Today we were  granted face to face visitation with Nasrin.  Despite the fact that she is no longer on hunger strike, physically there was little change in her from last week.

Up to this moment, Nasrin has received no medical attention, even for her digestive problems that were predictable [as a result of her hunger strike.]

Furthermore, the authorities have yet to respond to our request for medical furlough.

By the way as soon as the topic of her last statement presented at the Sakharov Award Ceremony came up, Nasrin explained that she had written that statement three days after her hunger strike under very difficult physical conditions and as a result she had forgotten to include a number of issues.   Nasrin was in particular very upset that she had neglected to mention the conditions surrounding the house arrest of Mir Hossein Mousavi, Zahra Rahnavard and Mehdi Karroubi.  Nasrin asked me to make sure that her apology is relayed to these dear colleagues.  She stated that after the statement had been published she realized that she had failed to mention this important issue and other items, but the statement had already been published and she had no means to contact anyone [from prison] in order to request that additions be made.  She was very upset regarding this matter.

امروز به همراه چند تن از خانواده‌ها ملاقات حضوری داشتیم. نسرین با وجود این که دیگر در اعتصاب غذا نیست ولی از نظر جسمی نسبت به هفته‌ی قبل تقریبا فرقی نکرده بود.
تا این لحظه هیچ گونه خدمات پزشکی دریافت نکرده است با وجود مشکلات گوارشی که قابل پیش‌بینی هم بود.
هنوز به درخواست‌های مرخصی استعلاجی هیچ پاسخی نداده‌اند.
در ضمن تا صحبت از بیانیه‌ای شد که به مراسم اهدای جایزه‌ی ساخاروف ارسال کرده بود, گفت که من آن بیانیه را سه روز بعد از اعتصاب غذا در شرایط نامساعد جسمی تهیه کرده بودم و خیلی از موارد را فراموش کردم که بنویسم. از جمله اشاره به شرایط حبس خانم رهنورد و آقایان موسوی و کروبی. از من خواست که حتما عذر خواهی‌اش را از این بابت به اطلاع این عزیزان برسانم.
او گفت که بعد از ارسال بیانیه متوجه این مورد مهم و موارد دیگری شدم ولی متاسفانه بیانیه رفته بود و من هیچ کانالی پیدا نکردم تا سفارش کنم این قسمت‌ها را اضافه کنند. از این بابت خیلی ناراحت بود

Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Mousavi & His Wife Zahra Rahnavard Visit Rahnavard’s Parents

December 13th, 2012 – According to reports by Kaleme, Mir Hossein Mosuavi and his wife Dr. Zahra Rahnavard were allowed to visit with Dr. Rahnavard’s elderly parents yesterday [December 12th, 2012]. Similar to visitation in the past, this latest visit also took place with a large number of female and male security agents and prison guards present.

Mousavi and Rahnavard were reportedly in good spirits. Their general health was also reported as adequate.

The visit took place without in the absence of their daughters who continue to be banned from all visitation with their parents since their last visit 24 days ago on November 20th, 2012.

Mousavi’s daughters had been previously warned that in the event of the slightest report on the condition of their parents, they would be banned from all visitation. The security apparatus had also warned that a second infraction would result in judicial proceedings being initiated against them.

Despite this latest ban, Mousavi and Rahnvard’s daughters are now responsible for providing them with food, for the security agents and prison guards [at Akhtar street] have repudiated all responsibility regarding the food supply to the detained opposition leader and his wife.

The threats and pressure on Mousavi and Rahnavard’s daughters has only further increased in recent months. They have been banned from work and university, prohibited from visiting their parents, threatened by phone and warned against further judicial inquires to name a few.

چکیده :روز گذشته میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد به منزل خانم نواب صفوی مادر زهرا رهنورد برده شدند تا با این پدر و مادر کهنسال دیدار کنند. این دیدار نیز همچون دیدارهای قبلی موسوی و رهنورد، با حضور و نظارت ماموران امنیتی و زندانبانان زن و مرد انجام شد. روحیه این دو همراه مردم خوب گزارش شده و گفته شده که حال عمومی آنها نیز مناسب بوده است….

میرحسین و رهنورد در حضور ماموران امنیتی با پدر و مادر زهرا رهنورد دیدار کردند.

ماموران امنیتی پیش از این دختران موسوی را تهدید کرده بودند که در صورت انتشار کوچکترین خبری درباره وضعیت پدر و مادرشان، آنها را از ملاقات محروم خواهند کرد و در صورت تکرار، آنها را مورد پیگرد قضایی قرار خواهند داد.

با این حال تهیه مواد غذایی مورد نیاز این دو زندانی حاکمیت، همچنان بر عهده فرزندان آنهاست و ماموران و زندانبانان در این باره از خود سلب مسئولیت کرده اند.

