39 Political Prisoners Declare: The First Step Towards National Sovereignty Is the Unconditional Release of Mousavi & Karroubi

January 25th, 2012 [Kalame] In an open letter addressed to the nation of Iran, 39 political prisoners call upon the nation to come together to create public awareness regarding the upcoming sham and rigged parliamentary elections in February, and continue to do everything in their power to ensure that the detained leaders of the Green movement are released in the month of February.  Moreover the 39 political prisoners request that all independent human rights organizations and freedom fighting individuals across the globe, lend their support to the unconditional release of the leaders of Iran’s Green protest movement.

In the name of God,

While military and security forces are engaged in controlling the upcoming 9th sham and rigged parliamentary elections, the oppression and pressure on political activists and journalists in Iran continues to augment with the passing of each day. Our society is witnessing a political impasse never before experienced in previous elections. The extreme security atmosphere imposed by an oppressive coup government continues to take victims every day.  Furthermore, the leaders of Iran’s Green opposition movement Mr Mir Hossein Mousavi and Mr. Mehdi Karroubi and Mrs. Rahnavard continue behind house arrest and are subjected to extreme pressure and ever increasing, worrisome restrictions.

Mir Hossein Mousavi and Mehdi Karroubi have been under illegal house arrest for almost a year, when their only crime was to insist that the rights of their constituents be upheld.  A year ago, Mir Hossein Mousavi and Mehdi Karroubi applied for a permit to rally and called upon the nation of Iran to come to the streets in support of the freedom fighting movements of Egypt and Tunisia and other countries in the region. The illegitimate ruling government refused to allow such a rally, just as they had denied citizens their right to protest on June 12th, 2009.  When the power of a ruling government is not derived from the actual votes of its citizens and through a democratic process,  opposition forces are not only denied the right to exist, but also face extreme oppression.  The violent and inhumane confrontations after the infamous 2009 presidential elections led to tens of innocent citizens sacrificing their lives to the ambitions of an authoritarian government, while thousand of others [from the elite to the ordinary and the unknown] were violently attacked, accosted and thrown behind bars.

Following the calling by the leaders of the Green movement, many freedom fighting Iranians across our nation came to the streets. The demonstrations by the supporters of the Green movement, 20 months after the coup elections were so glorious that the ruling government had no recourse but to resort to brute force and lies, detaining the leaders of the Green movement much like other political prisoners, journalists, lawyers, professors and students preceding them.

It is now more than 11 months since the illegal arrest and detention of Mir Hossein Mousavi, Mehdi Karroubi and Zahra Rahnavard.  When the ruling government is seeking to fill the parliamentary seats under a cloud of oppression and tyranny, it is the duty of the freedom fighting citizens of Iran to further expand and develop their protest movement and as a first step do everything in their power to ensure the release of their leaders.

The reformists and true freedom fighters responded positively to the assessment of their detained leaders, the calling by those of us behind bars and the demands of the majority of political groups and Iranian citizens, refusing to engage in a rigged parliamentary election process  and further oppression.  The achievement of national sovereignty through a free, fair and healthy election process remains one of the main goals of the Green movement. The first step in this process as laid out in our two statements published in November and December, is the unconditional release of the honorable, honest and determined leaders of the Green movement.

To this end, we call upon all our freedom fighting citizens across the globe to create public awareness regarding the upcoming sham and rigged parliamentary elections in February, and continue to do everything in their power to ensure that the detained leaders of the Green movement are released in the month of February.

Furthermore we ask all freedom fighters across the globe, including all independent human rights organizations to support us in obtaining the unconditional release of the  leaders of Iran’s Green opposition movement from this illegal and cruel detention.

We the signatories of this statement have all personally paid a heavy price for insisting that our legal rights be upheld. We have never hesitated when it comes to seeking justice.  We believe that there is a cost associated with achieving such justice and the ideals of the people’s revolution in 1979, republicanism, freedom, independence, prosperity and progress will only be regained through sustained effort and lack of despair. This is a journey that began with the Constitutional and National Movements and will continue with the hopeful, perseverance of the patient companions of the Green movement.

۳۹ زندانی سیاسی: قدم نخست در تحقق حاکمیت ملی، آزادی موسوی و کروبی است

سی و نه زندانی سیاسی در بیانیه ای از همه مردم خواسته اند تا در کنار آگاهی‌بخشی در مورد انتخابات دروغین و مهندسی شده و فرمایشی اسفندماه، از هیچ کوششی برای پیگیری آزادی رهبران محبوس جنبش سبز در بهمن ماه جاری دریغ نکنند.

به گزارش کلمه، در این بیانیه که به امضای سی و نه زندانی سیاسی از طیف های مختلف فکری جنبش سبز رسیده، از تمامی آزادی‌خواهان جهان و نهادهای مستقل مدافع حقوق بشر خواسته شده که برای رهایی رهبران جنبش اعتراضی مردم ایران از حبس نامشروع و ظالمانه، یاری کنند.

این زندانیان سیاسی که خود قربانی سناریوهای ساختگی باند سعید امامی ها هستند، با انتقاد از حبس خانگی رهبران جنبش سبز آورده اند: بیش از ۱۱ ماه از بازداشت و حبس غیرقانونی آقایان موسوی و کروبی و خانم رهنورد می‌گذرد. اگر حاکمیت به فکر پر کردن نمایشی کرسی‌های مجلس زیر سایه سرکوب و استبداد است، آزادگان ایران‌زمین مکلف‌اند که در تدبیر گسترش و تعمیق جنبش اعتراضی خود و به‌ویژه در گام نخست، آزادی رهبران در حصر و حبس خود باشند.

در این بیانیه با تقدیر از اجماع عمومی برای عدم شرکت در انتخابات تاکید شده است که تحقق حاکمیت ملی از مجرای انتخابات آزاد، سالم و منصفانه به‌عنوان خواسته‌ی اصلی جنبش سبز همچنان باقی است. قدم نخست در این راه چنان که در دو بیانیه‌ی آبان‌ماه و آذرماه خود تاکید کردیم، آزادی رهبران آزاده‌ و استوار و صادق جنبش سبز است.

به‌نام خدا

نیروهای امنیتی و نظامی درحالی برگزاری انتخابات نمایشی و فرمایشی مجلس نهم را در دستور کار خود قرار داده‌اند که هم‌زمان سرکوب فعالان سیاسی و روزنامه‌نگاران را شدت بخشیده‌اند. جامعه بیشتر از هر زمان شاهد انسداد سیاسی است؛ وضعیتی که در هیچ‌یک از انتخابات‌های پیشین شاهد نبوده‌ایم. فضای سنگین امنیتی و نظامی کودتاگران حاکم بر کشور هر روز قربانی جدیدی می‌گیرد. این همه در حالی صورت می‌گیرد که رهبران جنبش اعتراضی، آقایان میرحسین موسوی و مهدی کروبی و خانم زهرا رهنورد در زندان خانگی تحت فشارهای بیشتر و محدودیت‌های شدیدتر و نگران‌کننده قرار گرفته‌اند.

 

آقایان موسوی و کروبی، نامزدهای انتخابات ریاست جمهوری دهم، تنها به جرم پیگیری رأی موکلان خود و پایمردی بر مواضع حق‌طلبانه‌شان، قریب به یک‌سال است که در حبس و حصر غیرقانونی و ناجوانمردانه‌ بسر می‌برند. یک سال پیش، آنان در چنین ماهی برای حمایت از جنبش‌های مردمی رهایی‌بخش و خواسته‌های انسانی آزادگان تونس و مصر و کشورهای منطقه، درخواست راهپیمایی کردند. پاسخ صاحبان قدرت نامشروع، همانند تمامی روزهای پس از ۲۲خرداد ۱۳۸۸، منفی بود. وقتی اقتدار حاکمیت، متکی بر آراء حقیقی و روندهای دموکراتیک نباشد، نه تنها مخالفان از امکان بروز و ظهور محروم می‌شوند بلکه به شدیدترین شکل مورد سرکوب قرار می‌گیرند. همان مواجهه‌ی خشونت‌بار و ضدانسانی‌ای که پس از انتخابات رسوای ۱۳۸۸، جان ده‌ها شهروند مظلوم را فدای جاه‌طلبی اقتدارطلبان کرد و هزاران شهروند مظلوم (از نخبه تا عادی و از شناخته شده تا گمنام) را ظالمانه به حبس افکند و با سرکوب غیرانسانی مورد حمله و هجمه قرار داد.

در پی فراخوان رهبران جنبش سبز، آزادگان ایران در بسیاری از شهرهای کشور به خیابان آمدند. تجمع اعتراض آمیز سبزها آن هم ۲۰ ماه پس از کودتای انتخاباتی چنان باشکوه بود که حاکمان متکی به زر و زور و تزویر، آزادی رهبران جنبش اعتراضی را برنتافتند. رهبران جنبش سبز نیز همچون بسیاری از ‌فعالان سیاسی، کنشگران مطبوعاتی، حقوقدانان، استادان، و دانشجویان محبوس شدند.

حال، بیش از ۱۱ ماه از بازداشت و حبس غیرقانونی آقایان موسوی و کروبی و خانم رهنورد می‌گذرد. اگر حاکمیت به فکر پر کردن نمایشی کرسی‌های مجلس زیر سایه سرکوب و استبداد است، آزادگان ایران‌زمین مکلف‌اند که در تدبیر گسترش و تعمیق جنبش اعتراضی خود و به‌ویژه در گام نخست، آزادی رهبران در حصر و حبس خود باشند.

