Our Parents Have Been Kidnapped. We Demand Their Immediate & Unconditional Release,” Declare Mousavi’s Daughters

January 25th, 2013 [Kaleme] As we enter the third year of the unexplained and illegal house arrest of opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi and his wife Zahra Rahnavard, their three daughters publish a statement likening their parents’ continued house arrest to a form of “kidnapping” and once again demanding their immediate and unconditional release with accountability by a ruling establishment that to date has refused to take responsibility for two years of incarceration without reason and void of any legal due process.

The full content of the statement as provided to Kaleme is as follows:

In the name of God,

In response to the repeated questions posed by supporters and friendly citizens regarding the status of our parents, we the daughters of Mir Hossein Mousavi wish to clarify that the only information we have on the health and condition of our parents is based on our personal observations during a visit we had with them more than two months ago. Despite the fact that their physical condition [based on our observations] was far from ideal, neither we nor our beloved parents have been provided with any medical evidence or records regarding their health and well being. Given the multitude of crisis created by the security agents and the harsh and disturbing conditions of our visitations and in particular the altercations during our last visit rendering us incommunicado and not withstanding the fluctuations in our father’s blood pressure and his heart condition, it goes without saying that their physical well being and health continues to cause us serious concern.

In the past two months with the exception of one short and restricted telephone conversation, we have had no contact with our parents. We have neither been allowed to call them nor have we been allowed to meet with them. This short and restricted telephone conversation took place after months of being in the dark, following our grandfather’s passing and in the presence of security agent who did not hesitate to warn us to refrain from any political discussions, despite the fact that we were in mourning. As a result, the only information we currently have regarding our parents is based on what we have been told by two of our relatives who saw them because they happened to be at our grandmother’s house on the day that our parents were taken there accompanied by a large number of security officers. As per their account, the yard and house were filled with both male and female security agents who did not leave our parents’ side for even a moment, making it impossible for anyone to have a conversation with them. In a phone conversation with our grandmother, our mother confirmed that their prison guards have not only detained them without reason but have also denied their daughters permission to speak with them or to see them. It seems as though our innate and legal right to see our parents has become a cause of great fear and anxiety [for them].

Finally and most importantly, although we recognize that being informed about our parents’ well being and the ability to have regular, unrestricted visitations that are void of threats, are our innate and legal right, a right which we have been deprived of to date, our demand as we enter the third year of an unexplained and illegal house arrest that is more like a kidnapping than a detention, is the immediate and unconditional release of our parents. Furthermore we demand accountability for the unlawful imprisonment that has taken place for a period of two years by the organization and entities that have committed such an act and a system [of government] that has avoided responsibility for such illegal behavior, neglecting to provide transparency with regards to the health, well being and livelihood of two individuals who have been incarcerated for two years without regard for international regulations and domestic laws.

چکیده :فرزندان موسوی و رهنورد در اطلاعیه ای با اشاره به فضای مشوش و تند حاکم بر ملاقات ها و تماس ها، نسبت به سلامتی پدر و مادرشان ابراز نگرانی کردند. دختران موسوی خاطرنشان کرده اند که تنها مکالمه تلفنی دو ماه اخیر با پدر و مادرشان که در فضای عزای مرگ پدربزرگ صورت گرفته، به این شرط برگزار شده که درباره موضوعات سیاسی گفت و گو نشود! آنها دو سال حبس بی توضیح و غیر قانونی را به آدم ربایی تشبیه کرده و خواستار آزادی بدون شرط و فوری میرحسین و رهنورد شده اند….

فرزندان میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد در اطلاعیه ای با تاکید بر بی اطلاعی مطلق خود از وضعیت پدر و مادرشان که از حدود دو سال قبل در بازداشت خانگی هستند، جزئیات آخرین اطلاعات موجود از موسوی و رهنورد را شرح دادند و با اشاره به فضای مشوش و تند حاکم بر ملاقات ها و تماس ها، نسبت به سلامتی آنها ابراز نگرانی کردند.

به گزارش کلمه، دختران موسوی در این اطلاعیه خاطرنشان کرده اند که تنها مکالمه تلفنی دو ماه اخیر با پدر و مادرشان که در فضای عزای مرگ پدربزرگ صورت گرفته، به این شرط برگزار شده که درباره موضوعات سیاسی گفت و گو نشود! آنها همچنین گفته اند که در زمان انتقال آنها به خانه مادربزرگ – که پس از درگذشت پدر خانم رهنورد صورت گرفته – ماموران با تعداد و حجم عجیب و بیش از حد داخل حیاط و خانه حضور داشته اند و لحظه ای فاصله خود را از والدینمان کم نمی کرده اند و عملا گفت و گوها را محدود و ناممکن می کرده اند.

فرزندان موسوی و رهنورد با یادآوری اینکه ملاقات مستمر و بدون شرط و محدودیت را حق خود می دانند، در آستانه شروع سومین سال حبس خانگی پدر و مادرشان، گفته اند که این حبس بی توضیح و غیر قانونی، بیشتر به آدم ربایی شباهت دارد. آنها خواستار آزادی بدون شرط و فوری میرحسین و رهنورد و پاسخگویی سیستم در مورد این دو سال حبس غیر قانونی شده اند.

به نام خدا

در پاسخ به سوالات مکرر دوستانه و مردمی در مورد وضعیت والدین زندانی مان باید بگوییم که آخرین اطلاع ما دختران مهندس میرحسین موسوی از وضع و سلامتی پدر و مادر، مربوط به بیش از دو ماه پیش است که آن هم تنها مطابق مشاهدات عینی خود ما بوده و چه پیش از آخرین ملاقات و چه پس از آن، تا کنون هیچ گونه مدرک پزشکی دربردارنده وضعیت سلامتی پدر و مادر به ما یا عزیزان محبوسمان، ارائه نشده است. این در حالی است که در آخرین دیدار نیز وضعیت جسمی پدر و مادرمان چندان مناسب نبوده و با توجه به بحران های مکرر ایجاد شده توسط ماموران و فضای مشوش و تند حاکم در جلسات ملاقات، به خصوص در آخرین آنها که منجر به قطع کامل ارتباط ما شد و با توجه به نوسان فشار خون پدر و بیماری قلبی او، واقعیت بهبودی و سلامتی آنها همواره موجب نگرانی ما بوده است.

