The News of Elnaz Babazdadeh’s Murder by Basijis – Rumor or Reality?

Yesterday HRANA published an article entitled “A Young Girl Murdered in Tabriz, After Being Raped by Basiji Forces”. The manner in which this news was published and the use of statements that people are obviously sensitive to such as a Basiji saying that they were only implementing the will of God or bringing up the issue of rape are frequently seen on the aforementioned website and other similar sites such as Iran News Agency (affiliated with the MKO). I was suspicious of the news from the moment it was published. I also noticed that those who had published the news were very anxious to get the word out and were busy posting the news on Balatarin under a variety of domain names.

Even though this news was rather suspicious, it nevertheless slowly began to get published all over Facebook and other outlets. After a while, a “complementary” version, in effect the same as the original version of the news was also published by many sites.

We decided to further investigate this matter and found a Facebook link for Ms. Babazdadeh and with the help of friends were able to get a hold of the Babazdadeh’s home phone number. This morning a friend contacted their home and spoke to a women who explained in tears that Ms. Elnaz Babazdadeh was killed by a robber and that the published news was completely false.

After this initial phone conversation, I contacted the house myself in order to verify the information and further investigate. A women answered the phone. She sounded very sad. She introduced herself as the house keeper. She stated that as a result of the loss of their daughter and their sorrow, the Babazdadeh family had left the house and gone else where. She added that staying at the house had become unbearable for them.

I once again asked about the alleged murder of Elnaz and she responded that it was an armed robber and the reports that it was a “Basiji”, that she was “killed as a result of not adhering to Hejab rules” and her being “assaulted by the son of a Pasdar” were all untrue.

Unfortunately in the middle of our conversation we lost connection and although I tried to call her back my attempts were unsuccessful. I shall nevertheless continue to try and reestablish connection.

This story is very similar to the one published about Taraneh Mousavi. It is growing rapidly despite the fact that there are no reliable sources. Those who have published the news as is customary these days, do not provide any explanations as to how they verified the news. We have had plenty of rumors and news of this nature over the past months. Our society has a tendency to get very excited about this type of news. All it takes is for someone to publish the news that a Basiji has done something and there is a wide audience. We can point to at least 50 sites that have copied and pasted this news to date, without having any inclination as to whether it is accurate or any attempt by their part to verify the news. All they do is copy and past. That’s it.

The story became even more interesting when according to some friends heavenly messages began to appear on some Facebook walls claiming that Elnaz Babazdadeh had requested that her story not be told!

Even more interesting is the fact that the same Facebook wall claimed that the Elnaz’s family have requested that no news be published, however, when we contacted the house the only person who was available and introduced herself as the house keeper, was not willing to provide us with a phone number to contact the family and only confirmed that the family had left the house and have no desire to talk about this matter.

Regardless of this fact we still face the news being published on a variety of Facebook walls. The only thing was can know for certain right now is that based on my phone contact with the individual at their home, much of what has been reported is exaggerated and false. If anything changes and I am able to establish contact with the family, I will inform you of further developments accordingly.

خبر قتل الناز بابازداده توسط بسیج و…، شایعه یا واقعیت؟

روز گذشته خبری منتشر شد در وب‌سایت «هرانا» با عنوان «قتل یک دختر جوان در تبریز پس از تجاوز نیروهای بسیج به وی»،‌ نحوه تنظیم خبر و استفاده از مسائلی که مردم روی آن حساس هستند (مثل این‌که یک بسیجی گفته حکم خدا را اجرا می‌کنم و مساله تجاوز)، از ویژگی‌های اخباری است که به کرات در این وب‌سایت و وب‌سایت‌هایی مشابه مثل «آژانس ایران خبر» (وابسته به مجاهدین) و … استفاده می‌شود. از همان لحظه درج خبر به آن مشکوک بودم. تنها شاهد آن بودم که منتشر کنندگان خبر خودشان به سرعت در بالاترین پشت سر هم لینک این خبر را با استفاده از دامین‌های مختلف‌شان می‌گذارند و اصرار هم در مورد پخش خبر دارند.

با این حال زمزمه مشکوک بودن این خبر و غیر واقعی بودن آن کم کم در فیسبوک و برخی منابع پیچید. در همین حال خبر «تکمیلی» این خبر هم که در واقع همان خبر اول بود باز هم در روی این وب‌سایت قرار گرفت.