از اینرو از تمامی هموطنان آزاده و آگاه خویش درهرکجای جهان که هستند، می‌خواهیم در کنار آگاهی‌بخشی در مورد انتخابات دروغین و مهندسی شده و فرمایشی اسفندماه، از هیچ کوششی برای پیگیری آزادی رهبران محبوس جنبش سبز در بهمن ماه جاری دریغ نکنند.

همچنین تمامی آزادی‌خواهان جهان و نهادهای مستقل مدافع حقوق بشر را برای رهایی رهبران جنبش اعتراضی مردم ایران از حبس نامشروع و ظالمانه، به یاری می‌طلبیم. سزاوار نیست مدافعان حقوق بشر در جهان چشم بر این ظلم مستدام فروبندند.

امضا‌ء‌کنندگان این بیانیه که خود از پرداخت هزینه‌ برای تحقق خواست‌های قانونی و ایستادن پای سخن حق، ابایی نداشته‌‌اند، بر این باورند که رسیدن به چشم‌اندازهای مطلوب مستلزم هزینه است. معتقدیم که آرمان‌های انقلاب مردمی ۱۳۵۷ و تحقق آزادی و جمهوریت و استقلال و رفاه و پیشرفت، در گرو کوشش پیگیر و تلاش مصمم و بی‌یأس است؛ این راهی است که از مشروطه و نهضت ملی گشوده شده و تداوم‌اش با عزم مستدام یاران صبور و متوکل و امیدوار سبز در پیوند است.  «والعاقبه للمتقین»

Oppostion Leader Mehdi Karroubi’s Family Express Concern Regarding A Potential Plot Against Him

January 8th, 2012 – [Saham News] A group of former political prisoners and activists with a variety backgrounds arrested before the revolution met with Mrs. Karroubi today.  According to Saham News, the individuals present spoke of their memories during the struggles prior to the revolution, fondly remembering Mehdi Karroubi’s courage and perseverance during that period and expressing grave concern for the illegal manner in which the ruling government has treated both opposition leaders Mehdi Karroubi and Mir Hossein Mousavi.

After thanking all those present for their support of her husband, Mrs. Karroubi provide a brief comparative analysis of the events of the past two years and the behavior of the current security related entities vis-a-vis activists and their respective families versus the behavior of the Savak during the time of the Shah.  The comparison provided by Mrs Karroubi had a strong affect on all those present.

Mrs Karroubi stated: “The inhumane and irreligious behavior by security agents witnessed during this time was unprecedented during the 15 years we battled the Shah’s regime. We never heard of such behavior even in the stories recounted by friends and other families of political activists during that era.”

While talking about her personal experiencing during that era, Mrs Karroubi recounted a particular incident as described by a well known clergyman associated with the office of Imam Khomeini who stated that at the time of the struggle against the Shah, Mr. Harshemi Rafsanjani had once hidden an important document in one of the family albums prior to the Savak raiding his home. During the inspection of the house, one of the security agents began walking towards the cupboard in which the album in question and other personal items were placed, leading to Hashemi Rafsanjani protesting loudly against such an indiscretion.  Upon realizing what had happened the individual in charge of the security agents reportedly interfered, banning the agent from inspecting any personal items and demanding that he extend an apology to the family for his behavior. Mrs. Karroubi added: ” Today a regime that claims to be Islamic, brutally attacks the residence of a twice former head of parliament and an individual whom they themselves referred to as a member of their ranks, as though they have found a safe house or conquered a castle.”

Mrs. Karroubi next pointed to the brutal attack by plain clothes agents supported by the regime’s security apparatus during the holy nights of Ghadr and the six consecutive nights that followed during the month of February last year, reiterating that prior to the revolution the Savak and other government entities took responsibility for their behavior and never treated the families of political prisoners offensively. Mrs Karroubi added that today however, in the name of Islam and the revolution, these gentlemen give cart blanch to unknown individuals to engage in illegal behavior to the point that even a simple security agent sees his behavior as supported under the law and when confronted with criticism  regarding the illegal nature of his behavior merely responds ” We are the ones who determine what is legal and what is not.”

Mrs. Karroubi added that when the time is right, the family will publish the details of what they endured during the bitter nights when their house was raided by agents of the Intelligence Ministry, including the details of their interrogation, the manner in which their personal belongs were confiscated and the disgusting behavior of the security agents during the time of their illegal house arrest.  Mrs. Karroubi emphasized that this behavior will have no effect on Mr. Karroubi’s will and the efforts of his family to correct the deviation that has occurred [in the ideals of the revolution].

In conclusion, based on the last visit with her husband Mrs. Karroubi reiterated: ” Mr. Karroubi asked me to express his opinions regarding the upcoming elections to my compatriots and I did exactly as he asked. Since the publication of his opinion, my visitation rights with my husband have been revoked and the behavior by the agents of the Intelligence Ministry has become extremely insulting.”

Mrs Karroubi also referred to the location where Mr. Karroubi is currently being held noting: “Despite having received a significant sum of money from the family, the ruling government continues to hold Mr. Karroubi in solitary confinement in an old building. Recently the adjacent building was demolished and with the collapse of a few floors, the entire building can collapse any minute.  We have warned them repeatedly regarding this issue and requested that Mr. Karroubi be transferred to a more secure location. These individuals however, deliberately ignore the concerns and statements by the family and technical experts.  Some of our friends and supporters are worried about a potential plot [by the ruling government] against Karroubi, but I hope that their concerns are unfounded.”

It is worth mentioning that in a message addressed to the citizens of Iran two weeks ago regarding the upcoming parliamentary elections [ a statement transferred via Fatemeh Karroubi and published by Saham News] Mehdi Karroubi said: ” They intend to organize a rigged and forced election process. These gentlemen have no respect for or belief in the votes of our citizens and have already prepared themselves for a rigged election.”

ابراز نگرانی خانواده کروبی از احتمال “طراحی یک سناریو”

سحام نیوز: امروز گروهی از مبارزان و زندانیان سیاسی قبل از انقلاب از گرایش های مختلف با خانم فاطمه کروبی دیدار کردند. به گزارش خبرنگار سحام نیوز، در این دیدار تعدادی از زندانیان سیاسی پیش از انقلاب با بیان خاطرات دوران مبارزه، از شجاعت و استقامت مهدی کروبی در آن دوران به نیکی یاد کردند و نگرانی عمیق خود را نسبت به برخورد غیر قانونی حاکمیت با این چهره درخشان دوران مبارزه و مهندس موسوی اعلام کردند.

در این دیدار خانم کروبی در ابتدا از محبت یاران و همرزمان آقای کروبی در دوران مبارزه تشکر کردند و سپس با بیان بخشی از حوادث دو سال اخیر به مقایسه ای کوتاه میان رفتار دستگاه امنیتی فعلی با ساواک، نسبت به فعالان سیاسی و خانواده آنان پرداختند. این مقایسه که نکات متعددی در آن نهفته بود به شدت حاضرین مجلس را تحت تاثیر قرار داد.

 

فاطمه کروبی:

این رفتارها هیچ تاثیری در اراده کروبی و خانواده او در تلاش برای اصلاح انحراف موجود ایجاد نکرده و نخواهد  کرد

همسر مهدی کروبی در ادامه گفتند که “در این مدت شاهد رفتارهای غیر شرعی و غیر انسانی مامورانی بودم که در ۱۵ سال دوران مبارزه هم ندیده بودم و حتی از دوستان و خانواده مبارزان آن دوران نیز نشنیده بودم. ایشان ضمن بیان تجربه های شخصی خود به نقل از یکی از روحانیون محترم دفتر امام گفتند که آقای هاشمی رفسنجانی در دوران مبارزه، پیش از ورود ساواک به منزل، سند مهمی را در آلبوم خانواده پنهان می کند. هنگام بازرسی، یکی از ماموران به طرف کمدی که وسایل شخصی در آن بوده می رود که با فریاد ایشان که بی حیایی را به کجا رسانده اید مواجه می شود؛ مسئول تیم جلو آمده و اجازه بازرسی و دیدن آلبوم و وسایل شخصی خانواده را نمی دهد و از ایشان عذر خواهی می کند. حال در نظامی که نام اسلام را یدک می کشد به منزل کروبی، رئیس دو دوره مجلس و همان که او را از ارکان نظام می خواندند، آنچنان وحشیانه حمله می کنند که گویا این قوم خانه تیمی پیدا کرده اند و یا قلعه ای را فتح نموده اند.”

حاکمیت با اخذ مبلغ قابل توجه ای از خانواده؛ کروبی را در ساختمانی قدیمی و بطور انفرادی زندانی کرده است. اخیرا ساختمان جنبی این زندان ابداعی تخریب شده و با گود کردن چند طبقه هر لحظه امکان ریزش ساختمان وجود دارد. بارها این موضوع را هشدار داده ایم و خواستار انتقال ایشان به مکانی امن هستیم اما این افراد عامدانه به سخن و نگرانی خانواده و کارشناسان فنی توجه نمی کنند. برخی از دوستان نگران سناریویی در این باب هستند که امیدوارم درست نباشد.

خانم کروبی در ادامه به حمله وحشیانه عوامل لباس شخصی تحت حمایت دستگاه امنیتی در شب های لیالی قدر و شش شب متوالی بهمن ماه سال گذشته اشاره کرده و تصریح کردند که در پیش از انقلاب ساواک و عوامل حکومت، بار رفتار خود را می پذیرفتند و هرگز متعرض خانواده فعالان سیاسی نمی شدند؛ اما امروز به نام انقلاب و اسلام هر فعل نامشروع و غیر قانونی از سوی آقایان مباح و مجاز شمرده شده است. بطوریکه یک مامور ساده رفتار خود را در حکم قانون دانسته و در مقابل اعتراض به غیر قانونی بودن رفتار می گوید “معیار قانون ما هستیم”.