علاوه بر این ما در طول دو ماه اخیر هیچ تماس و ملاقات و حتی گفت و گویی با ایشان نداشته ایم و حتی صدای آنها را جز یک مورد مکالمه محدود تلفنی نشنیده ایم، که آن هم در حضور و فشار مامورانی بوده است که پس از این همه وقت بی خبری مطلق، همان مکالمه را هم در فضای عزای مرگ پدربزرگ مشروط به عدم گفت و گو درباره موضوعات سیاسی کردند. بنابراین دانسته های ما تنها محدود به روایت دو نفر از اقوام است که در هنگام آوردن آنها به خانه مادربزرگ با تعداد و حجم عجیب و بیش از حد ماموران به داخل حیاط و خانه به صورت اتفاقی در آنجا حضور داشته اند و در حضور همان عده زیاد زندانبان زن و مرد که لحظه ای فاصله خود را از والدینمان کم نمی کرده اند و عملا گفت و گوها را محدود و ناممکن می کرده اند، آنها را دیده اند. مادرمان در تماسی تلفنی به مادربزرگ گفته است که زندان بان ها یا سیستم و جریانی که بی دلیل پدر و مادر ما را زندانی کرده است، حتی اجازه نمی دهد که ما سه خواهر با پدر و مادرمان تماس، گفت و گو و ملاقات داشته باشیم. گویا حق طبیعی، قانونی و شرعی تماس ما با والدین دربندمان باعث تشویش و ترس آنها شده است.

و در آخر و از اینها مهمتر اینکه ما اگرچه مطلع بودن از وضعیت و ملاقات مستمر و بدون محدودیت و بدون شرط و پیش شرط و تهدید با آنها را حق طبیعی و قانونی خود می دانیم که از آن بازداشته شده ایم، اما خواستمان در آستانه شروع سومین سال حبس بی توضیح و غیر قانونی آنها که بیشتر به آدم ربایی شباهت دارد، آزادی بدون شرط و فوری پدر و مادر و نیز پاسخگویی در مورد این دو سال حبس غیر قانونی از طرف ارگانی که مرتکب چنین عملی شده و سیستمی است که مسئولیت این رفتار غیر قانونی خود را به عهده نگرفته و همچنین شفاف سازی وضعیت سلامت و معیشت این دو در دو سال حبس خارج از هرگونه چارچوب و قاعده داخلی و بین المللی است

Human Rights Lawyer Nasrin Sotoudeh Returns to Evin Prison While Her Children Cry Refusing to Let Go of Their Mom

“One can say that Nasrin was once again arrested” says Reza Khandan, the husband of incarcerated human rights lawyer Nasrin Sotoudeh who was finally granted a 3 day furlough after 2 years behind bars.

Khandan wrote the following status on his Facebook page approximately one hour ago:

Prior to granting her furlough, they had reiterated to Nasrin that this furlough would be rather long and in some ways permanent. Nasrin had made it clear that if that were not the case, she would not be willing to accept furlough from prison for only three days after two years of incarceration. Nasrin believed that a three day furlough would only lead to more distress for the children and cause them further psychological harm. Her logic and rationale were completely correct and her prediction turned out to be true.

Tonight at 11:00pm while the children were crying and refusing to let go of their mother, with our friends and supporters shocked that Nasrin had already been summoned back, Nasrin returned to Evin prison.

She emptied the suitcase she had prepared for our planned trip and instead refilled it with what she needed for prison and went back…!

می شود گفت که: نسرین بازداشت شد.
قبل از آمدن او به مرخصی با تاکید به او گفته بودند که این مرخصی طولانی و به نوعی دائمی خواهد بود. وگرنه نسرین اعلام کرده بود که حاضر نیست پس از 2 سال و نیم, به مدت 3 روز به مرخصی برود. مرخصی 3 روزه بیشتر موجب خواهد شد آرامش بچه ها از بین رفته و وضع روحی آنها به هم بریزد. استدلال او کاملا درست بود همین طور هم شد.

ساعت 11 امشب در حالی که بچه ها گریه میکردند و حاضر نبودند از مادرشان جدا شوند و از طرف دیگر همه ی دوستان و همراهان از این احضار شوکه بودند نسرین وارد زندان شد.
او چمدان مسافرت را که آماده کرده بود خالی و با وسایل زندان پر کرد و رفت … !!

Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Mousavi Continues to be Banned from all Contact with His Daughters

January 17th, 2013 – [Kaleme] Opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi’s daughters continue to be completely banned from any telephone contact with their parents. In a telephone contact with her mother on Tuesday, Zahra Rahnavard reported reiterated that both she and Mousavi continue to be banned from any contact with their daughters.

Rahnavard whose father recently passed away and was banned from attending the funeral service. was allowed to contact her mother by phone on Tuesday in order to ask how she was doing.

Kokab, Zahra and Narges Mousavi continue to be banned from both visitation and any phone contact with their parents and as a result have no direct news regarding the well being of their parents. In the past couple of months, Mousavi’s daughters have provided some insight into the difficult lives of their parents. The latest such report was in a statement published by both Mousavi and Karroubi’s children a few weeks ago; a statement that came after months of silence for fear of interference with Mousavi’s medical treatment.

A security apparatus that had repeatedly threatened and warned the children of the opposition leader that reporting any news regarding their condition would lead to a total ban on all communication, is now determined to make good on their illegal and inhumane threats.

Opposition leaders Mir Hossein Mousavi, Mehdi Karroubi and Zahra Rahnavard have now been under illegal house arrest just shy of two years; this while the ruling establishment has provided no legal precedence for their arrest and continues to refuse them legal due process. Not withstanding the continued illegal house arrest, the flood of published lies and slander regarding the honorable opposition leaders of Iran’s Green Movement also continues.

خانم رهنورد که به تازگی پدرش را از دست داده و حتی در مراسم تشییع و ختم وی نیز نتوانست حضور یابد، روز سه شنبه امکان یافت با مادرش تماس تلفنی داشته باشد و جویای احوال این مادر تنها شود.

کوکب، زهرا و نرگس، دختران میرحسین موسوی اما اجازه ندارند با پدر و مادر زندانی خود ملاقات یا حتی تماس تلفنی داشته باشند و بدین ترتیب بی خبری آنها از وضعیت موسوی و رهنورد همچنان ادامه دارد.

در دو ماه اخیر، فرزندان میرحسین گوشه هایی از آنچه در مدت اخیر بر پدر و مادرشان گذشته بود را در مصاحبه هایی با کلمه و نیز در بیانیه ای مشترک با فرزندان شیخ مهدی کروبی، اطلاع رسانی کردند. این در حالی بود که آنها از ماهها قبل تقریبا به طور کامل سکوت کرده بودند تا لجبازی رهبران حکومت باعث نشود که روند درمانی دیرهنگامی که برای مهندس موسوی در حال پیگیری بود، متوقف شود.

ماموران امنیتی حاکمیت هم که پیش از این تهدید کرده بودند در صورت هرگونه خبررسانی فرزندان، ارتباط آنها را با پدر و مادرشان به طور کامل قطع خواهند کرد، اکنون بر اجرای این تهدید غیرقانونی و غیر انسانی اصرار دارند و فرزندان موسوی را به طور کامل از وضعیت پدر و مادر خود که در حبس خانگی هستند، بی خبر نگه داشته اند.

