Mir Hossein Mousavi & Zahra Rahnavard In Complete Isolation, Incommunicado For The Past Five Weeks

Saturday October 2nd. 2011 –  According to reports by Kalame, all communication with Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard has been cut off, their family left in the dark regarding their condition, health and physical and psychological well being.

Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard were allowed to visit the house of one of their daughters on September 7th, 2011 after seven months of isolation and house arrest. Since this last visit, there has been no contact what so ever with Mousavi and Rahnavard and the family has been deprived of even the handful (only five over the past few months), of limited and very brief telephone conversations.

After their brief visit with Mousavi and Rahnavard, the family quoted a few sentences on behalf of Mousavi, words that resulted in Mousavi and Rahnavard being rendered incommunicado with absolutely no contact with the outside; a turn of events that has  led to increased concern by the family regarding their physical and psychological well being. Mousavi’s firm comments directed at a senior official from the prosecutor’s office who was suspiciously present during the family visit, coupled with his message of hope to the nation of Iran are most probably the reason this new round of isolation.

Mir Hossein Mousavi, Zahra Rahnavard, Mehdi Karroubi and Fatemeh Karroubi have been under house arrest as of February 14th, 2011.   Since their house arrest, Mousavi and Rahnavard has had very limited contact with their family. Mehdi Karroubi was recently also deprived of the right to live with his wife under the same roof and is currently being held in a small apartment together with a number of security agents, a form of isolation far worse than solitary confinement behind bars.

Much like Karroubi, Mousavi and Rahnavard also face extreme restrictions. The last news anyone had of the couple was when their daughters visited with them five weeks ago.  During this brief visit, they informed their daughters that they have been deprive access to all newspapers, radio and at times even paper and pen.  It is worth mentioning that the judiciary has ignored all rules of law in relation to the illegal house arrest of the leaders of the Green movement and their spouses.  The ruling government has not only not taken any steps to ensure that they receive a fair trial, but to add insult to injury not a single individual within the regime has had the courage to take responsibility for this illegal house arrest. Furthermore, in order to explain this rather paradoxical situation, both the authorities of the ruling government and the media outlets affiliated with them have been forced to repeatedly lie and deceive the nation.

قطع کامل ارتباطات انگشت شمار؛ پنج هفته بی خبری مطلق از وضعیت میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد

چکیده :درست از روزی مهندس میرحسین موسوی و دکتر زهرا رهنورد با دخترانشان دیدار کرده اند، تا امروز هر گونه خبری از وضعیت میرحسین و رهنورد در اختیار خانواده ایشان قرار نگرفته است و حتی ارتباطات تلفنی کوتاه مدت و انگشت شمار ایشان که در مجموع این چند ماه کمتر از ۵ بار بوده است نیز قطع شده است. …

کلیه‌ی ارتباطات میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد با بیرون مسدود شده و خانواده نیز هیچ خبری درباره‌ی وضعیت آنها و اطلاعی از سلامتی ایشان ندارند.

به گزارش خبرنگار کلمه، درست از روزی که مهندس میرحسین موسوی و دکتر زهرا رهنورد با دخترانشان دیدار کرده اند، تا امروز هیچ گونه خبری از وضعیت میرحسین و رهنورد در اختیار خانواده ایشان قرار نگرفته است و حتی ارتباطات تلفنی کوتاه مدت و انگشت شمار ایشان که در مجموع این چند ماه کمتر از ۵ بار بوده نیز قطع شده است.

بدین ترتیب، خانواده آقای موسوی و خانم رهنورد پس از دیدار و انتشار خبر دیدار  و نقل چند جمله از  میرحسین، در بی‌خبری مطلق و قرنطینه خبری کامل از وضعیت ایشان نگه داشته شده اند و هیچ راهی نیز برای کسب اطلاعات از چگونگی وضعیت آنها وجود ندارد و این وضعیت موجب ایجاد نگرانی شدید شده است. این احتمال وجود دارد که برخورد قاطع  میرحسین با  مقام عالی رتبه دادستانی که به صورت مشکوکی در دیدار آنروز حضور داشت و یا سخنان امیدافزای میرحسین از جمله عوامل این قطع ارتباط بوده باشد.

میر حسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد، و نیز مهدی کروبی و همسرش فاطمه کروبی، از روز ۲۵ بهمن سال گذشته در بازداشت خانگی قرار گرفتند.

از آن زمان تاکنون، ارتباطات این دو با خانواده‌هایشان به شدت محدود شده است. مهدی کروبی چندی پیش از همراهی با همسرش نیز محروم شد و هم‌اکنون در یک واحد آپارتمانی کوچک و با حضور و همراهی چند مامور امنیتی، در نوعی بازداشت انفرادی به مراتب بدتر از زندان است.

میرحسین و رهنورد هم با محدودیت‌های شدیدی از نوعی دیگر مواجه‌اند. آخرین خبری که از آنها وجود دارد، مربوط به دیدار ایشان با دختران در  ۵ هفته قبل است. آنها در آن دیدار گفته بودند که از روزنامه، رادیو و حتی در مواردی از قلم و کاغذ محروم مانده‌اند.

در جریان بازداشت غیرقانونی این دو رهبر جنبش سبز، حتی ظواهر قانونی نیز رعایت نشده و نه تنها حاکمیت هیچ گامی برای محاکمه‌ی عادلانه‌ی آنها برنداشته است، بلکه هیچ مقام و نهادی در حاکمیت نیز حاضر نیست شجاعت به خرج مسئولیت این حصر و حبس مغایر با قانون را بپذیرد. برای توجیه این وضعیت متناقض نیز مسئولان و رسانه‌های رسمی بارها مجبور به دروغگویی شده‌اند