 

خانم کروبی گفتند خاطرات تلخ شب یورش ماموران وزارت اطلاعات به منزل، از جمله بازرسی و توقیف همه وسایل شخصی و رفتارهای مشمئز کننده ماموران در دوران حبس را با ذکر جزئیات در زمان مقتضی منتشر خواهند کرد. ایشان اضافه کردند که این رفتارها هیچ تاثیری در اراده کروبی و خانواده او در تلاش برای اصلاح انحراف موجود ایجاد نکرده و نخواهد  کرد.

در پایان ایشان با توجه به آخرین دیدار خود با همسرشان تصریح کردند: آقای کروبی از من خواستند در باب انتخابات پیش رو مطالبی را به اطلاع هموطنان برسانم و من چنین کردم. اما بدنبال انتشار خبر، ملاقات من هم با ایشان قطع شده است و رفتار ماموران وزارت اطلاعات بسیار توهین آمیز شده است.

خانم کروبی به مکان حبس اشاره کردند و یادآور شدند که “حاکمیت با اخذ مبلغ قابل توجه ای از خانواده؛ کروبی را در ساختمانی قدیمی و بطور انفرادی زندانی کرده است. اخیرا ساختمان جنبی این زندان ابداعی تخریب شده و با گود کردن چند طبقه هر لحظه امکان ریزش ساختمان وجود دارد. بارها این موضوع را هشدار داده ایم و خواستار انتقال ایشان به مکانی امن هستیم اما این افراد عامدانه به سخن و نگرانی خانواده و کارشناسان فنی توجه نمی کنند. برخی از دوستان نگران سناریویی در این باب هستند که امیدوارم درست نباشد.

لازم به توضیح است که مهدی کروبی دو هفته قبل در پیامی خطاب به مردم در خصوص انتخابات آینده مجلس گفت: می خواهند انتخاباتی فرمایشی و دستوری ترتیب دهند. آقایان هیچ اعتقادی به رای مردم ندارند و از هم اکنون خود را برای برگزاری انتخاباتی فرمایشی آماده می‌کنند.

این پیام را فاطمه کروبی از قول ایشان در مصاحبه با سحام به اطلاع مردم رساندند.

 

December 6th, 2011 – [Mohammad Hosseini Karroubi] It was Saturday afternoon, when mother called to inform me that security forces would be bringing father to his personal house and that we would have an opportunity to see him. Upon hearing her message, I rushed to our home, thrilled at the opportunity to see father for a half hour visit.  Father seemed a little more cheerful and looked healthier than the last time I had seen him.  It was clear that the conditions of his house arrest had improved since those earlier days when he was being held in a small one bedroom apartment along with numerous security agents.  Father explained that they have now given him exclusive access to a portion of an apartment and security guards are stationed on another floor. He also informed me that for the past two weeks he has been allowed to read “Jame-Jam” and “Etelaat” newspapers and unlike the past he has also been allowed daily access to fresh air.

Father described how the previous night, before morning prayers [azan] he had dreamed about his parents and talked to them in his dream.  At 9:00am the next morning, security agents reportedly approached father, asked him to get ready and took him to Beheshte Zahra cemetery so he could visit his parents’ grave site and the grave site of his recently deceased sister and mother of a martyr. The security agents also informed father that they would be taking him to see the new house the family had recently bought for him in Jamaran, leading to our brief half hour visit with him.

Although three visits in ten months of house arrest is insignificant, we are nevertheless grateful for any visit with father, no matter how short or rare.  It goes without saying that being separated from father saddens me greatly, but I am honored and happy to know that after the experience of such a house arrest, father’s name is now etched along side such great clergymen including martyr Modares and our mentor Ayatollah Montazeri, who never dishonored their names. On the other hand I am saddened to see that opportunist clergymen such as Sheikh Mohammad Yazdi in their haste for power and their portion of the country’s wealth in the little time they have left in life, opportunistically succumb to the ruling government’s injustices and in doing so greatly damage the reputation of all clergymen.

سومین ملاقات در دهمین ماه حصر

 

 

شنبه بعدازظهر با تلفن مادرم مطلع شدم که امکانی برای دیدار پدر مهیا شده است و قرار است ایشان را تحت‌الحفظ به خانه شخصی‌شان بیاورند. به سرعت خود را به خانه رساندم و امکان دید و بازدید و گفتگویی برای نیم ساعت مهیا شد. پدر را کمی بشاش‌تر و سلامت‌تر از قبل یافتم، مشخص بود که اوضاع حصر او به نسبت ماه‌هایی که در آپارتمانی کوچک به همراه ماموران امنیتی در شرایط سخت و دشواری به سر می‌برده، بهتر شده ‌است و همچنانکه خودش نیز توضیح می‌داد اکنون بخشی از یک آپارتمان به صورت مستقل دراختیار اوست و ماموران امنیتی در طبقه دیگری مستقر شده‌اند. می‌گفت نزدیک دو هفته است که روزنامه “جام‌جم” و “اطلاعات” را برای مطالعه دراختیارم می‌گذارند و برخلاف گذشته از امکان هواخوری و قدم زدن هر روز برخوردار شده ام.

 

 

پدرم تعریف کرد که شب گذشته قبل از اذان صبح در خواب پدر و مادرشان را دیده و با آنها گفتگو کرده‌اند. ساعت 9 ماموران امنیتی نزد ایشان آمده و خواسته بودند که آماده شوند تا ایشان را بهشت زهرا ببرند. پس از آن خواب و رویا، اکنون این فرصت برای ایشان مهیا شده بود که سر قبر پدر و مادر و خواهرشان که مادر شهید بودند وبه تازگی فوت کردند حاضرشده و فاتحه‌ای بخوانند. آنچنانکه پدر تعریف می‌کردند، در راه بازگشت، ماموران به ایشان خبر داده‌بودند که قصد دارند ایشان را به منزلی که خانواده به تازگی در جماران خریداری کرده‌اند ببرند و امکان بازدید ایشان از خانه تازه‌شان را فراهم آورند. اینچنین بود که با تماس مادرم ملاقات نیم ساعته ما انجام پذیرفت.

 

اگرچه در ده ماه حصر، سه ملاقات کم است و ناچیز، اما دیدار با پدر هرچند کم و کوتاه بسیار است وغنیمت. اگرچه در حصر بودن پدر و محرومیت از زندگی و همراهی با ایشان برای من ناراحت‌کننده و دلگیرکننده است اما مسرور و خوشحال‌ام از اینکه اکنون با تجربه چنین حصری، نام پدرم درکنار نام نیک روحانیون بزرگوار، همچون شهید مدرس و آیت‌الله العظمی منتظری قرار می‌گیرد که حاضر نشدند نام خود را به ننگ بفروشند و البته ازطرفی دیگرمتاسفانه میبینم روحانی فرصت طلبی همچون شیخ محمد یزدی برای تصاحب قدرت و تصرف اموال بیت‌المال در سالهای کوتاه باقی مانده از زندگی‌شان حاضرند فرصت‌طلبانه مجیزه‌گوی حاکمان شوند و لطمه ای بزرگ به آبروی روحانیت بزنند

BREAKING NEWS – Opposition Leader Mehdi Karroubi Suffering From Respiratory Problems

November 7th, 2011-  Mehdi Karroubi’s son Mohammad Taghi Karroubi posted on his web blog today that his mother Fatemeh Karroubi has confirmed that as a result of lack of access to fresh air in the past 100 days, Mehdi Karroubi is suffering from respiratory problems.

As previously communicated to our dear compatriots, security forces rejected the idea of our father being transferred to our house in Jamaran and instead detained him in a small business apartment for a period of 100 days,  in the company of a number of security agents, without access to fresh air.  Upon numerous requests by the family and in particular by our honorable mother, on Tuesday of last week, an agreement was finally reached to transfer my father to a house in one of the neighborhoods in Shemiran.   According to the contract signed, one of the three units was made available to our father.  Our family has agreed to pay a portion of the rent and the other portion will be paid by the Ministry of Intelligence given that their security agents will be deployed at the premises.  Following the preparatory work, our father was transferred to this new location and the security officials also stated that our mother would be allowed to return to house arrest to be near our father.  However, after our mother left today, we were informed that the security officials had not allowed her to stay with our father and they now insist that he remains in house arrest alone for an indefinite period of time.

Our mother confirmed today that Mr. Karroubi is suffering from respiratory problems as a result of lack of access to fresh air in the past 100 days.  He is currently on medication prescribed by the physician of the Ministry of Intelligence.  My mother reiterated that despite his ailing physical condition, our father remains in excellent spirits and he firmly stands behind the promise he made to the Iranian nation.

Mehdi Karroubi continues to be denied the basic rights afforded all prisoners in Iran, including access to newspapers, regular visitation with family members, the right to make phone calls, etc…  Any access to fresh air, even after this recent transfer to a new location is only limited to inside the apartment in which he is being held. The truth is the manner in which our father has been treated in the past 9 months has been extremely contradictory and unconventionally strict. The fact that he has been deprived from being detained in his own house, has been forced to move to a new location without access to his family, coupled with the extreme efforts taken to ensure that he is isolated have greatly increased the family’s concern regarding his well being.  We expect the ruling government to clarify as soon as possible the scope and duration of this innovative form of arrest , the various aspects of which will surely be recorded in history.