این در حالی است که حصر خانگی موسوی و رهنورد و کروبی تا حدود یک ماه بعد، دوساله می شود و با این حال سران حکومت هنوز هیچ توجیه قانونی برای این کار ارائه نکرده و به محاکمه علنی و عادلانه ایشان نیز تن نداده اند. اما به رغم ادامه این وضعیت غیرقانونی، سیل تهمت پراکنی ها و دروغ پردازی ها درباره همراهان جنبش سبز و سه سال مقاومت پر افتخار ایشان، همچنان ادامه دارد.

“The Ruling Establishment Fears Returning Those Who Have Been Put Under House Arrest to the People”

January 9th, 2013 [Kaleme – Sepand Miryousefi] – Zahra Mousavi, Mir Hossein Mousavi’s daughter states: “We don’t have any statistics on the affinity of the people nor can we predict public opinion, but they [the ruling establishment] have access to such statistics and as a result are concerned about the potential reconnection between the people and those whom they have put under house arrest. The current situation is very upsetting, not just as it relates to our parents, but for all those who care about the future of our country. When the sum total of the experiences of a revolution and those who dedicated their lives to three decades of hard work, compassion and commitment are all behind bars, who will be there to protect us from the crisis we face?The children of Mir Hossein Mousavi, Zahra Rahnavard and Mehdi Karroubi published a statement yesterday addressed to the Iranian nation, once again describing the injustices imposed upon their parents, demanding that the ruling establishment provide them with the opportunity to present the injustices imposed upon them, the lengthy charges against them, not to mention the undue arrest and violence bestowed upon them, their family members and their supporters, so they may take their case to the noble and courageous people of Iran.

When asked about the possible effect of the statement published on Monday by Mousavi, Rahnavard and Karroubi’s children, Zahra Mousavi responds:

“Given the lack of independent media outlets, the pressure on people and the difficulties associated with the dissemination of information, it is difficult to predict what type of effect our statement will have on the people. In my opinion however, the impact of creating such awareness amongst the people will become apparent in the long run. The statement contained not only our demands, but the wishes and desires we have heard from the people. The pain is mutual. I believe that the ruling establishment does not have a specific game plan. Their tactics depend on the country’s general conditions. I believe that the release of my parents and Mr. Karroubi though beneficial to the nation. is to the disadvantage of the ruling establishment. As a result, in the short run, I highly doubt that there will be any positive move on their part.”

Mir Hossein Mousavi’s daughter Zahra Mousavi makes the following statement in relation to the limbo status of the opposition leaders under house arrest: ” There are several reasons for the current status quo. For one, the ruling establishment does not have a specific plan for the case file against the opposition leaders. There is a lack of consensus on this matter amongst them. Another issue is the prevailing fear and concern amongst these individuals that releasing them would once again embolden the opposition. It goes without saying that both our parents and Mr. and Mrs. Karroubi have stood firm on their positions. To quote one of the security officers who called us once, it is not as though the impossible has occurred and they have repented. For this reason they continue to feel threatened by the presence of the opposition leaders, particularly as we approach the next presidential elections and the conditions for upcoming elections are being discussed while the case file for the previous elections remains open.”

Zahra Mousavi adds: “The other issue is the people themselves. We don’t have any statistics on the affinity of the people with their leaders under house arrest, nor can we predict public opinion, but they [the ruling establishment] have access to such statistics and as a result are concerned about the potential reconnection between the people and those whom they have put under house arrest.

With regards to a prospect of a trial Zahra Mousavi says: “On the one hand we welcome an open and uncensored trial. It goes without saying that certain statements will be made in a court of law. If the opposition leaders are under house arrest and detention it is because of their concerns,their opinions and the statements they have made. We are fully aware that nothing has changed and they still stand behind their statements and beliefs. Our father has reiterated repeatedly that his position has not changed. Furthermore, the societal conditions have also not changed. Our parents made the decision to stand behind their principles regardless of the associated risks and difficulties and they continue to do so. The same is true of Mr. Karroubi. Nothing has changed. The same statements, documents and facts, not to mention the injustices they have had to endure over the past two years would be revealed more clearly in a court of law, an experience that would be unpleasant for these gentlemen to say the least. A court of law is a means for our parents and Mr. Karroubi to take their case to the people of Iran and that would not be a desirable outcome for the ruling establishment. On the other hand, it is our opinion that this entire process has been illegal for the question that remains unanswered is why our parents have been incarcerated in the first place? What exactly is their crime? Are they guilty because of their commitment and sense of responsibility?”

Pointing to the insults to Mousavi, Rahnavard and Karroubi by certain individuals, published in recent days by media outlets associated with the ruling establishment Zahra Mousavi states: “I am sure that my parents are aware of such insults because the only media outlet they have access to is the national television, bombarding them with such programs such as those published on the 9th of Dey and during the Friday Prayer ceremonies and other programs in which they state and broadcast what ever they please. After all the IRIB belongs to them, so one cannot expect anything else. Our father on the other hand is an seasoned politician with years of experience and has been engaged both in the political arena and the private sector. He is not uncertain nor does he have any doubts regarding his convictions and the path he has chosen. He realizes that the goals, ideals and path that are supported by and dear to the mass majority but have put the personal interests of a select few in danger are bound to create this type of reaction.”

“Father always said that when such words are uttered, he feels a sense of calm for he knows that we chose the right path; a path that will be successful. He said that our impact must be significant if they feel the need to spend so much time to continuously attack us”, says Zahra, adding: “My father always reacts strongly to the term “sedition” and has repeatedly told the security agents that the Iranian nation’s Green movement is legal and one of the largest movements since the Constitutional Revolution and is not only a source of great pride but will also lead to the further development of our country.”

Zahra Mousavi adds: “A religious prisoner might say that this type of pressure does not bother them, for it only brings them closer to their God. The solitude and pressure is indeed an opportunity to get closer to God.”

In conclusion, while expressing concern over the current situation in Iran Zahra Mousavi says: “Some of the challenges are personal in nature and relate to those behind bars and the pain and suffering associated with their incarceration. The broader question that remains unanswered is who will protect our country when the vast majority of our country’s intellectual capacity is either behind bars, or afraid to express themselves, to be critical or engage in dialogue? This is exactly how significant mistakes are made, crisis are caused, escalated and remain unresolved. I wish this situation would end. I wish all this energy, experience and knowledge would be spent on resolving the challenges facing our nation. No one is an outsider here except for dangerous, terrorist groups and those who wish to return to the authoritarian days of the past. No one is an enemy here. No one seeks to over throw. Everyone here is compassionate and concerned and they suffer as a result of their compassion. All we want is for our country to be free, prosperous and independent.”