با جدی‌تر شدن مسأله با دوستان پیگیر خبر شدیم که اول فیسبوکی وابسته به خانم بابازاده به دست آمد. از طریق دوستان بالاخره به شماره منزل خانه بابازاده دست پیدا کردیم. صبح امروز در ابتدا، دوستی با خانه تماس گرفت که خانمی با بغض چنین اتفاقی را تکذیب کردند و گفتند که خانم الناز بابازاده توسط یک سارق مسلح کشته شده است و این خبرها که منتشر شده کذب است.

بعد از آن خودم تماس گرفتم، تا ببینم می‌توانم خبر بهتری به دست بیاورم یا نه. با شماره‌ تماس گرفتم. خانمی گوشی تلفن را برداشت. صدای‌اش غمگین بود. خودش را سرایدار خانه معرفی کرد. گفت خانواده بابازاده در منزل نیستند و جای دیگری رفته‌اند. دلیل‌اش را این‌که دخترشان را از دست داده‌اند و داغ‌دار هستند عنوان کرد. چرا که نمی‌توانستند فضای خانه را تحمل کنند.

باز هم در مورد قتل این خانم پرسیدم که گفتند یک سارق مسلح بوده و این‌که «بسیجی» بوده است و به بهانه «برخورد با بدحجابی» بوده است و «پسر یک پاسدار» بوده و از این مسائل را تکذیب کردند.

متاسفانه در میان صحبت تلفن قطع شد و تلاش‌ام برای برقراری دوباره تماس امکان‌پذیر نشد. هر چند که باز به این تلاش ادامه خواهم داد.

این ماجرا به شدت شبیه ماجرای ترانه موسوی است. بدون این‌که خبر منبع موثقی داشته باشد، به سرعت در حال رشد است. منتشر کنندگان خبر هم بنا بر عادت مرسوم و مسبوق هیچ توضیحی نمی‌دهند و در مورد چگونگی دریافت خبر هم حرفی نمی‌زنند. از این دست شایعات و از این دست خبرها در این ماه‌ها کم نداشته‌ایم. جامعه ما هم به سرعت هیجان زده از این خبرها می‌شود. کافی است بگویید که یک بسیجی چنان کرد، کار دیگر تمام است. دست کم پنجاه سایت می‌توان الان معرفی کرد که این خبر را کپی ـ پیست کرده‌اند، بدون این‌که از صحت و سقم آن خبری داشته باشند یا تلاشی برای دریافت صحت خبر کرده باشند. فقط کپی اند پیست! همین

قضیه وقتی جالب‌تر شد که که این فیسبوک را دوستان نشان دادند که به قول دوستی از بهشت دارد به روز می‌شود. مطالبی به نقل از الناز بابازاده منتشر شده که می‌گوید خبر مرا پخش نکنید!

باز هم جالب‌تر قضیه این است که در این فیسبوک می‌گوید خانواده الناز گفته‌اند هیچ خبری منتشر نکنید! ولی در تماسی که گرفتم کسی که در خانه بود وخانمی که خودش را سرایدار معرفی می‌کرد گفت این خانواده از این‌جا رفته‌اند. حتا حاضر نشد شماره تماس آنان را بدهد! چرا که نمی‌خواهند که در این مورد صحبتی کنند.

با این حال ما با چنین فیسبوک و چنین اخباری روبه‌رو هستیم. تا این‌جای کار و تا این لحظه این خبر با توجه به تماسی که با منزل‌شان داشتم و غلو زیادی در خبر کذب است. مگر این‌که مسأله‌یی دیگری باشد. خبر جدیدی گرفتم و دوباره موفق به تماس شدم همین‌جا می‌نویسم.

Zahra Rahnavard Sets the Record Straight – “We Welcome Criticism of the Green Movement”.

The two opposition candidates of Iran’s rigged elections last year, Mr, Mousavi and Karroubi have repeatedly spoken of the plurality of the Green movement since its inception. They have both also reiterated that those who appose the Green movement has an opportunity to be present and participate in the movement. Nevertheless, a number of political figures and groups abroad have made very controversial comments about the Green movement and its followers. In an interview with Roozonline, while reiterating the plurality of voices and viewpoints as one of the main characteristics of the Green movement, Rahnavard said: “All those who believe in change towards freedom, democracy, free elections and non interference by the government in people’s personal lives are Green.”