و اما یک خبر مهم

 

همانطور که پیشتر به اطلاع هموطنان عزیز و علاقمندان رساندیم نیروهای امنیتی با انتقال پدر به منزل مسکونی شان در جماران موافقت نکردند و به اعمال حبس ۱۰۰ روزه در آپارتمانی اداری و کوچک  بدون دسترسی به هوای آزاد و در کنار تعدادی از ماموران امنیتی مبادرت ورزیدند. بدنبال پیگیری های مکرر خانواده بویژه مادر بزرگوارم سه شنبه هفته گذشته قرارداد اجاره منزل مسکونی در یکی از محله های شمیران جهت گذراندن دوران حبس منعقد شد. بر اساس این قرارداد یک واحد از سه واحد استیجاری در اختیار پدر قرار گرفت. خانواده متعهد به پرداخت بخشی از مال الاجاره شد و بخش دیگر را وزارت اطلاعات بابت حضور نیروهایش بر عهده گرفت. بعد از فراهم شدن مقدمات، پدر به مکان جدید منتقل شد و مقامات امنیتی اجازه بازگشت مادر را به حبس دادند. بدنبال خروج امروز مادر مطلع شدیم که مقامات امنیتی اجازه ماندن وی در کنار پدر را نمی دهند و اصرار دارند آقای کروبی  الباقی زمان نامعلوم حبس را به تنهایی بگذراند.

مادرم تاکید کردند وضعیت تنفسی آقای کروبی بدلیل شرائط نامساعد و عدم دسترسی به هوای آزاد در ۱۰۰ روز گذشته دچار مشکلاتی شده است که در حال حاضر ایشان از داروهای تجویز شده پزشک وزارت اطلاعات استفاده می کنند. ایشان همچنین اضافه کردند که بر خلاف ورود آسیب های جسمی،  روحیه آقای کروبی نسبت به مسیر انتخاب شده و عهد خود با مردم بسیار عالی و کم نظیر است.

کروبی کما فی السابق از حقوق اولیه یک زندانی مانند حق دسترسی به روزنامه، ملاقات منظم با نزدیکان، تلفن و …  برخوردار نمی باشد. هوا خوری ایشان بعد از انتقال تنها در محدوده آپارتمان مجاز شمرده شده است. حقیقت این است که در ۹ ماه گذشته شاهد رفتار متناقض و سختگیری های غیر متعارف نسبت به پدر  بوده ایم. محرومیت از حبس در منزل خود و تحمیل مکان دیگر به خانواده و تلاش در جهت تنها نگاه داشتن کروبی نگرانی خانواده را دوچندان کرده است. از حاکمیت انتظار داریم دایره و قلمرو این حصر ابداعی  که ابعاد مختلف آن در تاریخ این کشور ماندگار خواهد شد  را هر چه سریعتر مشخص کند

Opposition Leader Mehdi Karroubi Allowed to Visit With His Family For the First Time in 8 Months

Saturday October 8th, 2011 – [Kaleme]  Mohammad Hossein Karroubi, incarcerated opposition leader Mehdi Karroubi’s son, describes an unexpected visit by his father last night, on his facebook page as follows:

Last night my mother and my brothers had gathered at my house to celebrate father’s birthday and the fact that my daughter had been accepted to university.  Just as we were about to serve dinner the door bell rang and an agent confirmed that they had brought father to the house. We could not believe our ears and were elated that they had brought father to the house so unexpectedly.

My father arrived at our doorsteps accompanied by six security agents.  Though he had lost some weight, he was nevertheless in great spirits. By his own accord, the weight t loss is a result of the more than two hours he walks  in the apartment he is currently being held. When we inquired about his health he responded that he had been taken to a medical center a few days ago where he had undergone a complete medical checkup.

At the end of this one hour visit, the security agents allowed the family to take a group photo. It is worth mentioning that the security agents recently assigned to my father have promised my father that his situation will improve and that they plan to transfer him to a house in the area of Shemiran within the next ten days.  They have also promised that the family members will be allowed to take turns and visit with him once a week.  When inquiring whether father would be allowed access to books and newspapers, the security agents responded that the authorities would have to approve that first.

Although the six security agents were present at all times during father’s short visit,  it goes without saying that seeing him after 8 months transformed our small family gathering into a memorable and auspicious night.

I am hopeful that rather than managing the world affairs and providing guidance for the Islamic world, after 8 months, now that the authorities have decided to slightly improve my father’s conditions and uphold his basic rights as a prisoner, that they will act likewise and  improve the conditions of our prisons, upholding the rights of all  prisoners. This has always been and will continue to be the minimum demand by their families.

Let us not forget that despite the conditions in Iran, in our neighboring country Turkey, a country that Iranian officials refer to as having implemented a liberal form of Islam, a political prisoner announced his candidacy for the elections from inside prison. In all fairness, Turkey has been at the forefront of establishing a positive reputation of Islam in the eyes of the international community and the world at large.

برای نخستین بار پس از هشت ماه؛ دیدار مهدی کروبی با تمام اعضای خانواده

چکیده :شب گذشته در منزل من همزمان با شب تولد پدرم به مناسبت ورود دخترم به دانشگاه با حضور مادر و برادرانم مهمانی گرفته بودیم. اتفاق جالب اینکه هنگام صرف شام زنگ منزل به صدا در آمد و ماموری از آن سوی آیفون گفت “آقای کروبی رو آوردیم”. عملا باورکردنی نبود و خوشحال شدیم که پدر را سر زده آورده بودند….

شب گذشته خانواده ی مهدی کروبی بدون قرار قبلی در مبزل پسرش با خانواده ی خود دیدار داشت.

محمدحسین کروبی در توضیح این دیدار غیرمترقبه می گوید: ایشان به همراه ۶ مامور امنیتی وارد منزل شدند. پدرم خیلی از روحیه و حال خوبی برخوردار و البته مقداری لاغر شده بودند که علت آن را خود پدرم پیاده روی بیش از ۲ ساعت در همان آپارتمان ذکر کردند.

وی همچنین ابراز امیدواری می کند که مسئولین به جای مدیرت جهانی و رهنمود برای جهان اسلام؛ اکنون که پس از نزدیک ۸ ماه که تصمیم گرفته اند شرایط ایشان را کمی بهتر کنند و حداقل حقوق اولیه یک زندانی را به پدرش بدهند؛ می خواهد که وضعیت صدها زندانی سیاسی که هم اکنون در زندان هستند و شرایط اولیه زندان و زندانی برای آنها مهیا نمی شود، حداقل شرایط اولیه برای آنها رعایت گردد.

محمدحسین کروبی در صفحه فیس بوک خود نوشت در شرح این دیدار نوشت: شب گذشته در منزل من همزمان با شب تولد پدرم به مناسبت ورود دخترم به دانشگاه با حضور مادر و برادرانم مهمانی گرفته بودیم. اتفاق جالب اینکه هنگام صرف شام زنگ منزل به صدا در آمد و ماموری از آن سوی آیفون گفت “آقای کروبی رو آوردیم”. عملا باورکردنی نبود و خوشحال شدیم که پدر را سر زده آورده بودند.

در انتهای این دیدار یک ساعته ماموران امنیتی اجازه دادند عکسی یادگاری با پدر داشته باشیم.

لازم به توضیح می دانم که بگویم مسئولین جدید امنیتی که به تازگی منصوب و پدرم به اینها تحویل داده شده است، قول دادند که وضعیت پدرم بهتر شود و طی ۱۰ روز آینده ایشان را به منزلی در منطقه شمیران منتقل کنند. همچنین قول دادند که هفته ای یک بار اعضای خانواده به صورت چرخشی با پدر ملاقات نمایند. در خصوص در اختیار قرار دادن روزنامه و کتاب برای پدرم با ماموران صحبت کردیم اما گفتند باید مسئولان اجازه دهند.

اگر چه در تمام مدت این دیدار هر ۶ مامور امنیتی حضور داشتند، لیکن برای همه ما دیدار با پدر پس از ۸ ماه در جمع خانواده آنهم در شبی فرخنده، واقعه ای خاطره انگیز شد.

من امیدوارم مسئولین به جای مدیرت جهانی و رهنمود برای جهان اسلام؛ اکنون که پس از نزدیک ۸ ماه که تصمیم گرفته اند شرایط ایشان را کمی بهتر کنند و حداقل حقوق اولیه یک زندانی را به پدرم بدهند؛ می خواهم که وضعیت صدها زندانی سیاسی که همکنون در زندان هستند و شرایط اولیه زندان و زندانی برای آنها مهیا نمی شود، حداقل شرایط اولیه برای آنها رعایت گردد. این حداقل خواسته ای است که خانواده ها داشته و دارند.

البته این در حالی است که در کشور همسایه ما ترکیه که مسئولان از آن به عنوان اسلام لیبرالی نام می برند، زندانی سیاسی از داخل زندان کاندیدای انتخابات می شود و الحق و الانصاف که شیوه اداره اسلام گرایان ترکیه باعث آبروی اسلام در جهان شده است

Fatemeh Karroubi: “The Family Has Been Forced to Pay the Costs Associated with Karroubi’s Government Imposed House Arrest”

Friday September 22nd, 2011 [Saham News] In an open letter addressed to the head of Iran’s Judiciary, Fatemeh Karroubi, Mehdi Karroubi’s wife describes what her family has had to endure over the past 210 days, reiterating that during this entire time, Karroubi has been denied the basic rights afforded to every prisoner such as access to books, newspapers, telephone contact, regular visitations and even fresh air.