زهرا موسوی: حاکمان از بازگشت حصر شدگان به میان مردم می‌ترسند

چکیده :ما آماری از تعلق خاطر و باورمردم به یاران دربندشان و به کل روند اعتراضی جنبش سبز نداریم اما آنها آمار دارند. با همین آگاهی از برقراری اتصال مجدد بین مردم و محصورین نگران و در هراسند و مدیریت این آزاد سازی هم برای آنها ایجاد ترس می کند/ بخشی از مساله ی افرادی که در زندان هستند، خانوادگی و شخصی است. دردها، رنج ها و مشکلاتی که پیدا می کنند. اما در مقیاس گسترده تر مساله یک کشور است وقتی نیروهای فکریش در زندان باشند یا از کشور بروند، یا از ترس نتوانند صحبت کنند و آزادانه مشورت بدهند و نقد کنند، چه کسی می خواهد به داد یک کشور برسد؟ همین می شود که بحران ها ایجاد می شود و در بحران ها مستاصل می شوند و یا راه حلی پیدا نمی کنند، یا اشتباهات فاحشی صورت می گیرد. ای کاش که این وضعیت تمام می شد. ایکاش همه این نیروها، دانش و تجربیات صرف رفع مسائل و ساختن کشور میشد. جز گروه های خطرناک و تروریست و گروههایی که به دنبال بازگشت مناسبات استبدادی گذشته به کشور هستند، اینجا کسی غریبه نیست، کسی نامحرم نیست، کسی دشمن نیست، کسی برانداز نیست، همه دلسوزانی هستند که نگرانند…

کلمه-سپند میریوسفی:  زهرا موسوی، فرزند میرحسین و رهنورد، می گوید: ما آماری از تعلق خاطر و باورمردم به یاران دربندشان نداریم، اما آنها (حاکمان) آمار دارند و با همین آگاهی از برقراری اتصال مجدد بین مردم و محصورین نگرانند.

دختر نخست وزیر هشت سال دفاع مقدس همچنین می گوید: این وضعیت ناراحت کننده است، نه فقط در مورد پدر و مادر ما، بلکه همه ی آنهایی که دلسوز این کشور هستند. وقتی ما حصل تجربه یک انقلاب و سه دهه زحمت دلسوزانه و متعهدانه در زندان ها باشند، چه کسانی می خواهند در بحران ها به داد این وضعیتی که وجود دارد برسند؟

روز دوشنبه و در آستانه ی پایان دومین سال حصر خانگی رهبران جنبش سبز فرزندان میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد و فرزندان مهدی کروبی در بیانیه ای خطاب به ملت ایران با بیان مظالمی که بر والدینشان می رود از حاکمیت خواسته بودند تا به والدین آنها فرصتی داده شود تا بتوانند از ظلم رفته بر آنها و حجم انبوه اتهام ها، دستگیری بی مورد و خشونت رفته برخود، خانواده و تمام دوستدارانشان به پیشگاه مردم شریف و دلیر ایران شکایت کنند.

کلمه در باره این بیانیه و خواسته های خانواده موسوی و کروبی با هر سه فرزند موسوی و رهنورد گفت و گو کرده است:

نرگس موسوی: پدرم زندانی است چون این‌روزهای ایران را پیش‌بینی کرده بود

زهرا موسوی، درباره تاثیر بیانیه ای که به همراه  فرزندان کروبی خطاب به مردم ایران منتشر کرده اند، به کلمه می گوید: در مورد مردم واکنش های درونی ای وجود دارد که با توجه به نبودن رسانه فراگیر، تحت فشار بودن مردم، سخت بودن و کندی تبادل اطلاعات فکر نمی کنم به این راحتی قابل تشخیص باشد که چه تاثیری گذاشته است. اما به نظر من تاثیر این قبیل اطلاع رسانی ها در بین مردم عمیق است و در دراز مدت دیده می شود.

وی در ادامه با بیان اینکه “اصولا خود این بیانیه حرف های مردم بود” می افزاید: ما این خواست ها و حرف ها را پیش از خودمان از مردم هم شنیده ایم. دردهای ما مشترک است. اما از این نظر که حکومت بخواهد چه کند، من معتقدم که آنها برنامه مشخصی ندارند. برنامه های آنها بر اساس کل وضعیت کشور صورت می پذیرد .ضمن اینکه فکر می کنم آزاد شدن پدر و مادر من و همچنین آقای کروبی برای کشور نفع و برای آنان ضرر خواهد داشت.  برای همین بعید می دانم حداقل در فرصت های نزدیک واکنش مثبتی وجود داشته باشد.

دختر نخست وزیر هشت سال دفاع مقدس با اشاره به وضعیت معلق نگاه داشته شده ی همراهان محصور جنبش سبز می گوید: اینکه وضعیت چرا اینطور نگه داشته شده چند دلیل دارد. یکی از دلایل همین است که برنامه مشخصی که این پرونده از کجا به کجا برسد وجود ندارد. حتی وحدت نظر هم در مورد آن وجود ندارد. مسئله ی دیگر هم تفکری است که در این افراد تبلور پیدا کرده و این نگرانی وجود دارد که با آزاد شدنشان دوباره این فعالیت ها با مرکزیت بیشتری ادامه پیدا کند. در این مدت پدر و مادر ما و آقا و خانم کروبی مدام بر مواضعشان پافشاری کرده اند. اینطور نیست که در زندان، به قول یکی از ماموران که به ما زنگ زده بود، تصور خام و محال “تواب سازی” انجام شده باشد. پس این تفکر همچنان وجود دارد و آن ها از آن احساس خطر می کنند. ضمن اینکه به انتخابات نزدیک می شویم و شرایط انتخابات هم مطرح است در حالیکه پرونده انتخابات قبلی هنوز باز است.

خانم زهرا موسوی ادامه داد: مساله ی دیگر خود مردمند. ما آماری از تعلق خاطر و باورمردم به یاران دربندشان و به کل روند اعتراضی جنبش سبز نداریم اما آنها آمار دارند. با همین آگاهی از برقراری اتصال مجدد بین مردم و محصورین نگران و در هراسند و مدیریت این آزاد سازی هم برای آنها ایجاد ترس می کند.

دختر میرحسین و رهنورد در مورد برگزاری دادگاه برای پدر و مادرش معتقد ست: از سویی خوب بود اگر علنی و بدون سانسور بود. طبیعتا در دادگاه حرف هایی زده می شود که اصلا دلیل این زندان ها و حبس ها همان صحبت ها، دغدغه ها و اعتقادات است. ما می دانیم که این حرف ها و اعتقادات که تغییری پیدا نکرده است. پدر ما مدام گفته که من نه حرف هایم تغییر کرده نه موضع ام. شرایط بیرونی جامعه هم هیچ تغییری نکرده است.

وی در ادامه می گوید: آنها به دلایلی پا به عرصه ای با این همه گرفتاری و خطر گذاشته بودند. آن دلایل همگی به قوت خود باقی هستند. برای آقای کروبی هم همین طور است. یعنی چیزی عوض نشده پس همان حرف ها در دادگاه تکرار می شود و مسائل و واقعیات مستند بیان خواهد شد. که این خوشایند آقایان نیست. ضمن اینکه ظلم و جوری که در طول این دوسال بر آنان رفته هم واضح تر و علنی تر نشان داده خواهد شد.