The complete content of Roozonline’s interview with Dr. Rahnavard, university professor and artist is as follows:

In an interview with the Kaleme website, Mr Mousavi had stated previously that he does not have a representative outside of Iran. It has been a while since he gave that interview. This time we would like to ask you, does Mr. Mousavi have a representative or spokes person outside of Iran?

Mousavi has repeatedly said that he has no representative or spokes person outside of Iran.

Lately some political figures and websites have begun to draw a line in the sand between the various elements of the Green movement. This has led to much criticism. Is this done on behalf of the Green movement and in Mr. Mousavi’s name? What does Mr. Mousavi think of this type delineation?

According to Mr. Mousavi’s various statements, every individual in the Green movement is a messenger. However, this does not mean that they represent Mr. Mousavi or the movement. Mr. Mousavi’s opinions have clearly been expressed in his own statements.

Allow me to be more specific. Mr. Mohajerani, for example, has made comments that referred to such delineations that were met with much criticism. The Jaras website published an article that narrowed the breadth of the Green movement to a point that it claimed “Anyone that opposes the Green movement does not necessarily fit within the movement and anyone expressing their own opinions and chanting at any cost in the streets is not a member of the Green movement.” What is you opinion regarding this matter? Are you in agreement with these types of delineations?

We have our own interpretations and they express their own opinions. The ability to express a variety of viewpoints creates constructive and useful dialogue. In other words, there is nothing wrong with everyone expressing their own opinion. We have become too accustomed to society in which there is only one voice. However, we must realize that everyone should have the right to express themselves. It is this plurality and existence of various voices that is one of the main characteristics of the Green movement. We do not however, necessarily agree with all the viewpoints within the movement.

Ms. Rahnavard, from your point of view, who are the individuals who make up the Green movement and what spectrum of society does it include?

The Green movement is pluralistic and anyone who believes in change towards freedom, democracy, free elections, and the lack of interference by the government in people’s personal lives is Green. This does not mean that all Greens follow the same ideology, or that we all have the same viewpoints. I believe that the Green movement is about what unites us. Even though our differences exist, they provide an opportunity for all of us to come together regardless of our varying viewpoints. For example, within our movement, one person may be very religious and another not, while others fall somewhere in between this spectrum of religious beliefs. Even though our differences remain, we have come together based on our common beliefs and those things that unite us. In other words, regardless of our differences the Green movement has united us based on our common goals and agreements.

Can you please elaborate on what you mean when you refer to common goals and things that unite people?

I mean common goals based on change. We all believe in the importance for example, of returning to the fundamentals of our Constitution and making sure that its principles are implemented.

Some within the Green movement are critical of this Constitution you make reference to. Can we therefore conclude that they are not Green?

We have united behind our Constitution and this is what has brought us together. This does not mean however, that our constitution is a divine revelation and as such cannot or should not be changed. None of the constitutions anywhere in the world are divine revelations and they are all reviewed and amended every ten to twelve years. It is unfortunate when the Constitution becomes a body upon which governments trample. What we are saying is that what unites us today is ensuring that the principles within our Constitution are not compromised and that these principles are correctly interpreted and implemented. When we achieve success, when we are finally victorious, we can begin to discuss and review the various elements within our Constitution. I want to once again emphasize that the Constitution is NOT a divine revelation, rather it creates awareness and protects us from anarchism. The unconditional implementation of all principles within our Constitution, principles that will lead us towards democracy, freedom of speech, ensuring that there is no discrimination towards women, freedom of press, free, fair elections that are not rigged, freedom to congregate, is one of our fundamental civic rights.

Some have insisted that the Green movement refers to people as “insiders” and “outsiders”. However, in all our interviews with you to date you have repeatedly stated that there are no insiders or outsiders to the Green movement. My question to you today is do you draw the line anywhere? Which individuals in your opinion cannot be considered as part of the Green movement?