In her letter to the head of the judiciary, Mrs. Karroubi also points to the demands by security institutions that the family pay the rent associated with the location where Karroubi is currently under arrest stating: “We provided them with a down payment last month and they received the rest of the checks from a former member of Karroubi’s office who was asked to sign and deliver the checks.  It looks as though the latest trend is for the ruling government to make the family pay for the cost of incarceration and prison guards so that they can claim to the world that Karroubi is under arrest in his own home!”

In her letter addressed to Amoli Larijani Mrs. Karroubi also stating: “Do you truly believe that you will find one rational human being on this planet who will confirm that Karroubi is at home rather than under imposed house arrest?  Will the silence by the judiciary not lead to a new trend in which security institutions will impose the costs associated with such house arrests on the shoulders of the families of those arrested? Is this type of behavior worthy of the Islamic Republic? Although you are fully aware that this newly devised and ridiculous tactic will be recorded in history as such,  the family has nevertheless chosen to comply with your demands in order to protect the physical well being of Mr. Karroubi.”

The full content of Mrs. Karroubi’s letter as provided to Saham News is as follows:

In the Name of God Almighty,

My greetings to you Ayatollah Amoli Larijani, Head of Iran’s Judiciary. I write to you in order to describe the events Mr. Karroubi and his family have endured over the past 7 months. Event that began on  February 10th, 2011, when our residence was first surrounded by security agents and continued on February 25th, when our children and family members were banned from stopping in front of Yasaman alley for even an instant and notorious plain clothes agents descended upon our neighborhood shouting out insults and using abusive language against my husband, Mir Hossein Mousavi and other individuals close to our noble Imam Khomeini for six consecutive nights from 1:00 – 3:00am in the morning [Enclosed please find a number of audio tapes capturing the insults that were freely shouted outside our residence on the aforementioned consecutive nights.] On the last night, in addition to using inappropriate language that led to the distress and disturbance of all those who live in the neighborhood [see tape also attached] while supported and led by security forces, the thugs outside our residence even threw sound bombs into the building, adding insult to injury.  On the anniversary of the birthday of the Prophet Mohammad, on Monday February 21st, 2011,  more than 60 security agents raided our house, disregarding all basic legal and religious standards and unlike the Savak [Shah's secret service] that was only concerned with important and valid documents, with the exception of a few items, they confiscated everything in sight, literally vacating the house and changing all the keys including the key to our bedroom.  They also arrested our son Ali who had been contacted by the same security agents regarding the raid and had come to our house to make sure we were okay, transferring him to Evin prison on the same night.

From the very start I personally requested that they present an official warrant authorizing the raid of our residential complex, the presence of security agents inside our home and the ruling that led to the supposed house arrest. My request was never fulfilled and with the exception of the search warrant they presented to my husband on the very first night, to date the judicial authorities have never provided us with an official court ruling authorizing “our house arrest”, “the occupation of our residential complex” and “the presence of security agents inside our home.  If we base the raid by the security forces on the words uttered by Mr. Jannati [fundamentalist cleric and conservative Chairman of the Guardian Council] then we would have been subjected to house arrest, much like the fate of the late Ayatollah Montazeri. What happened in reality, however, was much more cruel and considerably harder to endure than solitary confinement.  Those who have experience with the Savak prior to the Islamic Revolution are fully aware that the Savak never disregarded an individual’s privacy without a legal warrant.  My personal experiences during that time  and those of so many other activists are testament to this fact.  At that time, even if courts handed down a sentence leading to the house arrest of well known figures, security agents were never allowed to occupy the residential complex, home or apartment of the individual in question. [Even in 1975 when Mr. Karroubi was arrested on grounds that he colluded against the Shah's regime, we did not experience such a raid and search of our house.] Perhaps the son of Ayatollah Mirza Hashem Amoli, renowned for his piety and devotion to God, would be interested to know that during this raid, men who on the surface claimed to be religious, insisted upon searching all my personal belongings without any regard for modesty and Islamic values.

In the past 210 days, Mr. Karroubi has been denied the basic rights afforded to every prisoner, such as the access to books, newspapers, telephone contact, regular visitations and even fresh air. According to Mr. Karroubi’s accounts of his various arrests in the past, including the time when he was incarcerated at Ghaz Ghaleh prison, after one or two weeks of solitary confinement, he was eventually allowed access to fresh air. This time around however, after six months of house arrest, he was still denied access to fresh air in a yard surrounded by iron bars. As a result, Mr. Karroubi’s physical well being is at great risk, rendering his examination by independent physicians trusted by the family both necessary and essential.

The current situation and the refusal of the ruling government to recognize the rights of a prisoner who is under the jurisdiction of security agents without judicial due process, has led to extreme physical and psychological pressure on my husband.  My concerns are not regarding the events that have occurred, for as I have repeatedly explained, my husband has prepared himself for conditions far worse than this.  What is unfortunate and regretful, however, are the acts of a group of individuals who justify their illegal behavior based on unwritten laws and do as they please all in the name of governance.

Allow me to point to a recent example that was particularly strange and out of the ordinary. After our residential complex was occupied, the other homeowners were deprived of their legal rights while security agents began benefiting from their ownership rights.  This unlawful seizure led to numerous complaints by Mr. Karroubi, including a letter addressed to Tehran’s Prosecutor. From the very first day, Mr. Karroubi announced that he would be willing to move to any location including Evin prison, but he would never agree to the unlawful seizure of property belonging to the other owners of the residential complex in which we live.  After five months of consultations [with government officials], our children arranged for a house in Jamaran to be prepared so that the illegal house arrest that had been imposed without a warrant or ruling by the judiciary could continue at a new location without causing any further harm and restrictions upon the other home owners. After complying with all their requests we were informed by security agents that Jamaran is not an appropriate location and they must decide on the final location for Karroubi’s continued house arrest. After my husband insisted on moving,  on July 31st, he was temporarily transferred together with a number of security agents to a one bedroom apartment, making it impossible for me to be present. This small apartment has hosted Karroubi and his various prison guards for the past 45 days. It goes without saying that no matter where the security agents take him, that location will never be considered his home.

Security officials cognizant of the family’s concerns regarding Mr. Karroubi’s health, particularly as it relates to his cardiovascular and respiratory well being, allowed him to leave our residence, announcing that he is allowed to move to a new location, stating:

1) We will decide on the new location

2) The person signing the rental agreement cannot be a member of the family

3) The person signing the rental agreement must provide pre-signed checks, covering the rent for a duration of one year, without knowledge of the address and/or other details regarding the location where Mr. Karroubi will be held.

As a result of these demands, we provided them with a down payment last month and they received the rest of the checks from a former member of Karroubi’s office who was asked to sign and deliver the checks.  It looks as though the latest trend is for the ruling government to make the family pay for the cost of incarceration and prison guards so that they can tell the world that Karroubi is under arrest in his own home! My husband is willing and prepared to pay any price, but we cannot deny that in order to intimidate him, they are imposing a collective punishment on his entire family. God only knows that my husband continues to fight with the same fervor that he had in 1962 at the height of his youth when he entered politics and became an activist. During all these years his determination has never wavered and he continues to stand strong behind his covenant with the people and our martyrs and the noble ideals and promises of the Islamic Revolution.

Do you truly believe that you will find one rational human being on this planet who will confirm that Karroubi is at home rather than under imposed house arrest?  Will the silence by the judiciary not lead to a new trend in which security institutions will impose the costs associated with such house arrests on the shoulders of the families of those arrested? Is this type of behavior worthy of the Islamic Republic? Although you are fully aware that this newly devised and ridiculous tactic will be recorded in history as such,  the family has nevertheless chosen to comply with your demands in order to protect the physical well being of Mr. Karroubi.

In conclusion I am obliged to refer you to the words of Imam Ali, the father of deism who stated: ” As God is my witness, I prefer to lay on thorns, deprive myself of all sleep and be shackled in chains, rather than having to meet God on judgment day knowing that I have wronged any of his children.”

فاطمه کروبی: حاکمیت هزینه زندان و زندانبانان را برعهده خانواده گذاشته تا بگوید کروبی درخانه خود زندانی است

 

 

سحام نیوز: فاطمه کروبی، همسر مهدی کروبی در نامه ای به ریاست قوه قضائیه، از آنچه بر ایشان طی این ۲۱۰ روز، گذشته سخن گفته است. به گزارش سحام نیوز، خانم کروبی در بخش هایی از این نامه در خصوص وضعیت مهدی کروبی نوشته است: “آقای کروبی طی ۲۱۰ روز گذشته از حقوق اولیه یک زندانی نظیر حق دسترسی به کتاب، روزنامه، تلفن، ملاقات منظم، هواخوری و … برخوردار نبوده است” .

فاطمه کروبی با انتشار این نامه، پرده از درخواست های نهادهای امنیتی در خصوص پرداخت هزینه های اجاره مکان حبس ایشان و اهداف این اقدام برداشته و آورده است: “یکماه پیش مبلغی بعنوان پیش پرداخت از من دریافت کردند و سایر چک ها را از یکی از اعضای سابق دفتر که برای امضا و تقدیم مال الاجاره خوانده شده بود، اخذ کردند. دراین بدعت جدید حاکمیت هزینه زندان و زندانبانان را برعهده خانواده گذاشته تا به جهانیان بگوید کروبی درخانه خود زندانی است!!! ”

همسر مهدی کروبی در بخش دیگری از این نامه خطاب به آملی لاریجانی گفته است: “آیا جنابعالی فکر می کنید عاقلی در این کره خاکی پیدا شود که آن زندان تحمیلی را منزل کروبی تلقی کند؟ آیا سکوت دستگاه قضائی موجب این بدعت در دستگاه امنیتی نمی گردد که در آینده هزینه بازداشتگاه های خود را از خانواده زندانیان مطالبه کند؟ آیا چنین رفتاری شایسته جمهوری اسلامی است؟ اگرچه می دانید این دستور مضحک بدعتی تاریخی محسوب می گردد، اما خانواده بخاطر نگرانی از وضعیت جسمی آقای کروبی این خواسته را اجابت کرد.”

