Four Post Election Detainees Summoned to Serve Their Sentences at Evin Prison

July 21st, 2012 – [Kalame]  The following four individuals arrested following the 2009 rigged presidential elections. have been summoned to serve out their sentences at Evin prison:

1)  Mansour Naghipour, a member of The Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRA Iran) was summoned to Evin prison to serve out a 7 year prison sentence.  Naghipour was arrested by the security office of the IRGC (Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps)  in March 2010 along with 30 other members of HRA Iran and was later released on an $80,000 USD bail.

2) Ali Mola Haji, a medical engineering student at the University of Qazvin was summoned to Evin prison on July 4th, 2012 to serve a 3 year prison sentence.   Mola Haji was arrested in Tehran February 14th, 2011 when attending a rally in support of the democracy seeking movements in Tunisia and Egypt, and was held in Evin’s security ward 240 for a period of 45 days.

3) Abtin Jahaniyan, accused of attending demonstrations was also summoned to Evin prison to serve a 3 year prison sentence.

4) Ashkan Alhayari, sentenced to 1 year prison as a result of attending demonstrations also summoned to Evin prison to serve his prison sentence.

احضار ۴ تن از بازداشت شدگان سرکوب های پس از انتخابات به زندان اوین

چکیده :طی چند روز گذشته حکم حبس تعزیری ۴ تن از بازداشت شدگان وقایع پس از انتخابات ریاست جمهوری به اجرا درآمد….

 

طی چند روز گذشته حکم حبس تعزیری ۴ تن از بازداشت شدگان وقایع پس از انتخابات ریاست جمهوری به اجرا درآمد.

به گزارش خبرنگار کلمه، منصور نقی پور از اعضای مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر برای سپری کردن دوره ٧ساله حبس خود به زندان اوین فراخوانده شد. او اسفند ماه سال ٨٨ به همراه بیش از ٣٠ تن از اعضای مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر توسط تیم حفاظت اطلاعات سپاه بازداشت شد و سپس با قرار وثیقه ١٠٠ میلیون تومانی آزاد شده بود.

 

بر اساس همین گزارش، همچنین روز دوشنبه ١۴ تیرماه علی ملاحاجی دانشجوی مهندسی پزشکی قزوین نیز برای گذراندن دوران محکومیت یک ساله حبس خویش به زندان اوین فراخوانده شد. او روز ٢۵ بهمن ١٣٨٩ به دنبال حضور در تظاهرات همبستگی با حرکت‌های مردمی در منطقه، به ویژه قیام آزادی‌خواهانه مردم تونس و مصر علیه حکومت استبدادی در تهران بازداشت شده و ۴۵ روز را در بند امنیتی ٢۴٠ گذرانده بود.

 

آبتین جهانیان و اشکان الهیاری نیز که پیشتر به دلیل شرکت در تجمعات اعتراضی به ترتیب به ٣سال و یکسال حبس محکوم شده بودند، برای گذراندن دوران حبس خود به زندان اوین فراخوانده شدند

Crowds in Eastern Tehran Enraged As The Morality Police Accost A Young Iranian Woman

Thursday July 19th, 2012 – According to reports received by Jaras, on the afternoon of Wednesday July 18th, 2012 patrol officers known as the “Gashte Ershad” responsible for enforcing adherence to a strict Islamic dress code, accosted a young girl in Eastern Tehran in front of a subway station on Piroozi street and Coco Cola square, forcibly detaining her and pushing her into a patrol van.  The aggressive behavior by the patrol officers against this young woman reportedly sparked anger amongst the citizens present, who in turn collectively attacked the patrol van.

Reports from the scene indicate that one of the patrol vans belonging to the “Gashte Ershad” morality police was flipped over,  the windows of a Mercedes Benz belonging to the security forces were shattered and the young girl in question was eventually freed by the crowd.

As the number of individuals joining the angry crowd grew, the patrol squad in question reportedly fled the scene in a hurry.  Following the incident, however, in addition to the “Gasht Ershad” patrol squad, special security forces were deployed to the subway station.

It has been reported that the security atmosphere in the area has further intensified with the addition of six security officers on motorcycles and twelve individuals belonging to the special forces of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps.