فرزندان میرحسین و رهنورد هم در ماههای اخیر با فشارها و تهدیدهای متعددی از جمله پرونده سازی و ممانعت از کار و تحصیل، ممنوع الملاقات شدن با پدر مادر، تماس های تهدیدآمیز تلفنی و تهدید به پیگرد قضایی رو به رو بوده اند.

Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Mousavi Transferred to Tehran Heart Center For a Few Hours Today

November 19th, 2012 – [Kaleme] Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Mousavi was transferred to Tehran Heart Center today in order to undergo a number of cardiac tests. According to reports received by Kaleme, security forces transferred Mousavi who underwent an angioplasty two months ago as a result of heart

complications, to Tehran Heat Center today for a number of coronary tests. The opposition leader was taken back to house arrest a few hours later.

Mousavi has reportedly been suffering from chest pain and severe blood pressure fluctuations during the past two weeks. According to reports received by Kaleme, the hospital physicians opted not to conduct the cardiac stress tests [induced by exercise] in order to avoid too much physical strain. These tests were postponed for a later date. Cardiac stress tests are conducted in patients suffering from coronary heart disease in order to determine coronary circulation while the patient is at rest versus the patient’s coronary circulation during maximum physical exertion. The patient’s body must be strong enough in order for the test not to cause a serious health risk.

Sources close to the hospital staff and administration have repeatedly stated that standard medical protocols have not been followed during Mir Hossein Mouavi’s medical treatment. It is worth mentioning that Mir Hossein Mousavi did not suffer from any ailment prior to his house arrest.

Despite the public concern for the health and well being of Mir Hossein Mousavi, security forces have refused to publish any news regarding the condition and well being of the detained opposition leader. The publication of the slightest news on Mir Hossein Mousavi has repeatedly led to a flood of threats to the lives and livelihood of the opposition leader’s family members.

In September last year, after Mousavi’s first transfer to Tehran Heart Center, Dr. Ali Shakourirad informed Kaleme that the tests had determined that the opposition leader was suffering from a narrowing in one of his arteries and a stent was placed in his artery during an angioplasty procedure. At the time Dr. Shakourirad stated: “in the past few months, Mir Hossein Mousavi has been suffering from a heart condition requiring medical treatment. Receiving medical treatment sooner would have been much more in line with standard medical protocols.”

Last year, the Islamic Society of Medicine also demanded that the opposition leaders be examined by physicians of their choice in order to alleviate the concerns of their family member for their heath and well being. Given the physical condition of Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard their family has demanded that they be examined by an established physician trusted by the family and a report be published on their physical condition. The family has also demanded that regular visitations be established asking that security agents refrain from any and all verbal threats.

The Coordination Council for the Green Path of Hope also demanded last year that the leaders of the green movement be examined by a trusted physician of their choice and a comprehensive medical report be published in order to alleviate public concern regarding their well being.

Despite the fact that approximately 650 days have passed since the illegal house arrests of Mir Hossein Mousavi, Zahra Rahnavard and Mehdi Karroubi, none of their family’s demands have been met to date and the public has been kept in the dark with regards to their heath and well being. The statements and behavior by the authorities of the ruling establishment have only further augmented the public concern regarding the well being of opposition leaders.

پزشکان به علت عدم آمادگی بدنی، انجام تست ورزش را به بعد موکول کرده اند

چکیده :نیروهای امنیتی صبح امروز میرحسین موسوی را که دو ماه پیش به علت عارضه قلبی آنژیوگرافی کرده بود، برای انجام آزمایش های و تست قلبی به بیمارستان اعزام کرده و ساعتی بعد وی را به زندان خانگی منتقل کردند….

میرحسین موسوی امروز برای انجام آزمایش های پزشکی به بیمارستان قلب تهران منتقل شد.

به گزارش کلمه، نیروهای امنیتی صبح امروز میرحسین موسوی را که دو ماه پیش به علت عارضه قلبی آنژیوگرافی کرده بود، برای انجام آزمایش های و تست قلبی به بیمارستان اعزام کرده و ساعتی بعد وی را به زندان خانگی منتقل کردند.

میرحسین موسوی در دو هفته گذشته مجددا دچار درد و ناراحتی در قلب شده و همچنین با نوسان شدید فشار خون رو به رو بوده است.

بر اساس این گزارش، قرار بوده در بیمارستان تست ورزش نیز بر روی میرحسین انجام گیرد اما به دلیل اینکه پزشکان احتمال داده اند این تست فشار زیادی بر بدن وی بیاورد، انجام آن را به زمان دیگری موکول کرده اند.

تست ورزش برای بررسی بیماری رگ‌ های کرونری قلب انجام می شود و بدن باید حدی از سلامت را داشته باشد تا اتفاق خطرناکی در حین تست برایش رخ ندهد.

منابع بیمارستانی بارها اعلام کرده اند که پروتکل های استاندارد پزشکی درباره بیماری میرحسین موسوی رعایت نمی‌شود. این در حالی است که بیماری وی پیش از زندان خانگی سابقه نداشته است.