Radical groups who create conflict [People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran, (MKO)] by their nature cannot be a part of the Green Movement. This dead political group, that the regime is trying to revive has made some amusing claims as of late. Unfortunately the regime whether deliberately or mistakenly has tried hard to revive this dead political group. I am of the opinion that the regime’s activities have been deliberate in order to create so called competition for the Green movement, however, neither myself, Mr. Mousavi, Karroubi, Khatami or other entities within our movement view the MKO as part of the Green movement. Since the Green movement belongs to the people, because it is dynamic and alive, the people have decide where to draw the line. Any other group, regardless of their viewpoint is a part of the movement as a result of the elements I pointed out to previously that unite us and God willing, the Green movement will be victorious.

Lately there has been much debate regarding whether or not there is room for criticism within the Green movement, particularly criticism of Mr. Mousavi himself. Some believe that criticism under the current circumstances could undermine the movement and others insist that those who oppose the movement take advantage of this matter. What is your opinion regarding this issue?

Generally speaking, criticism is a good thing and we encourage constructive criticism. I personally believe that those who are never criticized become stagnant, and much like a marsh begin to sink and implode. We welcome all criticism that stems as a result of friendship and interest in the Green movement. Criticism expressed out of animosity will be revealed over time. At the same time, I’d like to add that criticism should not be limited to just Mr. Mousavi it should also include the group consisting of Mr. Khatami, Karroubi, and others including myself; none of whom have ever claimed leadership of the movement and have always encouraged criticism. The fact that criticism of the movement makes the current totalitarian government happy and they view this criticism as a form of weakening of the Green movement is of no importance. I believe that criticism will only lead to the further development and growth of our Green movement. As an artist, I always ask my friends to provide criticism of my work and believe that it is this form of criticism that leads to improvement.

You mentioned that Mr. Mousavi, Karroubi and Khatami make no claims to the leadership of the Green movement; and yet, in their slogans, we have heard the people refer to at least Mr. Mousavi and Karroubi repeatedly as the leaders of the Green movement.

That may be true, however, Mr. Mousavi and Karroubi have always said that they stand with the people and the Green movement.

In that case, can you please explain which individuals are responsible for the leadership of the Green movement?

The most important leader for us today is our Constitution that if agreed upon by all will provide both a path for moving forward and a foundation for our vision of the future.

The issue of the movement’s leadership is one that has been discussed and criticized at large. Some claim that Mr. Mousavi is the leader of the movement, even though he himself has said that he stands with the people, while others state that the movement is leaderless and this is a sign of the movements weakness, etc.

What unites us is our Constitution and we believe that we all stand together and with the people. The Green movement is a bottoms-up versus top-down movement and those within it must not feel as though there is pressure from above. The new trend in management is moving from hierarchical structures and processes towards a more flat structure. Even though we are accustomed to a hierarchical structures and attitudes, this new form of linear management is much more effective and efficient. Mr. Mousavi and I have repeatedly said that we stand alongside the movement. We do not claim leadership of the movement as doing so would imply that everyone must agree with us or think as we do.

My last question is with regards to something altogether different. Lately there has been much discussion about the stoning of a women in Tabriz. Currently there are 3 men and 11 women in imminent danger of death by stoning. You have previously expressed your views on the death sentenced. I would like to better understand where you stand with regards to this issue, which Mr. Mohammad Javad Larijani (Head of the Judiciary’s Human Rights Council in Iran) referred to as a religious decree.

I am a strong supporter of women’s rights and against all forms of discrimination against women. I have never seen stoning discussed any where in the holy Quran. I believe that this discussion does not exist in the holy Quran and my personal studies of the Quran have only shown compassion towards humanity. I am highly critical of any form of discrimination against women, do not view these laws as Islamic and believe that they must be corrected. I will never compromise on this issue and have personally prepared myself for the gallows.

از انتقادات به جنبش سبز استقبال می کنیم

در حالیکه بحث لزوم انتقاد یا عدم انتقاد از جنبش سبز و میرحسین موسوی، بالا گرفته است زهرا رهنورد در مصاحبه با “روز” می گوید: “کسی که از او انتقاد نشود می پوسد و مثل مرداب خواهد بود و ما از همه انتقاداتی که از سر دوستی و علاقه به جنبش مطرح می شود استقبال می کنیم.”