به گفته ی خانم موسوی دادگاه می تواند وسیله ای برای درمیان گذاشتن حرف ها و واقعیات با مردم باشد، که مطلوب آنها نیست اما ازسوی دیگر ما کل این روند را قانونی نمی دانیم زندان و دادگاه برای کدام جرم؟ به جرم تعهد و احساس مسئولیت؟

زهرا موسوی با اشاره به تهمت هایی که برخی افراد و گروه ها در رسانه های وابسته به جریان قدرت به میرحسین موسوی، زهرا رهنورد و مهدی کروبی وارد می کنند می گوید: پدر و مادر من حتما در جریان این تهمت ها قرار می گیرند. چون تنها رسانه ای که به آن دسترسی دارند تلویزیون  است و صدا و سیما هم که شبانه روز مشغول بمباران خبری و فکری است و به خصوص در ایامی مثل ۹ دی و یا نماز جمعه و برنامه های مختلفی که دستشان برسد هر چه بخواهند می گویند و نشان می دهند. بالاخره رسانه ی خودشان است دیگر. اما از طرف دیگر کسی که این راه را انتخاب کرده، سیاست مدار کهنه کاری است که تجربه طولانی از فعالیت سیاسی از دوره جوانی تا بعد که وارد کار اجرایی شده دارد و نقطه ی مبهمی برایش وجود نداشته که بخواهد دچار شک و تردید شود. و یا اینکه دچار نگرانی از این وضعیت شود یا حتی نتواند تشخیص دهد و پیش بینی کند که در برابر یک هدف، یک راه، یک آرمان که محبوبیتی عمومی دارد اما منافع عده کوچک دیگر را به خطر انداخته قطعا واکنش های این چنینی هم خواهد بود .

به گفته ی وی، میرحسین بارها گفته که وقتی چنین حرف هایی زده می شود، من احساس آرامش می کنم که راه را درست و با موفقیت رفتیم. در ضمن احساس می کنم که وزن ما هنوز آنقدر است که بخواهند اینهمه فرصت بگذارند و تمام مدت مشغول حمله به ما باشند.

دختر نخست وزیر دوران دفاع مقدس می گوید: پدرم به شدت به واژه “فتنه” واکنش نشان می دهد و بارها به مامورین هم گفته است که حرکت اعتراضی مردم در جنبش سبز، قانونی و بزرگترین حرکت مردمی بعد از تاریخ مشروطه بوده و مایه ی سربلندی و بهبود وضع کشور خواهد بود.

وی  ادامه می دهد: حالت هایی هم وجود دارد در خلوت شخصی برای یک زندانی متدین، که به قول خودشان می گویند ما از این چیزها ناراحت نمی شویم. چون ما را به خدایمان نزدیک تر می کند. این تنهایی ها و فشارها فرصتی است برایمان که به خدا نزدیک تر شویم.

در عین حال زهرا موسوی با بیان اینکه این وضعیت ناراحت کننده است، تصریح می کند: ناراحت کننده است، نه فقط در مورد پدر و مادر ما، بلکه همه ی آنهایی که دلسوز این کشور هستند. وقتی ما حصل تجربه یک انقلاب و سه دهه زحمت دلسوزانه و متعهدانه در زندان ها باشند، چه کسانی می خواهد در بحران ها به داد این وضعیتی که وجود دارد برسند؟

وی در پایان با ابراز نگرانی از وضعیت کشور می گوید: بخشی از مساله ی افرادی که در زندان هستند، خانوادگی و شخصی است. دردها، رنج ها و مشکلاتی که پیدا می کنند. اما در مقیاس گسترده تر مساله یک کشور است وقتی نیروهای فکریش در زندان باشند یا از کشور بروند، یا از ترس نتوانند صحبت کنند و آزادانه مشورت بدهند و نقد کنند، چه کسی می خواهد به داد یک کشور برسد؟ همین می شود که بحران ها ایجاد می شود و در بحران ها مستاصل می شوند و یا راه حلی پیدا نمی کنند، یا اشتباهات فاحشی صورت می گیرد. ای کاش که این وضعیت تمام می شد. ایکاش همه این نیروها، دانش و تجربیات صرف رفع مسائل و ساختن کشور میشد.  جز گروه های خطرناک و تروریست و گروههایی که به دنبال بازگشت مناسبات استبدادی گذشته هستند، اینجا کسی غریبه نیست، کسی نامحرم نیست، کسی دشمن نیست، کسی برانداز نیست، همه دلسوزانی هستند که نگرانند و رنج می کشند به خاطر دلسوزیشان. چون کشور را آباد، مستقل و آزاد می خواهند.

Mir Hossein Mousavi’s Eldest Daughter: “We Will Not Remain Silent in the Face of Such Unjust Accusations Against Our Parents”

January 8th, 2013 [Kaleme – Zahra Sadr] – In an interview with Kaleme, the eldest daughter of opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi reiterated that the family will continue to do everything in their power to report on Mousavi and Rahnavard’s condition, defending them against such unjust accusations.

The children of Mir Hossein Mousavi, Zahra Rahnavard and Mehdi Karroubi published a statement yesterday addressed to the Iranian nation, once again describing the injustices imposed upon their parents, demanding that the ruling establishment provide them with the opportunity to present the injustices imposed upon them, the lengthy charges against them, not to mention the undue arrest and violence bestowed upon them, their family members and their supporters, so they may take their case to the noble and courageous people of Iran.

According to reports by Kaleme, every time Mousavi’s daughters have made public statements regarding the condition of their parents, they have faced severe threats, leading to further restrictions on their lives, weeks without any news regarding their parents and threats to their lives and livelihood.

In recent weeks despite the passing of Zahra Rahnavard’s father, her daughters have been denied the opportunity to contact her, even to extend their condolences. Yesterday however, Mousavi and Rahnavard were taken for an hour to her late father’s residence under tight security measures and one of their daughters who happened to be visiting her grieving grandmother was at the residence and was therefore inadvertently able to see her parents.

Kaleme conducted interviews with all three of Mosuavi’s daughters regarding their latest statement and demands. Kokab Mousavi, Mir Hossein Mousavi’s eldest daughter made the following statement regarding the effect of generating awareness and the nation’s sensitivity to these issues has on reducing the level of injustice: “Given the current behavior by the ruling establishment and the rampant repression in our society, people’s reactions are unpredictable. As a result we do not know what repercussions our statements may have within our society.” Kokab Mousavi nevertheless emphasized: “We will not hold back and we will continue to do everything in our power to report on the condition of our parents, defending them against such unjust accusations. The rest is in the God’s hands, and hopefully these injustices will soon come to an end.”