روز گذشته کلمه گزارش داده بود که به رغم همه ی نگرانی هایی که در افکار عمومی وجود دارد، ماموران امنیتی از ارسال هرگونه خبری در خصوص سلامت این همراه دربند جنبش سبز خودداری می کنند؛ تا آنجا که هر بار با کوچک ترین اطلاع رسانی در مورد وضعیت او، سیل تهدیدها و فشارها بر خانواده افزایش می یابد.

شهریور ماه سال جاری دکتر علی شکوری راد، پزشک متخصص، درباره وضعیت پزشکی میرحسین موسوی که به دلیل عارضه قلبی به بیمارستان منتقل شده بود، به خبرنگار کلمه گفته بود: در یکی از رگ های قلب آقای موسوی که تنگ شده بوده، استنت گذاشته اند.

شکوری راد در آن زمان گفته بود: میرحسین موسوی در چند ماه اخیر مشکلاتی پیدا کرده بوده و نیاز به اقدامات درمانی داشتند که اگر زودتر انجام می شد حتما با پروتکل پزشکی سازگارتر بوده است.

سال گذشته نیز انجمن اسلامی جامعه پزشکی از مسئولان خواسته بود که به وضعیت سلامتی رهبران جنبش سبز، تحت نظارت پزشکان مورد تایید ایشان رسیدگی شود تا خانواده ها از نگرانی بیرون آیند.

با توجه به شرایط جسمی زهرا رهنورد و میرحسین موسوی، خانواده ی این دو همراه جنبش سبز خواستار انتشار بولتن سلامت این دو همراه زندانی و معاینه مستمر توسط پزشک شناخته شده و قابل اطمینان خانواده و همچنین امکان تماس مستمر و ارتباط منظم و همچنین رفع هرگونه سخنان تهدیدآمیز از جانب ماموران شده اند.

سال گذشته نیز شورای هماهنگی راه سبز امید برای رفع نگرانی افکار عمومی خواستار آن شده بود که پزشک مورد اعتماد میرحسین موسوی، وی را معاینه و بولتن رسمی وضعیت سلامت آقای موسوی را به طور رسمی و منظم منتشر کند و در اختیار همگان قرار دهد.

با آنکه نزدیک به ششصد و پنجاه روز از حبس خانگی میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد و مهدی کروبی می گذرد، هنوز به هیچ یک از خواسته های خانواده آنها و افکار عمومی مبنی بر ارائه اخبار در مورد سلامت رهبران جنبش سبز پاسخی داده نشده و عملکرد و اظهارات ماموران نیز همواره بر نگرانی ها افزوده است

BREAKING NEWS | Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Mousavi Reportedly at Tehran Heart Center Today

Wednesday September 19th, 2012 – [Iran Green Voice]  According to reliable sources, opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi, still under illegal house arrest, was seen at Tehran Heart Center, [a treatment center specializing in coronary and heart disease] for a few hours today Wednesday September 19th, for follow up cardiac treatment.

The security measures taken during Mir Hossein Mousavi’s short visit to the cardiac center were reportedly less stringent in comparison to when he was first hospitalized three weeks ago.  Eye witnesses report that Mousavi was even greeted by a number of patients and their relatives at the check-up section of Tehran Heart Center. One patient reportedly circumvented Mousavi’s security personnel, greeting and kissing the cheeks of the leader of the Green movement after inquiring about his well being.

Mir Hossein Mousavi was reported to have been in good health despite experiencing significant fatigue after undergoing a number of cardiac tests.  Mousavi was first transferred to Tehran Heart Center under extremely tight security measures following a sudden heart condition during the first week of September,  where he underwent an angioplasty and was transferred back to illegal house arrest less than 24 hours following his surgery.

Opposition Leaders Mir Hossein Mousavi, Mehdi Karroubi and Zahra Rahnavard have been under illegal house arrest since mid February 2010 and have been denied a trial and legal due process by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.  The restrictions placed upon them while under house arrest has in some cases been more stringent that those endured by other political prisoners behind bars in the prison’s of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

ندای سبز آزادی ـ منابع خبری موثق از مرکز قلب تهران خبر دادند که امروز چهارشنبه، مهندس میرحسین موسوی، از رهبران در حبس جنبش سبز، برای پیگیری معالجات قلبی خود برای ساعاتی در این بیمارستان حضور یافته است.

بنا بر این گزارش، محدودیت‌ها و حساسیت‌ها و کنترل های امنیتی پیرامون مهندس موسوی نسبت به حضور سه هفته ی قبل وی در بیمارستان، کمتر بوده؛ به طوری که با حضور مهندس موسوی در قسمت «چک آپ» مرکز قلب تهران، برخی دیگر از بیماران و همراهان آنان، از حضور رهبر جنبش سبز استقبال می کنند. مطابق این شنیده حتی یکی از بیماران از میان مراقبان و ماموران امنیتی وی، خود را به میرحسین موسوی رسانده با او احوال پرسی و روبوسی می کند.