با زهرا رهنورد در حالی مصاحبه کرده ایم که از آغاز شکل گیری جنبش سبز، با وجودی که موسوی و کروبی، دو کاندیدای معترض به تقلب در انتخابات، از “تکثرگرایی” جنبش سبز سخن گفته و به کرات تاکید کرده اند در این جنبش همه مخالفان وضع موجود نقش و حضور دارند، در خارج از کشور برخی چهره ها و گروه بندی های سیاسی، تفاسیری از جنبش سبز و همراهان آن داده اند که بسیار بحث انگیز بوده است.اما رهنوردبا تاکید بر اینکه “تکثر و چند صدایی از خصوصیات جنبش سبز است” می گوید:” همه کسانی که به تغییر و تحول به سوی آزادی، دموکراسی، انتخابات آزاد، عدم دخالت نظام و حکومت در زندگی شخصی مردم اعتقاد دارند، سبز هستند.”

پیشتر آقای موسوی در مصاحبه با سایت کلمه اعلام کرده بودند هیچ سخنگویی در خارج از کشور ندارند؛ مدتی از آن مصاحبه گذشته و این بار من میخواهم از شما بپرسم که آیا آقای موسوی نماینده یا سخنگویی در خارج از کشور دارند یا نه؟

آقای موسوی بارها این نکته را اعلام کرده و قطعا هیچ نماینده و سخنگویی در خارج از کشور ندارد.

اخیرا برخی چهره ها و سایت های سیاسی، به خط کشی میان سبزها پرداخته اند؛ خط کشی هایی که اعتراضات زیادی هم به دنبال داشته است. آیا این خط کشی ها به نمایندگی از سوی آقای موسوی یا جنبش سبز اعلام می شود و نظرات آقای موسوی است؟

هرفردی، براساس آنچه که در بیانیه های آقای موسوی ذکر شده، یک رسانه است، اما “هر فردی یک رسانه است” به این معنا نیست که نماینده آقای موسوی یا جنبش سبز باشد. نظرات آقای موسوی در بیانیه های ایشان به صراحت اعلام شده است.

به طور مشخص می پرسم: آقای مهاجرانی در سخنانی به این نوع خط کشی پرداخت که جنجالها و اعتراضات بسیاری هم به دنبال داشت؛ سپس سایت جرس، مطلبی منتشر کرد که براساس آن، دایره جنبش سبز را بسیارمحدودترکرد به طوریکه مدعی شد “هر کس که مخالفت کرد، لزوما در چارچوب جنبش سبز نمی گنجد و هر کس که برای بیان شعار و عقیده خود به خیابان آمد و هزینه داد، در زمره جنبش سبز نیست” و…. نظر شما چیست؟ آیا با این خط کشی ها موافق اید؟

ما تعابیر خود را به کار می بریم، آنها هم تعابیر خودشان را می گویند و طرح نظرات مختلف، چالش مفید و سازنده ای را ایجاد میکند. یعنی هر کسی نظر خودش را می گوید و طرح آن هم اشکالی ندارد. ما به جامعه تک صدایی عادت کرده ایم اما باید بدانیم که یک دست بی صدا است و همه باید نظرات خود را بگویند؛ همین تکثر و چند صدایی از خصوصیات جنبش سبز است و لزوما ما با همه نظرات موافق نیستیم.

خانم رهنورد از دیدشما سبزها چه کسانی هستند و جنبش سبز شامل چه طیف هایی است؟

جنبش سبز یک جنبش تکثر گرا است و همه کسانی که به تغییر و تحول به سوی آزادی، دموکراسی، انتخابات آزاد، عدم دخالت نظام و حکومت در زندگی شخصی مردم اعتقاد دارند، سبز هستند. این بدان معنا نیست که سبزها دارای یک ایدئولوژی و تفکر و عقیده باشند بلکه من به عنوان کسی که تئوری پردازی جزو کارهای اصلی ام است، معتقدم تمام کسانی که در جنبش سبز هستند روی وجه توافق هایشان است و این توافق ها فرصتی است که همه ما را با همه اختلافات سلیقه ای و عقیده ای که داریم، دور هم جمع کرده و تفاوت هایمان هم سر جای خودش است. به طور مثال در همین جنبش سبز، ممکن است یک کسی خیلی مذهبی باشد و کس دیگری نباشد و کسان دیگری در درجات متفاوت از علایق و عقاید مذهبی باشند؛ تفاوت هایمان سر جای خودش است اما سر چیزهایی که توافق داریم با هم هستیم. میخواهم بگویم ما در جنبش سبز با وجود همه تفاوت هایمان، روی توافق هایی که بر جریان تحول داریم در کنار هم هستیم.