With regards to the opinions expressed by judicial and security officials on the illegal house arrest of the leaders of the green movement, Kokab Mousavi stated: ” A few weeks ago we all heard Mohsen Ejeii claim that nothing has changed regarding the status of the house arrest, nor will there be any changes moving forward. For this reason we don’t have any hope in the authorities. We will nevertheless continue our efforts, enlightening the public and generating awareness, for it is through awareness that the web these gentlemen have spun around themselves will God willing eventually turn to dust.”

Kokab Mousavi points to the insults by certain individuals, published in recent days by media outlets associated with the ruling establishment adding: “My father only has access to television while under house arrest, a media outlet that is not “national” but rather “biased” and broadcasts a large amount of lies. Despite such restrictions, he has always insisted that when he hears the news, he clearly sees what is going on and can decipher the truth even through such limited and biased outlets. I am sure that my father is also aware of the unjust accusations that have been made against him.”

When asked whether the ruling establishment will ever allow Mousavi to respond to such accusations, Kokab Mousavi replies: ” I highly doubt that they will allow my father to respond to such accusations. A regime that is only 100% accepting of its own point of view, is fearful of any event and concerned that its pillars may weaken and become unstable. Such a government will never take a risk of this type. They are fully aware that my father stands for the truth. This government undoubtedly realizes that allowing my father to defend himself would be to their disadvantage. The security apparatus in Iran refuses to accept the fact that they must comply with the law.”

Kokab Mousavi concluded: “I highly doubt they will agree to act legally, allowing my parents to be tried in a court of law. My father and Mehdi Karroubi a former head of the parliament, have both served this regime for years. This familiarity with the regime makes things more difficult for them. Given all the lies, deceit and repression only God can resolve the challenges we face. We God’s servants will continue to do everything in our power to fight oppression, for accepting oppression is a sin in itself. We must and will do our best …”

چنانکه طی هفته های اخیر علیرغم فوت پدر زهرا رهنورد، دختران وی حتی امکان تماس تلفنی با مادر خود و عرض تسلیت به وی را نداشته اند تا اینکه دیروز میرحسین و رهنورد تحت الحفظ برای ساعتی به منزل مرحوم پدر خانم رهنورد اعزام شده بودند  و  یکی از  فرزندان که برای دیدار با  مادربزرگ داغدار خود در منزل ایشان بوده است به طور تصادفی می تواند با پدر و مادر خود دیدار کند.

دختر نخست وزیر هشت سال دفاع مقدس با اشاره به اظهار نظرهایی که گهگاه مسئولان قضایی و امنیتی در مورد حصر غیرقانونی رهبران جنبش سبز داشته اند، می گوید: چند هفته ی پیش قطعا دیدید که آقای محسنی اژه ای گفتند تغییری در حصر ایجاد نشده و نخواهد شد. به همین دلیل از منظر مسئولان که امیدی نداریم، اما ما تلاش خودمان را می کنیم و به روشنگری های خود ادامه می دهیم تا مردم آگاه شوند.  با آگاهی مردم،  تارهایی که آقایان دور خودشان تنیده اند پوسیده می شود ان شاالله.

خانم موسوی با تاکید بر محدودیت رسانه های مورد استفاده ی میرحسین موسوی، به تهمت هایی که برخی افراد در رسانه های وابسته به قدرت  خصوصا در روزهای اخیر مطرح می کنند، اشاره کرده و می گوید:  پدرمن در حبس خانگی  فقط  به تلویزیون دسترسی دارد. رسانه ای که به واقع “میلی” است نه ملی، و دروغ در آن زیاد است. اما پدر من پیش از این بارها گفته اند که من وقتی خبری را می خوانم تا عمق آن را می فهمم چه خبر است و از گوشه و کنار اخبار همین رسانه ها همه چیز را دریافت می کنند. و قطعا از تهمت های ناروایی که گهگاه به ایشان زده می شود هم باخبرند.

وی در پاسخ به اینکه “آیا امکان دارد که حکومت روزی امکان پاسخ به این تهمت ها را به میرحسین بدهد یا خیر” خاطرنشان می کند: من بعید می دانم به پدر من اجازه بدهند که پاسخ تهمت ها را بدهند. حکومتی که فقط و به طور صد در صدی خودش را قبول دارد، از هر اتفاقی می ترسد و نگران است که پایه هایش سست و متزلزل شود. چنین حکومتی هیچ وقت این ریسک را نمی کند چون می داند پدر من و راه و حرفش حق است و تردید ندارد که اگر پدر من امکان دفاع پیدا کنند به ضررشان تمام می شود.

دختر میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد معتقد است که “نهادهای امنیتی نمی خواهند بپذیرند که باید رفتار قانونی داشته باشند”.

او می گوید: من فکر نمی کنم به این راحتی ها به دادگاه تن بدهند و بپذیرند که قانونی برخورد کنند پدر من سال ها در این حکومت بوده اند و از آن طرف هم آقای کروبی هم همینطور سالها مسئول بوده اند رییس مجلس بوده اند. این آشنایی با نظام و حکومت کار آنان را سخت تر می کند.

دختر ارشد همراهان محصور جنبش سبز مردم ایران در پایان تصریح می کند: در این “حکومت” با همه ی این دروغ ها و اختناق ها، رفع گره ها و کارها  فقط دست خداست، و بنده ی خدا فقط باید تلاشش را بکند که تحت ظلم قرار نگیرد که ظلم پذیری خودش یک گناه است. ما باید تلاشمان را بکنیم و خواهیم کرد.

گفت وگو با  دو فرزند دیگر موسوی و رهنورد نیز تا ساعات آینده منتشر خواهد شد.

Narges Mousavi: “My Father is Behind Bars Because He Predicted Iran’s Current Predicament”

On the eve of the 2nd anniversary of the house arrest of the opposition leaders of Iran’s Green Movement, the children of Mir Hossein Mousavi, Zahra Rahnavard and Mehdi Karroubi published a statement yesterday addressed to the Iranian nation, once again describing the injustices imposed upon their parents, demanding that the ruling establishment provide them with the opportunity to present the injustices imposed upon them, the lengthy charges against them, not to mention the undue arrest and violence bestowed upon them, their family members and their supporters, so they may take their case to the noble and courageous people of Iran.

Despite the repeated reports that each time a family member has made a public statement regarding Mousavi and Rahnavard’s condition, both the family and the companions of the Green movement have be subjected to serious threats, Mousavi’s oldest daughter Kokab Mousavi told Kaleme today: “We will continue to report on the status of our parents, defending them against such unjust accusations.”

Narges Mousavi, Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard’s youngest daughter also reiterated today that the incarceration of her parents is completely illegal stating: “We continue to insist on the immediate and unconditional release of our parents and yet no one from within the ruling establishment has taken responsibility for the fact that our parents have unjustly wasted their lives behind bars for the past two years. We protest such an illegal detention and will not be convinced until the immediate and unconditional release of our parents. We see no rational or legal reason for the incarceration that our parents and Mr. Karroubi have had to endure for almost two year.”