سلام علیکم

آنچه موجب شد این نامه را به جنابعالی بنویسم شرح مطالبی کوتاه بوده است که در طول این ۷ ماه اخیر برای من و آقای کروبی رخ داده است از تاریخ ۲۱ بهمن ۱۳۸۹ ماموران امنیتی منزل مسکونی مان را به محاصره درآوردند و بعد از ۲۵ بهمن ماه در حالیکه اجازه توقف چند دقیقه ای به فرزندان و دیگر اعضای خانواده در کوی یاسمن داده نمی شد ، لباس شخصی های معلوم الحال را در شش شب متوالی به منطقه گسیل داشتند تا از ۱ نیمه شب تا ۳ بامداد به فحاشی و هتاکی نسب به همسرم ، مهندس موسوی ودیگر یاران نزدیک امام (ره) و بیت آن بزرگوار مبادرت کنند ( نوار مستندی از بعضی شعارهایی که آزادانه در شب های متوالی سر می دادند به پیوست تقدیم می گردد ) درشب آخر علاوه بر بکارگیری الفاظ سخیف که دراین ایام به شدت مورد ناراحتی اهالی محترم منطقه گردیده بود (نوار کاست پیوست) باحمایت و هدایت نیروهای امنیتی بمب صوتی هم به داخل ساختمان پرتاب گردید تا این فتح بزرگ را به فتوحات قبلی خود بیافزایند . همزمان با میلاد رسول رحمت (ص) در روز دوشنبه شب برابر با ۲/۱۲/۱۳۸۹ بیش از شصت نیروی امنیتی به منزل یورش آوردند و بدیهی ترین مسائل انسانی و شرعی را در تفتیش رعایت نکردند و برخلاف ساواک که تنها بدنبال اسناد مهم و معتبر بود، به استثنای وسائل، هر آنچه درمنزل بود با خود بردند و در واقع خانه را تخلیه کردند و کلیه کلید های داخل منزل حتی اتاق خواب را تغییر داده و در اختیار داشتند، و فرزند سومم علی را نیز همان شب که با تماس همین مامورین جهت دیدن ما آمده بود به اتهام جاسوسی دستگیر کرده و به اوین بردند.

از بدو امر شخصاً خواستار ارائه مجوز تصرف مجتمع و حضور در واحد مسکونی مان و نیز حکم اعمال بازداشت خانگی بودم؛ خواسته ایی که هرگز اجابت نگردید. به استثنای حکم تفتیش که شب اول به رویت همسرم رسید، تاکنون هیچ حکمی از مراجع ذی صلاح قانونی مبنی بر “حبس” “اشغال منزل توسط نیروهای امنیتی” و “حضور آنان در داخل منزل” دریافت نکرده ایم. اگر مبنای یورش نیروهای امنیتی را سخنان جناب جنتی بدانیم باید در منزل شخصی خودمان نظیر مرحوم حضرت آیت الله العظمی منتظری حصر می گردیدیم، اما آنچه در عمل اتفاق افتاد از زندان انفرادی نیز بدتر و بی رحمانه تر بوده است. دوستانی که پیش از انقلاب سابقه ای دارند، می دانند که ساواک هیچگاه بدون حکم قانونی به حریم منزل اشخاص ورود نمی کرد. تجربه شخصی اینجانب در موارد متعدد و سایر مبارزان آن دوران گواهی است بر این ادعا. درآن زمان حتی برای بزرگانی که نسخه حصر خانگی اعمال می گردید، هرگز امنیتی ها در منزل و یا واحد آپارتمان شخص محصور شده حضور نمی یافتند. (حتی در زمان بازداشت سال ۱۳۵۳ حجت الاسلام والمسلمین کروبی، که نیروهای ساواک ایشان را به اتهام مبارزه علیه رژیم ستمشاهی بازداشت کردند، چنین بازرسی و تفتیشی از منزل ما صورت نگرفته بود) و شاید برای فرزند آیت الله میرزا هاشم آملی که به تقوا و زهد شهره بودند ، جالب باشد که بداند در جریان این حمله، مردان به ظاهر دین دار، تمام البسه و لوازم شخصی من را نیز بازرسی نموده و متاسفانه هیچ حیا و حجابی در ورود و بررسی وسایل شخصی من از خود نشان نمی دادند.

آقای کروبی طی ۲۱۰ روز گذشته از حقوق اولیه یک زندانی نظیر حق دسترسی به کتاب، روزنامه، تلفن، ملاقات منظم، هواخوری و … برخوردار نبوده است. ( در زمان بازداشت های مکرر آقای کروبی که خود ایشان نقل کرده اند من جمله در دوران بازداشت درزندان قزل قلعه سرانجام بعد از یک یا دو هفته زندان انفرادی، امکان هوا خوری هفتگی پیدا می کردند اما این بار پس از شش ماه حبس، اجازه استفاده از حیاط محصور درمیان میله ها و هواخوری را نیافتند) وضعیت جسمی ایشان بشدت در خطر قرار دارد و معاینه ایشان توسط پزشکان مستقل و مورد اعتماد خانواده امری ضروری است.

فقدان تعیین وضعیت موجود و به رسمیت نشناختن حقوق زندانی که بدون طی کردن مراحل دادرسی و برگزاری دادگاه در اختیار امنیتی ها قرار گرفته، بستری مناسب برای اعمال فشارهای متعدد جسمی و روحی به همسرم گردیده است. نگرانی اینجانب از وقایع حادث شده نیست زیرا همانطور که قبلا متذکر شدم ایشان خود را برای شرایط بدتر از این هم آماده کرده است، لیکن آنچه موجب تأسف و تأثر است حاکمیت گروهی است که رفتار غیر قانونی خود را قانون نانوشته تلقی کرده و هرآنچه را که اراده می کنند بنام حاکمیت اعمال می کنند.

اجازه می خواهم به نمونه اخیر که اتفاقا بدعت عجیبی است اشاره کنم. بدنبال اشغال و تصرف مجتمع مسکونی، سایر شرکاءِ ملکِ تصرف شده از اعمال حقوق مالکانه و انتفاع از ملک خود محروم و نیروهای امنیتی به جای آنان منتفع گردیدند! این تصرف خلاف شرع و قانون، موجب برخورد جدی آقای کروبی درموارد متعدد، از جمله نگارش نامه هایی به دادستان تهران گردید. از روز اول آقای کروبی اعلام کردند که آماده انتقال به هر مکانی از جمله زندان اوین هستند، اما راضی به تصرف غیر قانونی اموال سایر شرکاء نمی باشند. بعد از ۵ ماه رایزنی، فرزندان منزلی در جماران تهیه کردند، تا حبس بدون حکم، بدون ایجاد مزاحمت در حقوق دیگران و در منزل شخصی مان ادامه یابد. بعد از انجام کلیه امور و انتقال سند قطعی ماموران اعلام کردند که جماران منطقه مناسبی نیست و مکان حبس باید به انتخاب آنان باشد. بدنبال پافشاری همسرم در تاریخ ۹ مرداد ماه، بطور موقت ایشان با حضور تعدادی از نیروهای امنیتی به آپارتمانی یک خوابه منتقل شدند و عملا امکان حضور من در آنجا منتفی گردید. این آپارتمان کوچک پذیرای ۴۵ روزگذشته کروبی و زندانبانان وی بوده است. گرچه هرجایی که ایشان توسط نیروهای امنیتی منتقل شوند بمنزله واحد مسکونی ایشان نمی باشد.

مقامات امنیتی که نگرانی خانواده نسبت به وضعیت سلامتی ایشان بویژه قلب و دستگاه تنفسی را درک کرده اند، تنها راه خروج از آپارتمان مذکور را منوط به اجاره مکان دیگر اعلام نموده اند:

۱) انتخاب مکان با ما است.

۲) امضا کننده قرار داد اجاره نباید عضوی از خانواده باشد.

۳) امضا کننده قرار داد در هنگام امضا باید پیشاپیش چک های یکسال را تقدیم کند و نباید از آدرس ملک و جزئیات باخبر باشد.

دراین راستا یکماه پیش مبلغی بعنوان پیش پرداخت از من دریافت کردند و سایر چک ها را از یکی از اعضای سابق دفتر که برای امضا و تقدیم مال الاجاره خوانده شده بود، اخذ کردند. دراین بدعت جدید حاکمیت هزینه زندان و زندانبانان را برعهده خانواده گذاشته تا به جهانیان بگوید کروبی درخانه خود زندانی است!!! ایشان خود را برای پرداخت هر هزینه ای آماده کرده اما غافل از آنکه امروز در این سرزمین و به هدف مرعوب کردن وی، مجازات جمعی علیه خانواده اعمال می گردد. خدا را گواه می گیریم که همسرم با همان نشاطی که درسال ۱۳۴۱ و دراوج جوانی پا به عرصه سیاست و مبارزه گذاشت، دراین سال ها و در راستای عهد خود با مردم و شهدا و تحقق آرمان های اصیل انقلاب و وعده های داده شده دراین مسیر، هرگز خللی در اراده اش ایجاد نشده است.