حال عمومی مهندس موسوی خوب گزارش شده، هرچند گفته می شود که در تست پزشکی، برای بررسی وضع قلب ایشان، وی دچار خستگی محسوس شده است.

مهندس میرحسین موسوی در ابتدای شهریورماه جاری و در پی نارسایی و مشکل قلبی، به شکل ناگهانی و تحت تدابیر شدید امنیتی به مرکز قلب تهران فرستاده شد. وی پس از آنژیوگرافی و در کمتر از 24 ساعت، از بیمارستان به منزل تحت کنترل خود بازگشت و بار دیگر در حبس غیرقانونی قرار گرفت.

مهدی کروبی، زهرا رهنورد و میرحسین موسوی، رهبران جنبش سبز، از نیمه دوم بهمن ماه 1389 بدون انجام محاکمه و تشریفات حقوقی مرسوم در دستگاه قضایی جمهوی اسلامی، به شکل غیرقانونی در حبس و حصر خانگی قرار دارند.

محدودیت هایی که متوجه آنان است در مواردی سخت تر و بیشتر از دیگر زندانیان سیاسی در زندان های جمهوری اسلامی است.

 

 

I Will Not Surrender to this Dangerous Charade!

As the various political factions and  established figures begin contemplating their moves ahead of  next year’s presidential elections in Iran, let us heed the words of Mir Hossein Mousavi , now under illegal house arrest for over 570 days. Let us be reminded of his now famous declaration:  “I will not surrender to this dangerous charade.”  

I believe the solution lies in allowing springs and streams of clear and sweet water to flow into this river bed; a steady and gradual flow that will slowly lead to the transformation of the water quality and the conditions of the river itself. Furthermore, I am of the opinion that it is still not too late; that our ruling establishment [regime] has the power to bring about this change, provided that they adopt respectful and compassionate policies towards all segments within our society.

The following are a number of suggestions that in my opinion are analogous to the streams of fresh water required to positively influence our country on a national level, shifting the current conditions and allowing us to escape the existing crisis and challenges facing our nation:

1) Direct accountability of the government towards the nation, the parliament and the judiciary.  In other words, there should be no extraordinary support of the government’s deficiencies and weaknesses and the government should be held directly responsible for any difficulties and hardship it has caused the nation.  It goes without saying that a competent and just government will be in a position to answer the concerns and question of the people and members of the parliament.  In the event of an incompetent and dishonest government, the parliament and the judiciary should be allowed to react accordingly and within the scope of their constitutional powers.

2) Implementation of a transparent and credible electoral regulations and procedures designed to reassure and convince the nation of free and fair elections, without any form of fraud or interference. The electoral regulations must be designed to ensure the participation of citizens despite their differences of opinion or affiliations, with the goal to eliminate arbitrary interference by government officials based on their political affiliation or personal preferences. The initial meetings and administrative procedures of the governments serving at the onset of the revolution may be used as a model.

3)  The release and exoneration of all political prisoners. I am confident that such an act will not be viewed as a sign of weakness but rather will demonstrate the visionary nature of the ruling establishment. We are fully cognizant of the fact that the decadent political forces oppose such an approach.

4) Freedom of the press and media including the redistribution of those newspapers that have been banned from publication is key to the resolution of the current challenges. We must eliminate all fear associated with freedom of the press and build upon the international experience in this area. The advent and expansion of satellite networks and their clear impact has clearly demonstrated the deficiencies and limitations associated with older broadcasting mechanisms including the state run National Broadcasting Television Station (IRIB. Restricting internet access and jamming satellite signals will only result in short term gains.  The only effective solution is the establishment of a variety of independent media outlets allowed to operate freely within our nation.  Is it not time for a bold and brave move? Is it not time for us to turn our attention away from outside our borders and instead rely on the intellectuals and creative elements within our society and in doing so establish the level of trust that will unite our creative, political, cultural and social capital?

5) Recognizing the people’s right to peaceful gatherings and the establishment of political parties as stipulated under articles 26 and 27 of the Islamic Republic’s Constitution, particularly if done tactfully and with the cooperation of all interested parties within our country can undoubtedly transform the current atmosphere of conflict between the Basiji forces and the public, leading to improved conditions and national reconciliation.

مقدمه

بان کی مون، دبیرکل سازمان ملل متحد، در کنار نمایندگان تعدادی از کشورهای جهان، یکی از میهمانان کشور ما در اجلاس عدم تعهد است. سه روز فرصت داریم که قلم را برداریم و گلوی خراشیده از فریادمان را صاف و عزممان را جزم کنیم تا او را که با هزینه و مالیات ما مردم ایران میهمان کشورمان ایران است، دعوت کنیم تا به دیدار همراهان محصور و زندانیان دربندمان برود.