While pointing out the fact that Mir Hossein Mousavi has no official power or position, Narges Mousavi emphasized: “Our parents’ only asset is their reputation with the Iranian nation and the love the nation has bestowed upon them. This feeling is mutual and it is exactly this mutual love and respect that these gentlemen are fearful of, for one cannot rule, limit or conceal the affairs of the heart.

در آستانه ی پایان دومین سال حصر خانگی رهبران جنبش سبز روز گذشته فرزندان میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد و فرزندان مهدی کروبی در بیانیه ای خطاب به ملت ایران با بیان مظالمی که بر والدینشان می رود از حاکمیت خواسته بودند تا به والدین آنها فرصتی داده شود تا بتوانند از ظلم رفته بر آنها و حجم انبوه اتهام ها، دستگیری بی مورد و خشونت رفته برخود، خانواده و تمام دوستدارانشان به پیشگاه مردم شریف و دلیر ایران شکایت کنند.

طی هفته های اخیر علیرغم فوت پدر زهرا رهنورد، دختران وی حتی امکان تماس تلفنی با مادر خود و عرض تسلیت به وی را نداشته اند تا اینکه دیروز میرحسین و رهنورد تحت الحفظ برای ساعتی به منزل مرحوم پدر خانم رهنورد اعزام شده بودند و یکی از فرزندان که برای دیدار با مادربزرگ داغدار خود در منزل ایشان بوده است به طور تصادفی می تواند با پدر و مادر خود دیدار کند.

به گزارش کلمه، علیرغم آنکه بارها گزارش شده که هر زمان اطلاع رسانی ای درباره ی وضعیت میرحسین و رهنورد صورت گرفته، خانواده ی این همراهان جنبش سبز در معرض تهدیدهای جدیدی قرار گرفتند، اما کوکب موسوی دختر ارشد میرحسین صبح امروز در گفت و گو با کلمه گفته بود: ما تا جایی که توان داریم درباره ی وضعیت پدر و مادر خود اطلاع رسانی و نیز در مقابل تهمت های ناروا از ایشان دفاع می کنیم.

در همین حال خانم نرگس موسوی دختر کوچک خانواده موسوی نیز با تاکید بر اینکه این زندان کاملا غیر قانونی است به کلمه می گوید: اصرار ما فقط و فقط بر آزادی بدون هیچ قید و شرط پدر و مادرمان است و همچنین پاسخگویی حکومت در مقابل این دو سالی که به ناحق وقت و عمر پدر و مادر ما در زندان گذشت.

دختر نخست وزیر دوران دفاع مقدس در ادامه می افزاید: ما به این قضیه معترضیم و به جز آزادی بی قید و شرط والدینمان قانع نخواهیم شد. ما هیچ دلیل و برهان عقلی و قانونی برای این زندان که نزدیک به دو سال است پدر و مادر ما و آقای کروبی اسیر آن هستند، نمی بینیم.

نرگس موسوی با بیان اینکه میرحسین موسوی مدت ها پیش این روزهای بحران ایران را پیش بینی کرده و جرمش نیز همین بود می گوید: تمام حرف های پدر من به نوعی پیش بینی اوضاع امروز بود و به حق بودن آن حرف ها را هم امروز داریم می بینیم. آن روزها می گفتند که این ها ادعاهایی است که از بیگانگان خط گرفته شده. حالا و با بحران هایی که می بینیم نشان داد که  آن سخنان تنها یک ادعا نبود و  پیش بینی های دقیقی  بود که بر اساس تجربه ی ایشان از اداره مملکت صورت گرفته است؛  البته طبیعی است که آنها از روشن بینی های ایشان می ترسند.

وی با اشاره به اینکه میرحسین مقام و منصبی ندارد خاطرنشان می کند: تنها دارایی پدر ما محبوبیت و آبرویی است که نزد مردم دارد، درست همان طور که مردم پیش ایشان عزیز و محبوبند و خب آقایان از همین می ترسند. اما حاکمیت بر قلب و دل رو با هیچ چیز نمی شود محدود کرد و پوشاند.

The Children of Iran’s Opposition Leaders Once Again Demand the Immediate and Unconditional Release of Their Parents

In a letter addressed to the honorable Iranian nation, the children of opposition leaders Mehdi Karroubi, Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard now under illegal house arrest for almost two years, demand that the authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran allow their parents to take their case directly to the people of Iran, calling upon the authorities to release their parents and put an immediate end to the violation of their basic legal and human rights.

The full content of the letter as provided to kaleme is as follows:

In the name of God the Merciful

To the honorable and noble Iranian nation,

Forty three months after the rigged tenth presidential elections and as we approach the eleventh presidential elections, the officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran continue to ignore the deplorable domestic and international conditions that have resulted from their failed policies and conceal the existing corruption by focusing instead on a supposed “sedition” utilizing a variety of biased official and unofficial media outlets, such as the national television station (IRIB) at the expense of the public treasury, in an effort to continue to threaten and publish unfair accusations against Mehdi Karroubi, Mir Hossein Mousavi, their supporters and the protesting Iranian nation. A ruling establishment that claims to be fair and to uphold the rule of law has yet to allow these honorable men to defend themselves in the national media outlets. Notwithstanding the aforementioned facts, our loved ones remain in strong spirits and continue to steadfastly stand behind their ideals and in defense of their basic rights. Furthermore, they believe that the only means for the ruling establishment to traverse the current unfortunate situation is for the government to comply with the will of the people, granting the people the right to self determination.

23 months have passed since the illegal detention [in a location determined by the ruling establishment] of Mir Hossein Mousavi, Zahra Rahnavard and Mehdi Karroubi; 23 months of unreasonable detention without access to the due process of the law. During this time our loved ones have been denied the basic rights afforded to ordinary prisoners such as the right to regular communication and visitations, particularly with their family members and free access to the news. There have been times that face to face visitations and all telephone contact has completely cut off for long periods of time, leaving two families completely in the dark about such basic matters including where their loved ones were being kept, how they live and the status of their health and well being. Those responsible for their detention are in complete control the method of communication, when it can take place, which members of the family are allowed access and communication rights and who will be denied visitation. In addition to the illegal, inhumane and unreasonable nature of this detention, it’s nature is also so vague and unclear and all communication with the outside world has been completely banned. Furthermore, the family members are deprived of accurate, complete and transparent information regarding the status of Karroubi, Mousavi and Rahnvard and the publishing of any news regarding their condition is strictly prohibited. Some family members have even been threatened, punished and forced to endure illegal and unjustified pressure because they reported on the condition of their loved ones.