آیا جنابعالی فکر می کنید عاقلی در این کره خاکی پیدا شود که آن زندان تحمیلی را منزل کروبی تلقی کند؟ آیا سکوت دستگاه قضائی موجب این بدعت در دستگاه امنیتی نمی گردد که در آینده هزینه بازداشتگاه های خود را از خانواده زندانیان مطالبه کند؟ آیا چنین رفتاری شایسته جمهوری اسلامی است؟ اگرچه می دانید این دستور مضحک بدعتی تاریخی محسوب می گردد، اما خانواده بخاطر نگرانی از وضعیت جسمی آقای کروبی این خواسته را اجابت کرد.

درپایان لازم می بینم نظرتان را به این فرمایش مولی الموحدین جلب کنم که می فرماید: ” به خدا قسم روی خارهای گزنده بخوابم و خواب را برچشمانم حرام کنم و با زنجیرهای گران بسته شوم، برای من بهتر است از اینکه روز قیامت خدا و رسول او را درحالی ملاقات کنم که به بعضی از بندگان خدا ستم کرده باشم ” .( بحار الانوار، ج ۴۱ ، صفحه ۱۶۲)

Mehdi Karroubi Declares: “I Will Not Retreat Even an Inch and Will Remain Steadfast and True to My Convictions!”

August 31st, 2011 – [SahamNews] According to SahamNews, Hossein Karroubi [Mehdi Karroubi's eldest son], his wife and children and Fatemeh Karroubi [Mehdi Karroubi's wife] were finally allowed to visit with Karroubi yesterday.  Hossein Karroubi made the following statement regarding the visitation with his father: “I had not seen my father for almost 7 months, since the very first day when he was put under house arrest.  Today security agents suddenly agreed to allow me, my family and my mother to visit with my father and we saw him at the building where he has  been kept for the past month at around noon.”

Hossein Karroubi made the following statement regarding his father’s physical and psychological condition: ” He is in good condition both physically and mentally. He was in high spirits during our visit and as always spoke of the challenges we face, remaining steadfast and even more true to his convictions.”

Mehdi Karroubi’s eldest son referred to the rumors published by pro government websites eluding to a forced confession letter by Karroubi and said: “During my visit, I informed my father of the rumors published by pro government websites about a supposed confession letter and he responded: “I remain steadfast and true to my convictions and will not retreat even an inch from my positions.”

Hossein Karroubi quoted his father as follows: “The regime and its intelligence forces have become very well acquainted with my spirit and fully understand my position and my opinions.  As a result, they realize that they are not in any position to provide me with any guidance or suggestions, let alone demand that I engage in such things as writing a confession letter. “

According to SahamNews, given the concerns regarding Karroubi’s physical well being, during this visitation, security agents promised the family that Karroubi would be transferred to a more appropriate location in the next 15 days, with access to a yard and fresh air.  They also informed the family of the possibility that Fatemeh Karroubi would be allowed to join her husband at this new location.  It is worth mentioning that Mr. Karroubi’s food is currently being provided by the Ministry of Intelligence.

In the past few days, pro government websites inside Iran published reports regarding a supposed confession letter by Karroubi, going as far as publishing parts of this “fake confession letter” in an effort to damage Karroubi’s image as a symbol of resistance amongst the Iranian nation.  Despite this recent visit by his family, concerns regarding the living conditions of Mr. Karroubi continue.

مهدی کروبی در دیدار با خانواده؛ ذره ای از مواضع خود کوتاه نخواهم آمد

سحام نیوز: روز گذشته خانواده مهدی کروبی با وی دیدار کردند. به گزارش خبرنگار سحام نیوز، در این دیدار حسین کروبی به همراه همسر و فرزندانش و نیز فاطمه کروبی حضور داشتند. حسین کروبی در خصوص این دیدار به خبرنگار ما گفت: ” نزدیک هفت ماه بود که پدرم را ندیده بودم؛ یعنی از همان روز نخست حصر خانگی. امروز به صورت ناگهانی از موافقت نیروهای امنیتی برای دیدار من و خانواده ام به همراه مادرم برای دیدار با پدر مطلع شدیم. لذا حوالی ظهر امروز به همان ساختمانی که پدر از یک ماه قبل در آن سکونت یافته اند رفتیم.”

 

حسین کروبی در ادامه در خصوص وضعیت روحی و جسمی آقای کروبی افزود: “ایشان هم به لحاظ روحی و هم از نظر جسمی در شرایط مطلوبی به سر می بردند و در تمام طول دیدار با روحیه ای قوی، همچون گذشته در خصوص مسائل صحبت می کردند و همچنان بر مواضع خود بیش از پیش تاکید می کردند. ”

 

فرزند ارشد مهدی کروبی با شایعه خواندن اخبار و اطلاعات منتشره در سایت های حکومتی مبنی بر نوشتن توبه نامه از سوی آقای کروبی؛ به خبرنگار ما گفت: ” در این ملاقات من خبرهای منتشر شده در سایت های حکومتی مبنی بر نوشتن توبه نامه را به ایشان منتقل کردم و ایشان در پاسخ گفتند «من بر مواضع و عقاید فکری خود استوار ایستاده ام و ذره ای از مواضع خود کوتاه نخواهم آمد.»

 

حسین کروبی همچنین با ذکر نقل قول دیگری از آقای کروبی، افزود: ” حکومت و نیروهای اطلاعاتی طی مدت هفت ماه اخیر با روحیات من به خوبی آشنا شده اند و مواضع مرا می دانند و فهمیده اند که من چگونه فکر می کنم، لذا به خود اجازه نمی دهند که مرا راهنمایی و ارشاد کنند، چه برسد به اینکه بخواهند وارد چنین فازهایی در خصوص نوشتن توبه نامه و ندامت نامه با من بشوند.”

به گزارش سحام، با توجه به نگرانی در خصوص وضعیت ایشان؛ ماموران امنیتی در این دیدار به خانواده آقای کروبی قول مساعد داده بودند که طی ۱۵ روز آینده آقای کروبی را به مکان مناسبی منتقل نمایند تا ایشان بتوانند از حیاط و هوای آزاد بهره مند شوند. ایشان همچنین از احتمال موافقت مقامات در خصوص حضور خانم فاطمه کروبی در کنار آقای کروبی در آن مکان جدید خبر داده اند. در حال حاضر مایحتاج غذایی و خوراکی ایشان توسط وزارت اطلاعات تهیه می گردد.

 

لازم به توضیح است که در روزهای اخیر سایت های منتسب به جریان حاکم در داخل کشور با انتشار مطالبی کذب، خبر از انتشار توبه نامه آقای کروبی داده بودند. این سایت ها با انتشار دروغین بخش هایی از این “به اصطلاح توبه نامه” سعی در تخریب چهره آقای کروبی به عنوان نمادی از مقاومت و سرسختی در میان مردم نمودند. از طرفی نگرانی ها در خصوص وضعیت نگهداری آقای کروبی همچنان وجود دارد.

 

BREAKING NEWS – Mehdi Karroubi in Isolation, in Small One Bedroom Apartment Since the Start of Ramadan

August 27th, 2011 – In a short interview with Saham News, Fatemeh Karroubi announced that her husband Mehdi Karroubi has been transferred to a new location.

While expressing hope that the prayers of all people will be answered during this holy month of Ramadan, Fatemeh Karroubi stated: “I would like to first and foremost remind our citizens that Mr. Ahmad Janati, in his capacity as spokesperson for the regime first expressed the need to arrest the leaders of Iran’s opposition movement during a Friday Prayer service on February 18th, 2010. At that time, Mr. Janati recommended that the judiciary render the leaders of the sedition [Mir Hossein Mousavi and Mehdi Karroubi] incommunicado, cutting off all communication with the nation of Iran and the outside world. Mr. Janati recommended that the leaders of the opposition movement be kept under house arrest and their telephone and internet connection disconnected so that they would not be able to issue any statements or receive any messages from the outside world, creating a virtual prison within their homes.  Pursuant to Mr. Janati’s speech both our building and our son’s house were raided and occupied.  Mr. Karroubi protested from the very beginning against the illegal occupation of our residential building, warning them repeatedly, demanding  that at minimum the family be moved to another building in order to avoid any further disturbance to the other residents, so that other home owners could at least move back in to their homes.”

In relation to Mehdi Karroubi’s condition Fatemeh Karroubi stated: “From the onset of his house arrest, Mehdi Karroubi has been deprived of all basic prisoner rights such as access to fresh air, visitation rights and access to books and newspapers. These violations of basic prisoner rights have continued to this day and are detrimental to his physical health and well being.”

With regards to the transfer of her husband to a new location, Mrs. Karroubi stated: “After much insistence by Mr. Karroubi, they finally transferred him to a small apartment as of the beginning of Ramadan.  Given that the security agents have also moved in to his small one bedroom apartment and given the limited space, they have made it virtually impossible for me to move in with my husband.  It is worth mentioning that according to earlier discussions [with security officials] they have agreed that Mr. Karroubi would be transferred to his house in Jamaran.  However, for reasons unknown to us, security forces refused to even allow him to be transferred to his own home.”

Fatemeh Karroubi continued: “I would like to clearly announce that Mr. Karroubi has one home only and this house is located in Jamaran and forcing his family to rent another location does not mean that he is living in his own home.”