او عالی‌ترین مقام سازمان ملل متحد است. آمده تا میهمان مردم ما باشد و ما قرار است رسا و روشن آگاهش کنیم که بخشی از سفر او باید به این دیدارها و رسیدگی‌ها بگذرد. میهمان شهر امروز منتظر راهنمایی میزبان خود است. قلم برداریم و از دبیر کل سازمان ملل بخواهیم تا به دیدار میرحسین موسوی و مهدی کروبی و زهرا رهنورد برود.

شما در حالی به کشور ما سفر می‌کنید که بیش از دو سال است میرحسین موسوی، نامزد پیشین انتخابات ریاست جمهوری، به همراه همسرش و نیز آقای کروبی، دیگر همراه جنبش سبز، بدون برگزاری هیچ دادگاه و بدون رعایت هیچ قانونی در بازداشت خانگی بوده و با تحمل انواع مشقت‌ها از چشم مردم و خانواده خود دورند. ما شهروندان معترض ایرانی از شما می‌خواهیم که در بازدید خود از تهران با این رهبران بی‌گناه به بند کشیده شده ملاقات کنید و ما را از سلامت و وضعیت ایشان مطمئن سازید و نیز در دیدار با حاکمان، آنان را به رعایت موازین و قواعد انسانی در برخورد با منتقدان و مخالفان فرا بخوانید و به نقض حقوق بشر در کشور ما اعتراض کنید.

Your visit to our country coincides with the more than two year illegal house arrest of former presidential candidates Mir Hossein Mousavi and Mehdi Karroubi and Mr. Mousavi’s wife Dr. Zahra Rahnavard. The companions of the Green Movement have been under house arrest in the absence of a trial, without an indictment or adherence to the rule of law. They have endured much hardship while being render incommunicado and have been isolated from their family and loved ones.

We the protesting Iranian citizens, request that you visit our innocent and detained leaders during your trip to Tehran in order to verify and confirm their condition and well being. Furthermore, we ask that in your meetings with the ruling establishment, you call upon them to adhere to their obligation to uphold human rights standards and principles when dealing with their opponents and critics and condemn all human rights violations taking place in Iran.

Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Mousavi Urges Incarcerated Political Prisoner Mohammad Reza Motamednia to End His Hunger Strike

May 16th, 2012 – According to reports by Kaleme, two days ago, security agents accompanied opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi and his wife Zahra Rahnavard to visit with Zahra Rahnavard’s mother Mrs. Navab Safavi.  During this visit, Mir Hossein Mousavi was informed by one of his relatives of the hunger strike launched  by incarcerated war hero Mohammad Reza Motamednia, protesting the release of the leaders of the Green Movement.   Upon hearing the news, Mousavi reportedly asked that his greetings be forwarded to Motamednia and requested that he  put an immediate end to his hunger strike.

62 year old Motamednia, now on the 36th day of his hunger strike at Evin prison  has reportedly lost more than 30 Kilos (66 Lbs) and is suffering from severe tremors and an irregular heartbeat. It goes without saying that his dire physical condition has led to extreme concern by his family members.

Motamednia, former special adviser to Bahonar and Mousavi during the war between Iran and Iraq and right hand to the commander in chief during the 8 year holy war, launched a hunger strike on April 9th, 2012 protesting the injustices committed by the ruling government and in particular the continued illegal house arrest of Mir Hossein Mousavi, Mehdi Karroubi and Zahra Rahnavard.

Since the launch of his hunger strike, Motamednia has spent 20 days in solitary confinement at Evin’s ward 240. Despite requests by many political activists, including Mir Hossein Mousavi’s daughters that he put an end to his hunger strike, Motamednia vowed to continue until either the illegal house arrest of the leaders of the Green Movement was lifted or he received a direct request by Mousavi himself.

Motamednia’s wish has finally been granted now that Mousavi has urged him to end his hunger strike having been informed of the fact after one month of complete isolation.  Hopefully this message will be forwarded to Motamendnia by the prison officials and prison guards at Evin prison in order to prevent a similar fate to that of Hoda Saber who lost his life while behind bars, despite repeated requests  by many well known figures that Saber put an end to his hunger strike.

Even though, Mir Hossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard were allowed visitation with Rahnavard’s mother following a month of complete  isolation, they have nevertheless been deprived of visiting with their daughters for two months. Their last communication with their daughters was a brief telephone call that took place more than a month ago.  In an overtly illegal act, the security apparatus in Iran continues to deprive Mousavi and Rahnavard’s daughters with visitation with their parents, denying them all communication.

چکیده :ماموران امنیتی دو روز پیش میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد را به دیدار خانم نواب صفوی مادر زهرا رهنورد برده بودند. میرحسین موسوی در این دیدار از سوی یکی از اقوام، از اعتصاب غذای محمدرضا معتمدنیا با درخواست آزادی رهبران جنبش سبز با خبر شد. موسوی بلافاصله از یکی از اقوام حاضر در این دیدار خواست تا سلام او به این زندانی سیاسی ابلاغ شود و از معتمدنیا خواست که به اعتصاب غذای خود پایان دهد….