خشم مردم شرق تهران و حمله به گشت ارشاد

جـــرس: منابع خبری از درگیری شدید میان مردم با گشت ارشاد در شرق تهران و آرایش نظامی ماموران در محل پس از واقعه خبر می دهند.

بنا به گزارش های رسیده به جرس، بعد از ظهر روز چهارشنبه ٢۸ تیرماه در خیابان پیروزی، چهارراه کوکاکولا، پس از آنکه ماموران گشت موسوم به «ارشاد» یک دختر نوجوان را با برخورد ناشایست در مقابل ایستگاه مترو بازداشت کرده و به زور داخل ون (خودرو انتظامی) می‌کشاندند، مردم حاضر در محل به خشم آمده و دسته جمعی به سمت خودروهای انتظامی مستقر در محل هجوم بردند.

بر اساس این گزارش، مردم ضمن آزاد کردن این دختر، یک دستگاه از خودروهای انتظامی را واژگون کرده و شیشه‌های یک مرسدس بنز ماموران را نیز خرد کرده و بدنه آن را با سنگ و چوب مورد حمله قرار دادند.

این گزارش حاکی است ماموران که خشم مردم و جمعیت گسترده را ملاحظه کرده بودند، به سرعت از مهلکه گریختند، اما بعد از وقوع این حادثه، علاوه بر گشت ارشاد، گارد ضد شورش نیز در مقابل ایستگاه متروی منطقه مستقر شد، که طبق آخرین گزارش ها، تا پنجشنبه این آرایش پلیسی ادامه دارد.

همچنین شش دستگاه موتور سنگین به همراه دوازده مامور یگان ویژه پاسداران در محل حضور دارند

BREAKING NEWS|Incarcerated Human Rights Activist Narges Mohammadi Admitted to Valiasr Hospital in Zanjan

Tuesday July 11th, 2012  [Melli Mazhabi]  The National Religious site reports that Narges Mohammadi incarcerated human rights activist and Deputy Director of the Defenders of Human Rights Center was admitted to Valiasr hospital in Zanjan on Monday July 10th, 2012.

The reports indicate that Mohammadi currently in dire physical condition, has been barred from all visitation.  Mohammadi’s physicians have repeatedly stated that as a result of her acute neurological disorder leading to muscle paralysis, Mohammadi requires immediate medical attention and as such should not be kept behind bars.

Mohammadi’s family last visited with her in prison on Saturday and reported that her face was bruised as a result of falling while in prison. Seeing Mohammadi in such a condition only further increased the family’s concerns for her well being and left her two young twins Ali and Kiyana distraught.

Mohammadi was sentenced to six years behind bars as a result of her human rights activities, this despite the fact that she is  unable to endure the extreme prison conditions as a result of her ailment.

Mohammadi has repeatedly emphasized that her activities have always been within the framework of the law and in an effort to defend human rights.

نرگس محمدی در بیمارستان ولیعصر زنجان بستری شد

نرگس محمدی نایب رئیس کانون مدافعان حقوق بشر روز دوشنبه در بیمارستان ولیعصر زنجان بستری شد.

به گزارش سایت ملی-مذهبی، خانم محمدی که هم اکنون در وضعیت وخیم جسمی به سر می برد  ممنوع الملاقات است .

پزشکان متخصص این فعال حقوق بشر بارها تاکید کرده اند این زندانی سیاسی  باید به علت بیماری حاد عصبی که به فلج عضلانی منتهی می شود در خارج از زندان نگهداری و تحت درمان پزشکی قرار بگیرد.

وی روز شنبه  با صورتی کبود در آخرین ملاقات خود حاضر شد و این موضوع باز هم موجب نگرانی خانواده ، علی و  کیانا فرزندان دو قلوی او شد.

خانم محمدی به علت فعالیت های حقوق بشری خود به شش سال زندان محکوم شده است. این در حالی است که او به علت وخامت وضعیت جسمی  و محیط پر استرس زندان شرایط تحمل زندان را ندارد.

نایب رئیس کانون مدافعان حقوق بشر بارها تاکید کرده فعالیت‌های او در چارچوب قانون در دفاع از حقوق انسان ها بوده و بر حقانیت راه خود اصرار کرده است.