Insistence on the violation of basic human rights and non compliance with the current laws and regulations in Iran as it relates to Mousavi the former Prime Minister of Iran during the eight year holy war with Iraq, Karroubi the former twice head of Iran’s parliament and Rahnavard an artist, a religious scholar and women rights activist, whose only crime was to defend basic human rights and the right of the Iranian nation to self determination, would not happen without the approval or knowledge of the country’s highest authorities. After almost two years of house arrest however, not one official of the ruling establishment has had the courage to take responsibility for the legal status of our loved ones who continue to be supported by a large segment of Iran’s society. It goes without saying that the lack of courage necessary to take responsibility for this illegal arrest and detention is not dignified of our country’s highest authorities.

We the family members of Mehdi Karroubi, Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard solemnly declare that the officials of the ruling establishment must immediately put an end to the violation of the legal and human rights of our loved ones. We urgently seek an opportunity for our loved ones to present the injustices imposed upon them, the lengthy charges against them, not to mention the undue arrest and violence imposed upon them, their family members and their supporters, so they may take their case to the noble and courageous people of Iran. They have always wanted the opportunity to tell the truth and describe the events that have occurred on national television without the presence, interference and intimidation of security forces. A right that we their family members support and to date they have unfortunately been denied. We once again ask that their medical treatment and care take place under the continuous supervision of physicians that are trusted by their family members. Visitation rights with all family members should be reinstated on a regular basis and in a peaceful environment void of arbitrary behavior. The country’s highest authorities must immediately deal with the case file against our parents and after almost two years of illegal house arrest, release our parents immediately and without further unfounded excuses.

در بیانیه ای که به امضای فرزندان کروبی، موسوی و رهنورد رسیده با تاکید بر ضرورت توقف نقض حقوق قانونی و انسانی والدین خود همچنین نسبت به سلامت آنها ابراز نگرانی و تاکید شده که آنان باید تحت نظارت و مراقبت تیم پزشکی معتمد خانواده قرار گیرند.

فرزندان کروبی، موسوی و رهنورد با اشاره به حصر غیرقانونی و غیرشرعی والدین خود تصریح کرده اند: اصرار بر نقض آشکار حقوق اولیه انسانی و قوانین و مقرارت جاری کشوری در مورد نخست وزیر هشت سال دفاع مقدس، رییس دو دوره مجلس شورای اسلامی و هنرمندی قرآن پژوه و فعال حقوق زنان، که تنها گناه آنها دفاع از حق تعیین سرنوشت مردم و مطالبه اجرای عادلانه قانون اساسی و حقوق اولیه انسانی ایرانیان می باشد، نمی تواند بدون تایید یا اطلاع مقامات عالی کشور باشد. اما بعد از گذشت نزدیک به دو سال از زندان خانگی، هنوز هیچ مقام رسمی شجاعت پذیرش مسولیت رسمی برای تعیین وضعیت قضایی عزیزان ما که مورد مهر بخش عظیمی از مردم ایران هستند، نیافته است. پر واضح است که فقدان شجاعت لازم در پذیرش مسئولیت بازداشت و حبس غیر قانونی رافع مسئولیت مقامات ارشد نظام نیست.

مردم شریف و سرافراز ایران

پس از گذشت ۴۳ ماه از انتخابات مهندسی شده دوره دهم و در آستانه انتخابات یازدهم ریاست جمهوری مقامات رسمی کشور بدون توجه به وضعیت اسفبار داخلی و بین المللی ناشی از سیاست های غلط چند سال گذشته و نیز برای سرپوش گذاشتن بر فساد حاکم، هنوز از فتنه می گویند و در این مسیر با بهره گیری از بی هویت های آلوده و فاسد در تریبون های مختلف بویژه صدا و سیمای انحصاری، مطبوعات و سایت های رسمی و غیر رسمی که از بیت المال ارتزاق می کنند همچنان به تهدید و ایراد تهمت های ناروا نسبت به آقایان کروبی و موسوی و مردم معترض و همراهان آنان ادامه می دهند. حکومت مدعی عدالت و شریعت بعد از چند سال هتاکی و فحاشی و ایراد افترا به این عزیزان برای یک بار هم اجازه دفاع به آنان را در رسانه ملی نداده است. عزیزان ما با روحیه قوی، استوار و پایدار بر مواضع اصولی و به حق خود ایستاده اند و تنها راه خروج نظام از وضعیت اسفبار فعلی را در تمکین حاکمیت به اراده ملت و برسمیت شناختن حق تعیین سرنوشت شان می دانند.

۲۳ ماه است که آقای موسوی و خانم رهنورد در منزل خود و آقای کروبی در مکانی که مقامات امنیتی برای آنها تعیین کرده اند، بدون طی کردن مراحل قانونی و بی دلیل زندانی می باشند. در این ایام آنها از حقوق زندانیان عادی، بویژه حق ارتباط و ملاقات منظم و مستمر و قاعده مند با اعضای خانواده خود و دسترسی آزاد به وسایل ارتباطی و خبری و … محروم بوده اند. در مواردی برای مدت طولانی ملاقات حضوری یا حتی تلفنی با اعضای خانواده کاملا قطع گردیده است و دو خانواده در بی اطلاعی مطلق نسبت به مکان وچگونگی زندگی و حتی حیات و سلامت آنان قرار گرفته اند. زمان، مکان و نحوه تماس ها یا ملاقات ها و اینکه کدام یک از اعضای خانواده حق ملاقات دارد و یا از این حق محروم می باشد، صرفا در ید اراده مطلق زندانبانان می باشد. علاوه بر غیرقانونی، غیرانسانی و بی دلیل بودن این زندان، شکل آن نیز چنان نامعمول است که هرگونه ارتباط آنها را با فضای بیرون به طور مطلق قطع نموده است .در عین حال خانواده ها از حق دریافت اطلاع صحیح و کامل محروم و از هرگونه اطلاع رسانی عمومی درباره وضعیت آنان به شدت منع گردیده و حتی برخی از اعضای خانواده به جهت اطلاع رسانی مورد تهدید و تنبیه و فشار ناموجه و غیر قانونی قرار گرفته اند.

اصرار بر نقض آشکار حقوق اولیه انسانی و قوانین و مقرارت جاری کشوری در مورد نخست وزیر هشت سال دفاع مقدس، رییس دو دوره مجلس شورای اسلامی و هنرمندی قرآن پژوه و فعال حقوق زنان، که تنها گناه آنها دفاع از حق تعیین سرنوشت مردم و مطالبه اجرای عادلانه قانون اساسی و حقوق اولیه انسانی ایرانیان می باشد، نمی تواند بدون تایید یا اطلاع مقامات عالی کشور باشد. اما بعد از گذشت نزدیک به دو سال از زندان خانگی، هنوز هیچ مقام رسمی شجاعت پذیرش مسولیت رسمی برای تعیین وضعیت قضایی عزیزان ما که مورد مهر بخش عظیمی از مردم ایران هستند، نیافته است. پر واضح است که فقدان شجاعت لازم در پذیرش مسئولیت بازداشت و حبس غیر قانونی رافع مسئولیت مقامات ارشد نظام نیست.