 

میرحسین موسوی به محض اطلاع از اعتصاب غذای محمدرضا معتمدنیا، از او خواست به اعتصاب غذای خود خاتمه دهد.

به گزارش کلمه، ماموران امنیتی دو روز پیش میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد را به دیدار خانم نواب صفوی مادر زهرا رهنورد برده بودند. میرحسین موسوی در این دیدار از سوی یکی از اقوام، از اعتصاب غذای محمدرضا معتمدنیا با درخواست آزادی رهبران جنبش سبز با خبر شد.

 

موسوی بلافاصله از یکی از اقوام حاضر در این دیدار خواست تا سلام او به این زندانی سیاسی ابلاغ شود و از معتمدنیا خواست که به اعتصاب غذای خود پایان دهد.

 

اعتصاب غذای محمدرضا معتمدنیا وارد سی و ششمین روز خود شده است. وی در این مدت بیش از ۳۰ کیلو کاهش وزن داشته، دچار رعشه های شدید و ضربان قلب نامنظم شده و خانواده و نزدیکانش به شدت نگران سلامتی وی هستند.

این زندانی سیاسی ۶۲ ساله که هم اکنون در بند ۳۵۰ اوین زندانی است، سابقه مشاورت ویژه شهیدان رجایی و باهنر و مهندس موسوی در زمان جنگ و مسئولیت در بخش پشتیبانی ستاد فرماندهی کل قوا در دوران دفاع مقدس را در کارنامه خود دارد. او در ۲۱ فروردین ماه اعلام کرد که در اعتراض به همه ظلم های حاکمیت و به طور مشخص حبس خانگی موسوی و کروبی و رهنورد، اعتصاب غذا می کند.

 

معتمدنیا از آن زمان تا امروز در اعتصاب غذا بوده و ۲۰ روز از این مدت را هم در یک سلول انفرادی در بند ۲۴۰ اوین گذرانده است. بسیاری از فعالان و زندانیان سیاسی، و نیز دختران مهندس موسوی، در این مدت به وی پیام داده بودند که به اعتصاب غذای خود خاتمه دهد. اما او ضمن تشکر از ایشان، تاکید کرده بود که تنها با شکسته شدن حصر و یا پیام نخست وزیر امام حاضر است اقدام اعتراضی خود را متوقف کند.

 

اکنون این خواسته او محقق شده و میرحسین در ملاقاتی که پس از یک ماه بی خبری داشته، از خبر اعتصاب معتمدنیا مطلع شده و به او پیام داده که به اعتصابش خاتمه دهد.

 

انتظار می رود زندانبانان و مسئولان امنیتی نیز در انتقال این پیام به این زندانی سیاسی تعلل نکنند تا اتفاق ناگوار مشابهی که در خصوص هدی صابر افتاد و ممانعت از رسیدن درخواست برخی بزرگان به وی در خصوص شکستن اعتصاب غذا، در نهایت به حادثه ای جبران ناپذیر ختم شد، این بار درباره معتمدنیا تکرار نشود.

 

میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد در حالی پس از حدود یک ماه بی خبری به ملاقات مادر زهرا رهنورد برده شده اند که از آخرین ملاقات آنها با دختران بیش از دو ماه و از آخرین تماس تلفنی آنها بیش از یک ماه می گذرد. ماموران امنیتی در اقدامی آشکارا غیر قانونی، دختران موسوی و رهنورد را از ملاقات با پدر و مادرشان منع کرده و گفته اند که آنها از ملاقات با پدر و مادر خود محروم هستند.

 

Harassment of Opposition Leader Mir Hossein Mousavi’s Family Members Reaches an All Time High

May 9th, 2012  [Kaleme]  Fifteen months after the illegal house arrest of opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi and his wife Zahra Rahnavard, pressure on their family members continues to increase, while they both remain incommunicado.

The latest reports from Tehran point to the fact that while Mousavi and Rahnavard’s daughters have been deprived of any communication with their parents for approximately two months, psychological pressure and harassment of the family members has reached an all time high as the security apparatus in Iran continues to publish lies, to threaten and wreak havoc on their lives.

The publication of lies and contradictory information regarding Mousavi’s health is one of of many recent instances of harassment towards his daughters, who have been repeatedly fed false reports regarding their parents’ well being over the past few months; reports that were dismissed by the daughters once they were finally allowed to visit with their parents during Persian New Year.

The psychological pressure on Mir Hossein Mousavi’s daughters continued even after the Persian New Year, when rumors began to circulate regarding Mousavi’s supposed illness and subsequent admission to a hospital, leading to extreme concern by his family members.  To add insult to injury, throughout this time, Mousavi’s daughters have been deprived of all communications with their parents. Despite their repeated efforts to obtain any information regarding the validity of such rumors, their questions and inquiries were ignored by the authorities, until such time as four of Mousavi and Rahnavard’s distant relatives were finally allowed to visit with them under the condition that the daughters would not be informed of such visit.

