که در روز یکشنبه ی پس از انتخابات در منزل یکی از دختران میرحسین موسوی انجام شد، روحیه این زوج دربند بسیار عالی بود و بر خلاف شایعات و اخبار محافل امنیتی از سلامت کامل برخوردار بوده اند.

در این دیدار که در زمانی محدود، با تدابیر شدید امنیتی و حضور ماموران اطلاعاتی در منزل برگزار شد و چندان امکان گفت و گوی آزاد بین دختران و پدر و مادرشان فراهم نبود، با اینحال و علیرغم این مشکل، میرحسین موسوی که پیش از این هم اعلام کرده بود با توجه به شرایط موجودی امیدی به این انتخابات نیست گفت در انتخابات شرکت نکرده و رای نداده است.

این گزارش حاکی است که میرحسین موسوی هر چند با محدودیت های زیادی از نظر دسترسی به اطلاعات و اخبار رو به روست، اما در جریان اخبارجاری کشور بوده است.

در همین حال زهرا رهنورد، که او نیز رای نداد ه بود نیز در در پاسخ به ابراز نگرانی ها با روحیه ای مثال زدنی توصیه می کرد که شما اگر پدر و مادرتان را دوست دارید دعا کنید که ما مصداق آیه ی إن الذین قالوا ربنا الله ثم استقاموا تتنزل علیهم الملائکة ألا تخافوا ولا تحزنوا وأبشروا بالجنة التی کنتم توعدون” باشیم.

BREAKING NEWS – Incarcerated Dissident & Blogger Mehdi Khazali Refuses to Drink Water On the 57th Day of His Hunger Strike

March 5th, 2012  – [Kaleme] Following 57 days of a hunger strike, Mehdi Khazali incarcerated reformist, war veteran, blogger and vocal critic of the ruling government launches a dry hunger strike protesting the lack of responsibility by the authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran

According to reports by Kaleme, Khazali was transferred to solitary confinement in Evin prison’s security ward 209 [under the supervision of the Intelligence Ministry] 8 days ago.  He was taken to court yesterday and in protest to the continuedlawlessness and violent behavior of the Ministry of Intelligence prison guards, Khazali decided to launch a dry hunger strike stating that he will refuse to drink any water until his civil and legal rights have been reinstated.

Previously, Dr. Khazali was taken to Taleghani hospital after suffering a heart attack at Evin, then transferred after one day to Bani Hashem hospital under the supervision of the Ministry of Intelligence and shortly after transferred back to Evin prison despite his dire physical condition and against the recommendation of the hospital physicians and staff.

In his web blog, Dr. Khazali described his hunger strike as a last resort of an innocent man who has no one to turn to and whose cries have been ignored.  Khazali also stated that he had asked the permission of 4 Grand Ayatollahs before launching his hunger strike.

It is worth mentioning that Khazali was violently arrested on January 9th, 2012 and launched his hunger strike on the first day of his incarceration, protesting the violent behavior of security agents during his arrest and the lawlessness of the Judiciary in Iran.

چکیده :مهدی خزعلی که از هشت روز پیش به سلول انفرادی در بند امنیتی 209 زندان اوین منتقل شده بود در اعتراض به رفتارهای خشن زندانبانان وزارت اطلاعات دست به اعتصاب خشک زده و اعلام کرده است تا احیای آیین دادرسی مدنی و حقوق از دست رفته لب به آب هم نخواهد زد …

مهدی خزعلی، رزمنده دوران دفاع مقدس و نویسنده منتقد، پس از ۵۷ روز اعتصاب غذا و تداوم بی توجهی مسئولان، دست به اعتصاب غذای خشک زد.

به گزارش کلمه، مهدی خزعلی که از هشت روز پیش به سلول انفرادی در بند امنیتی ۲۰۹ زندان اوین منتقل شده بود روز گذشته که برای مطالعه حکم خود به دادگاه منتقل شده بود در اعتراض به تداوم بی قانونی ها و رفتارهای خشن زندانبانان وزارت اطلاعات دست به اعتصاب خشک زده و اعلام کرده است تا احیای آیین دادرسی مدنی و حقوق از دست رفته از این پس لب به آب هم نخواهد زد.

پیش تر مهدی خزعلی بر اثر حمله قلبی به بیمارستان طالقانی منتقل شده بود که پس از یک روز توسط نیروهای امنیتی به بیمارستان بنی هاشم زیر نظر وزارت اطلاعات منتقل شده و پیش از بهبودی به زندان اوین بازگردانده شده بود.

مهدی خزعلی در متنی در وبلاگ خود اعتصاب غذا را آخرین سلاح مظلوم دانسته بود در زمانی که پناهی ندارد و فریادش به جایی نمیرسد و گفته بود که برای اعتصاب غذای خود از ۴ مرجع تقلید اذن گرفته است.

این نویسنده منتقد که در تاریخ توسط نیروهای امنیتی همراه با خشونت دستگیر شد در اعتراض به رفتار خشونت آمیز نیروهای امنیتی در هنگام بازداشت و رفتارهای غیرقانونی سیستم قضایی از همان روز اول، دست به اعتصاب غذا زد.