این توافق هایی که می گویید مشخصا بر چه مبنایی است؟

این توافق ها بر مبنای تغییر و تحول است. اما یکی از این توافق ها، قانون اساسی است که ما معتقدیم باید تمام اصول مغفول مانده آن اجرا شود.

اما بخشی از سبزها به همین قانون اساسی نیز اعتراض دارند. آیا می توانیم بگوییم آنها سبز نیستند؟

ما حول محور قانون اساسی دور هم جمع شده ایم و نکته توافق ما همین است، اما این بدان معنا نیست که قانون اساسی وحی منزل است و نمی توان تغییری داد. هیچ یک از قانون اساسی ها در هیچ جای جهان وحی منزل نیستند و هر ده یا دوازده سال یکبار مورد بازنگری قرار می گیرند. متاسفانه قانون اساسی تبدیل به اجسادی می شوند که حکومت ها روی آنها هم پا می گذارند. در حقیقت ما می گوییم الان توافق همه ما اجرای بدون تنازل و صحیح همه اصل های قانون اساسی است اما وقتی به موفقیت و پیروزی دست یافتیم می توان روی آن بحث کرد و مورد بررسی و بازنگری قرار داد. باز تاکید میکنم قانون اساسی وحی منزل نیست بلکه ما را از کورمال کورمال راه رفتن و آنارشیسم محفوظ میدارد. اجرای بدون شرط تمام اصول قانون اساسی، اصول و جنبه های مغفول مانده آن به سمت دموکراسی، آزادی، حق بیان، رفع تبعیض و روش های قیم مآبانه درباره زنان، آزادی مطبوعات، انتخابات آزاد و بدون تقلب و غیر فرمایشی و آزادی تجمعات، پروسه آزادیخواهی مدنی ما است.

اظهارنظر برخی ها درباره جنبش، تقسیم بندی خودی و غیر خودی را در ذهن تداعی میکند.اما در صحبت هایی که با شما داشته ام بارها گفته اید در جنبش سبز خودی و غیر خودی نداریم. اما سئوال من این است که آیا شما در این جنبش خط قرمزی هم دارید؟ چه کسانی از نظر شما نمی توانند جزو جنبش سبز محسوب شوند؟

منافقین (سازمان مجاهدین خلق) عملا نمی توانند و جزو جنبش سبز نیستند. این گروه مرده سیاسی که حکومت در صدد زنده کردن آنها برآمد، اکنون ادعاهای خنده داری مطرح میکند.اما جنبش سبز، با این گروه مرده، حد و دیواری دارد و همه مااز جمله خود من، آقای موسوی، آقای خاتمی و آقای کروبی و هویت های درون جنبش سبز، منافقین را جزو جنبش سبز نمی دانیم. متاسفانه حاکمیت یا با مقصود یا به اشتباه این گروه مرده را زنده کرد که من فکر میکنم با مقصود بوده و خواسته به خیال خود رقیبی برای جنبش سبز ایجاد کند که همین نیز خیلی خنده دار است. چون جنبش سبز، جنبشی مردمی، زنده و پویاست و این حد دیوار قرمز را با آنها دارد. اما باقی، با هر روح و فکری که هستند بر سر توافق هایی که ذکر کردم در صورت تمایل، جزو جنبش سبز هستند و انشاالله پیروزی هم با جنبش سبز است.