It looks as though the same psychological tactics have been used on Mousavi and Rahnavard, feeding them with lies regarding political issues and matters related to their family members and their health and well being.  Furthermore, security forces have explicitly stated that the reason why the daughters have been deprived of seeing their parents is because of the articles they have published after such visits, despite the fact Mousavi’s daughters have been very careful to disclose very little information following these visits.  The security apparatus have repeatedly used such illegal measures as a means to punish Mousavi’s daughters. They have even gone as far as asking the daughters to express regret regarding publishing news about their parents in order for the situation to perhaps improve.

In the past year Mousavi’s daughters have been followed, they have been put under surveillance, their conversations have been taped and they have been interrogated numerously even while inside taxi cabs. On each occasion, security agents have threatened Mousavi’s daughters and used foul language when addressing them. In addition to Mousavi’s daughters, other family members have also been exposed to such harsh behavior and in some cases the authorities have gone as far as  confiscating their passports and depriving them from leaving the country.

In addition to threatening Mousavi’s family members, the security apparatus in charge of Mousavi and Rahnavard’s illegal house arrest have explicitly stated that they are not to be held responsible for the heath and well being of their prisoners for only one thing is of importance to them: “to protect the regime at any cost!” The ruling establishment has yet to explain how an individual who led the government during eight of the most difficult years in the history of our country, an individual arrested without any regard for his legal rights, despite the fact that his arrest has been condemned by a number of Grand Ayatollahs as having been illegal and against our religious beliefs, can continue to be held under house arrest. Ironically they deliver the worst blow to the regime with this type of behavior while claiming their devotion to its protection.

Akhtar street and the narrow dead-end alley where Mousavi’s residence is located is now removed from site by two, tall and thick security walls guarded by the IRGC.  Mousavi’s residence is in the vicinity of one of the IRGC’s security bases and a number of other security related entities and it goes without saying that Mousavi and Rahnvard’s isolation only further increases concerns for their well being.

زندانبان‌ها: برای ما فقط یک چیز مهم است، حفظ نظام به هر قیمت

تشدید فشارهای روانی و آزار و اذیت خانواده موسوی/ یک ماه بی‌خبری دختران از میرحسین و رهنورد

چکیده :در حالی که مدت زمان بی خبری فرزندان مهندس موسوی از پدر و مادرشان به حدود دو ماه رسیده، آزار و اذیت روحی و روانی آنها نیز شدت گرفته و ارائه اخبار دروغ، تهدیدها و ایجاد مزاحمت ها برای زندگی آنها به اوج رسیده است. شدت بخشیدن به ارائه اطلاعات دروغین و ضد و نقیض درباره سلامتی میرحسین، از جمله جدیدترین مصادیق آزار و اذیت دختران موسوی و رهنورد بوده است….

 

در پایان پانزدهمین ماه بازداشت خانگی میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد، گزارش های رسیده به کلمه حاکی از تشدید فشارها بر خانواده ایشان و ادامه محدودیت مطلق ارتباطی ایشان با دخترانشان است.

 

به گزارش کلمه، در حالی که مدت زمان بی خبری فرزندان مهندس موسوی از پدر و مادرشان به حدود دو ماه رسیده، آزار و اذیت روحی و روانی آنها نیز شدت گرفته و ارائه اخبار دروغ، تهدیدها و ایجاد مزاحمت ها برای زندگی آنها به اوج رسیده است.

شدت بخشیدن به ارائه اطلاعات دروغین و ضد و نقیض درباره سلامتی میرحسین، از جمله جدیدترین مصادیق آزار و اذیت دختران موسوی و رهنورد بوده است؛ به طوری که در چند ماه اخیر بارها اخبار و اطلاعات غلط در این باره به خانواده منتقل شده بود که همگی در دیدار نوروزی با مهندس موسوی و دکتر رهنورد تکذیب شد.

 

اما در مدت پس از آن، این شایعه پراکنی ها باز هم ادامه داشته و در یک مورد با ادعای بستری شدن میرحسین موسوی به علتی نامعلوم در بیمارستان همراه بوده است؛ موضوعی که نگرانی شدید خانواده موسوی را به دنبال داشته و آنها را نسبت به احتمال سوء قصد به ایشان در وضعیت حصر و بازداشت و بی خبری، بیمناک ساخته است.

 

در مورد اخیر، پس از قطع کامل ارتباطات از ابتدای نوروز به این سو، با هدف وارد ساختن فشار روانی مضاعف به دختران، نیروهای امنیتی شروع به پخش خبر بیماری میرحسین کردند. آنها بعد از مدتها ایجاد دل نگرانی شدید و بی پاسخ ماندن جست و جوهای مکرر اقوام موسوی و خود دختران و ایجاد فضای بسیار آزار دهنده در خانواده، سرانجام به چهار نفر از اقوام دور این خانواده اجازه ملاقات دادند، با این شرط که “فرزندان نباید متوجه شوند”!