In conclusion Mrs. Karroubi described her husband’s spirits as strong stating: “Although in the past 190 days, security agents have only allowed my husband access to fresh air once in the yard and despite the fact that his last visitation was on the 15th of Shaban [mid July], his spirits remain strong.  He has remained steadfast from the very beginning, demanding nothing from the regime and his prison guards.  He has remained calm and confident despite having been deprived of all fundamental prisoner rights, enduring all hardship and proud of the stance he has taken in defending our nation’s rights.  The regime must know that Mr. Karroubi’s personal sacrifices began prior to the Islamic Revolution and he will not hesitate to pay any price or endure any hardship in his quest to uphold the rights of the nation of Iran.”

Mehdi Karroubi is currently under house arrest in an small apartment, without his wife. It goes without saying that the concerns for his physical well being are increasing with the passing of each day.  In the past month, pro government media outlets renowned for spreading rumors and fully aware of the popularity of Mr. Karroubi and Mr. Mousavi amongst the Iranian people have once again engaged in publishing false reports and lies.  Despite these false allegations, the Iranian nation is fully aware of the absurd nature of the lies published by media outlets affiliated with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

به گزارش سحام نیوز، در این مصاحبه فاطمه کروبی ضمن آرزوی قبولی طاعات و عبادات برای همه مردم در ماه رمضان گفت: ابتدا طی مقدمه‌ای باید خدمت مردم عرض کنم، وقتی که آقای احمد جنتی در مقام سخنگوی حاکمیت در نمازجمعه ۲۹ بهمن ۱۳۸۸ از لزوم حصر رهبران جنبش اعتراضی مردم ایران سخن گفت و قوه قضاییه را چنین توصیه کرد که “دستگاه قضایی باید ارتباط سران فتنه با مردم را به کلی مسدود کند. در خانه آنها مسدود شود، تلفن‌ آنها قطع شود، اینترنت آنها نیز قطع شود تا نتوانند پیامی بدهند و پیامی بگیرند و در خانه خود زندانی شوند و …” ؛ از بعد سخنان وی بود که ما با اشغال مجتمع مسکونی خود و نیز منزل فرزندم مواجه شدیم. پس از این اقدام، از همان روزهای آغازین آقای کروبی به غیر قانونی بودن و بر خلاف شرع بودن تصرف مجتمع تاکید داشتند و بارها به آنان تذکر دادند و از ماموران می خواستند که محل اقامت ایشان را به مکان دیگری منتقل کنند تا بیشتر از این موجبات آزار همسایگان فراهم نگردد و مالکین دیگر مجتمع بتوانند به خانه خود باز گردند.

 

همسر مهدی کروبی در ادامه درباره شرایط مهدی کروبی افزود: از ابتدای حبس تاکنون، ایشان از کلیه حقوق اولیه یک زندانی مانند حق داشتن هواخوری، حق ملاقات، داشتن کتاب و روزنامه، محروم بوده و هستند و این امر صدماتی را به وضعیت جسمی ایشان وارد خواهد کرد.

 

خانم کروبی در خصوص انتقال همسرش به مکانی دیگر اظهار داشت: سرانجام با پافشاری آقای کروبی، از اول ماه رمضان، ایشان را به آپارتمانی بسیار کوچک منتقل نمودند و در حال حاضر ایشان به همراه ماموران امنیتی در آن واحد آپارتمانی مستقر گردیده اند و با این اقدام عملا از ورود من نیز به آپارتمان جلوگیری شد؛ زیرا حضور و زندگی من در آن آپارتمان کوچک یک خوابه با حضور ماموران امنیتی میسر نبود. این در حالیست که طبق هماهنگی صورت گرفته با ماموران، قرار بود آقای کروبی را به منزل خودشان که توسط فرزندانم در منطقه جماران تهیه شده بود، منتقل نمایند و به دلایل نامعلومی، نیروهای امنیتی حاضر نشدند ایشان را به  این ساختمان که تنها منزل مسکونی ایشان است، منتقل کنند.

 

فاطمه کروبی در ادامه افزود: من در همین جا اعلام می کنم که آقای کروبی یک خانه دارد و آن هم در همین جماران است و تحمیل اجاره‌ی مکان دیگر به خانواده ایشان، به معنای خانه ی آقای کروبی نیست.

 

در پایان فاطمه کروبی وضعیت روحی همسرش را “خوب و استوار” توصیف کرد و گفت: در حالی که طی این ۱۹۰ روز، ماموران تنها یکبار به آقای کروبی برای حضور در فضای باز و هواخوری در حیاط منزل اجازه داده اند و علیرغم اینکه آخرین ملاقات با ایشان مربوط به نیمه شعبان می باشد؛ ایشان از روحیه بالا و استواری برخوردارند. از روز اول هم آقای کروبی با همین روحیه قوی، از حاکمیت و زندان بانان هیچ درخواستی را نداشته است و با توجه به اینکه از حقوق اولیه یک زندانی محروم بوده، با خونسردی تمام و اعتماد به نفس بالا این مشکلات را تحمل نموده و افتخار می کند به عملکرد خویش در دفاع از حقوق مردم. حکومت باید بداند که آقای کروبی چه پیش از انقلاب و چه اکنون از پرداخت هرگونه هزینه ای؛ هیچ ابایی نداشته و خود را آماده تحمل همه مصائب نموده است.

 

لازم به توضیح است در حال حاضر مهدی کروبی عملا به صورت جداگانه و به دور از همسر در این ساختمان کوچک در حبس خانگی قرار دارد و نگرانی ها هر روز در خصوص وضعیت سلامتی ایشان بیشتر از پیش افزایش می یابد. از طرف دیگر سایت های زرد و علاقه مند به شایعه پراکنی و وابسته به جریان حاکم و نهاد های امنیتی، طی یک ماه اخیر با آگاهی از میزان محبوبیت آقایان کروبی و موسوی در میان مردم، شروع به انتشار اخباری کذب و دروغین باهدف معروف نمودن خود و افزایش بازدیدکنندگانشان کرده اند؛ دریغ از اینکه مردم بیشتر از گذشته به ماهیت پوچ این گونه سایت ها و خبرها پی خواهند برد

Hossein Karroubi – A Letter From My Father….

August 6th, 2011 – For the past six months I have been deprived of seeing my father if only for a few minutes. During the holy month of Ramadan, I found myself reminiscing about my father, a father who much like Mir Hossein Mousavi and all other political prisoners is enduring the hatred and hostility of security agents. I am hopeful that during this holy month, political prisoners such as Ahmad Zeidabadi, Mohammad Davari, Adollah Momeni, Isa Saharkhiz, Bahareh Hedayat and so many other anonymous prisoners who have been unjustly oppressed are finally released from prison so that the perpetrators of this injustice can repent during this holy month, asking for mercy and forgiveness from God and once again embrace rationality and humanity.

 

The following is a letter I received from my father a few months ago when the pro-government media outlets were spreading false rumors that I had left Iran and had taken refuge in a safe country.  My father was misinformed by the security agents and as a result of his concern that the ruling powers were creating an atmosphere of fear and abuse, wrote me a letter expressing his concerns. The content of the letter is as follows:

In the name of God,

To my dear and beloved son Hossein Karroubi,

I ask God for the health and well being of your honorable family and your beloved children zahra and Ahmad.  May God keep you safe and protect you of all dangers. You can be certain that these difficult and challenges days will eventually come to an end and what will remain is the ugliness and embarrassment of the authorities who oppress and unlawfully violate people’s rights.

Have trust in God and take care of your family and your children. When it comes to visiting with me your father, do as you deem appropriate, but please refrain from leaving the country for it is not in your interest and will undoubtedly lead to irreversible remorse and regret.

نزدیک به شش ماه است که هنوز موفق به دیدار پدرم نشده ام تا وی را حتی برای دقایقی ببینم. خواستم تا در آستانه این ماه رمضان از پدرم یادی کرده باشم . پدری که مانند مهندس موسوی و همه زندانیان سیاسی دچار کینه و عداوت ماموران امنیتی قرار گرفته اند. امیدوارم در این ماه، زندانیان سیاسی همچون احمد زیدآبادی، محمد داوری، عبدالله مومنی، عیسی سحرخیز و بهاره هدایت و بسیاری دیگر از زندانیان و نیز گمنامان در بند که به ناحق دچار ظلم ظالمین شده اند هرچه زودتر آزاد شده و مسببان این ظلم در این ماه رحمت و توبه از درگاه خداوند طلب بخشش کنند و به عقلانیت و انسانیت بازگردند.

این متن نامه ای است که پدرم چند ماه قبل برای من نوشته بودند. متاسفانه در آن ایام، رسانه های جریان حاکم با شایعه پراکنی، خبر خروج من از کشور و پناهنده شدن در کشوری امن را منتشر کرده بودند. این خبرها توسط ماموران به گوش پدرم رسیده بود و ایشان چون نگران جو سازی و سوء استفاده جریان حاکم بودند، طی نامه ای به من در این خصوص ابراز نگرانی خود را اعلام کردند.

سلامتی شما و خانواده محترم و فرزندان عزیز زهرا خانوم و احمد جان را از خداوند منان خواستارم. انشاله از همه خطرها مصون و محفوظ باشید. یقین داشته باشید این دوران سخت و دشوار پایان خواهد یافت. زشتی و شرمندگی می ماند برای افراد و مسئولینی که ظلم می کنند و بر خلاف قانون و شرع حقوق مردم را پایمال می نمایند. با توکل به خداوند بزرگ در کنار خانواده و فرزندان باشید و در خصوص ملاقات با پدر، هرگونه صلاح می دانید عمل نمایید و از مسافرت به خارج از کشور حتما پرهیز نمایید زیرا مصلحت نیست و مطمئن باشید ندامت و پشیمانی جبران ناپذیری دارد.