خانم رهنورد این روزها بحث انتقاد یا عدم انتقاد از جنبش سبز و بخصوص آقای موسوی بسیار مطرح می شود. برخی معتقدند نقد در شرایط فعلی منجر به تضعیف جنبش می شود و برخی دیگر می گویند مخالفان جنبش از این قضیه سواستفاده میکنند. نظر شما در این زمینه چیست؟

اصولا انتقاد خوب و سازنده است و ما استقبال می کنیم. خود من معتقدم کسی که از او انتقاد نشود می پوسد و مثل مرداب خواهد بود؛پس ما از همه انتقاداتی که از سر دوستی و علاقه به جنبش مطرح می شود استقبال می کنیم؛ اگر هم از روی دشمنی، نقدی شکل گیرد که در مرور زمان ثابت خواهد شد. در عین حال باید بگویم آقای موسوی را تنها در نظر نگیرید، جمعی هستند متشکل از آقای خاتمی و آقای کروبی و آقای موسوی و افراد صاحب نظری که من هم در کنار آنها هستم. هیچ کدام هم ادعای رهبری ندارند و از نقد استقبال می کنیم و معتقدیم باعث شکوفایی جنبش و سازندگی می شود اما اینکه حاکمیت توتالیتر فعلی ممکن است از این نقدها خیلی خوشحال شود و فکر کند جنبش تضعیف می شود، اهمیتی ندارد. من معتقدم که نقد باعث پیشرفت و رشد جنبش می شود. خود من به عنوان یک هنرمند همیشه از دوستانم میخواهم کارهای مرا نقد کنند و معتقدم این نقد ها است که باعث پیشرفت می شود.

گفتید آقایان موسوی، کروبی و خاتمی، ادعای رهبری جنبش را ندارند. اما ما بارها در شعارهای مردمی شنیده و دیده ایم که حداقل آقای موسوی و آقای کروبی را به عنوان رهبر جنبش مورد خطاب قرار میدهند.

اما خود آقای موسوی و آقای کروبی همیشه می گویند در کنار جنبش و در کنار مردم هستند.

دراین صورت لطفا بگویید رهبری جنبش سبز با چه کسی است؟

مهم ترین رهبر همه ما در شرایط فعلی قانون اساسی است اگر مورد توافق همه قرار بگیرد می توانیم با اتکا به آن جلو برویم و بگوییم که تصویری که همه دور آن جمع بشویم را داریم.

همین بحث رهبری جنبش یکی از بحث هایی است که به شدت نسبت بدان انتقاد وجود دارد؛عده ای آقای موسوی را رهبر جنبش میداننددر حالیکه آقای موسوی خود را نه رهبر که در کنار مردم میداند. عده ای هم می گویند جنبش رهبر ندارد و این نشانگر ضعف آن است و…..

ما حول قانون اساسی جمع می شویم و می گوییم همه در کنار هم و در کنار مردم هستیم. این بدان معناست که همه جریان های جنبش سبز، خود را در فشار اجبار از بالا نبینند. سیستم مدیریت های جدید هم، مدیریت های فرآیندی است و در یک مسیری تعریف می شود و مدیریت هرمی نیست. البته ما به مدیریت هرمی عادت کرده ایم در حالیکه مدیریت فرآیندی و نگرش زمان بند بسیار کارساز است. من و آقای موسوی بارها گفته ایم که در کنار جنبش هستیم و ادعای رهبری و پیشوایی را درست نمی دانیم چون این ادعا یعنی اینکه همه مثل من و ما بیندیشید.

به عنوان آخرین سئوال میخواهم سوالی متفاوت بپرسم. اخیرا بحث سنگسار یک زن در تبریز مطرح بود و اکنون 3 مرد و یازده زن در خطر سنگسار قرار دارند. شما پیشتر درباره اعدام تا حدودی نظر خود را اعلام کرده اید؛ میخواهم در این زمینه نیز نظر شما را بدانم که اخیرا آقای محمد جواد لاریجانی از آن به عنوان حکمی شرعی یاد کرده است.

من روی حقوق زنان و رفع تبعیض و حذف روش قیم مآبانه ای که درباره زنان است مصر هستم. هیچ کجای قرآن مجید، بحث سنگسار را ندیده ام و معتقدم که این بحث در قرآن مجید وجود ندارد و در مطالعات خودم در قرآن جز رافت و شفقت نسبت به انسان ها ندیده ام. من به شدت برتبعیض و قوانین قیم مآبانه ای که در مورد زنان وجود دارد انتقاد دارم و روح این قوانین را اسلامی نمیدانم و معتقدم باید اصلاح شوند و هرگز هم در این مسیر کوتاه نمی آیم و شخصا خود را برای چوبه دار آماده کرده ام