 

آنها همچنین تهدید کرده اند که هیچ خبری درباره این دیدار منتشر نشود، و گفته اند که ابراز نگرانی دختران راجع به پدر و مادرشان “به ضرر کشور است.” این در حالی است که خود از دو ابزار ایجاد نگرانی و سپس بی خبری برای شکنجه و آزار روانی این خانواده و وادار کردن آنها به پذیرش محدودیت ها استفاده می کنند، و در عین حال توضیح نمی دهند که اعلام وضعیت سلامتی میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد چه خطری برای اقتدار نظام می تواند داشته باشد. یا از سوی دیگر اگر بناست ارتباط با این دو همچنان با محدودیت و دشواری کنونی همراه باشد، چرا دستگاه های حکومتی تلاش می کنند با پخش مصاحبه، خبر و عکس دروغین ادعا کنند که آنها آزادند و نظام از روی رافت اسلامی به نگهداری ایشان در وضعیت ویژه می پردازد!

 

بر اساس این گزارش، این روش شکنجه روحی و ارائه انبوه اطلاعات دروغ در مورد دختران در زمینه مسائل سیاسی، خانوادگی و سلامتی آنان، متقابلاً برای میرحسین و همسرش نیز انجام گرفته؛ که باعث نگرانی این پدر و مادر دربند در مورد فرزندانشان شده است. ماموران امنیتی همچنین به صراحت به فرزندان موسوی و رهنورد اعلام می کنند که علت جلوگیری از ملاقات و تماس و کسب اطلاع آنها از پدر و مادر، اطلاع رسانی درباره گوشه ای از این وضعیت بوده است. آنها از این رفتارهای غیر قانونی به عنوان تنبیه یاد می کنند و حتی در یک مورد از دختران موسوی خواسته اند که از رفتار خود ابراز پشیمانی کنند تا اوضاع بهتر شود.

این در حالی است که همزمان در طول سال گذشته دختران موسوی با تعقیب و مراقبت های شدید، شنود و کنترل آشکار و پنهان مکالمات و ارتباطات خود، بازجویی های متعدد حتی در خودروهای تاکسی تلفنی، و مزاحمت های خاص و عجیب امنیتی که غالبا با تهدید و به کار بردن لحن و الفاظ زشت و تهدید های مکرر جانی و مادی دیگر همراه بوده، رو به رو بوده اند. دامنه این آزار و اذیت ها علاوه بر دختران میرحسین، به سایر اقوام نیز کشیده شده است و در خصوص آنها به طور گسترده ای اقدام به ممنوع الخروجی و ضبط پاسپورت به همراه رفتار خشن امنیتی صورت گرفته است.

 

زندانبانان همچنین در موارد متعددی ضمن تهدیدها به صراحت به آنها اعلام کرده اند که مسئولیتی در برابر سلامتی زندانیان خود ندارند و برای آنها تنها یک چیز مهم است: حفظ نظام به هر قیمت! آنها توضیح نداده اند که چگونه کسی را که هشت سال در سخت ترین دوران سکاندار دولت این نظام بوده، در حالی که بازداشت او علاوه بر نداشتن مبنای عقلی و حقوقی حتی از سوی چند مرجع تقلید غیر شرعی و غیر قانونی خوانده شده، همچنان در بازداشت نگه می دارند و با این رفتار بدترین ضربه را به نظام مورد نظر خود وارد می سازند و همزمان ادعای حفظ آن را مطرح می کنند.

 

در حال حاضر حدود دوماه است که فرزندان موسوی هیچ خبر تایید شده ای از پدر و مادرشان ندارند و پس از ملاقات چند ساعته نوروزی و نیز تماس محدود تلفنی، هیچ ملاقات یا تماسی حتی برای یک لحظه با آنها نداشته اند. در حالی که میرحسین و رهنورد در دیدار کوتاه نوروزی خود بر سلامتشان تاکید کرده اند، خانواده آنها با شایعه پراکنی هایی از سوی زندانبانان و ماموران امنیتی رو به رو بوده اند که به نگرانی درباره سلامتی ایشان منجر شده است.

 

محل بازداشت موسوی و رهنورد در فضای کاملا محافظت شده ی خیابان پاستور و در بن بست باریک اختر، با دو در بلند و قطور و موانع امنیتی کنترل شونده توسط سپاه، از چشم عابران پنهان تر از قبل شده است. این خانه در همسایگی یکی از پایگاههای حفاظت اطلاعات سپاه و چند نهاد امنیتی دیگر قرار دارد و ایزوله بودن شدید آنها در حالت عادی نیز خود به تنهایی موجب نگرانی بیش از پیش این خانواده است.
